I'd give no stars if I could. My car has been in this shop for two months for some minor body damage, and my insurance won't cover a rental anymore, I'm stranded without a car, can't get to work, and they won't answer my calls. The owner has effectively stolen my car. And my insurance has already cut the check so now I have to sue for it back. I think the guy working the shop, Tommy, has a substance issue and has spent the check. I took another car in for a small issue and he basically kidnapped me to a bar - I was alone and afraid to say no to his insistence and put myself in any danger. This guy has serious issues. Do not take your car here and do not go to the shop alone if you're a woman.

Absolute 5 star shop! I had some body work needed on my front bumper and around my front passenger side wheel. After putting in a claim with my insurance Tommy and his crew at WFM took it all from there. He took my car in that day and worked with the appraiser/insurance to cover all the work and keep my out-of-pocket expenses as low as possible. 3 days later my car was looking like new (detailed as well) and you would never even know it had been hit. The entire experience working with WFM was incredibly friendly and transparent, I would highly recommend anybody looking for a trustworthy shop to head to WFM!Service: Body & Trim

This is a great garage, very friendly and their work is top notch. My car had a massive branch fall on it after the last tornado came through Worcester, and they made my car look like it had never been touched. They did all the work very quickly and efficiently, helped me to deal with insurance and kept me updated along the way. I'd recommend them for anyone with any car issues whatsoever or anyone just looking to keep their car in top shape!

The best. Excellent workmanship. I was there twice with my Subaru Outback... the first time maybe around 2007... the Subaru dealership (Patrick Subaru) recommend them. I had been t-boned in the front right quarter panel. They did a great job, looked good as new. Insurance covered everything.A couple of winters later, I got badly side-swiped by a snow plow in Oxford. Hit and run. Tommy and his crew did an amazing job fixing everything. I had a high deductible and I had to pay out of pocket, but I remember feeling like I got a good deal.Here we are maybe 4 years later and my wife needs a new side view mirror... I called on the phone and Tommy remembered me, and said he could have it fixed on Wednesday if I get him all the info today (its Monday) and, for much less than the dealer would charge. I am amazed.

So happy my insurance company referred me to WFM! Tommy (owner) was awesome to work with and restored my jeep to brand new, if not better. The best part is there was no up-selling or unnecessary work pushed onto me. I 100% recommend bringing your car here :)

I'd worked in the car industry years ago and have had experience with many of the repair shops in Worcester. I, fortunately, had not needed auto repair in many years but after remembering the positive experience I always had with WFM, I decided to bring my Mazda CX-5 in for repair to my rear bumper after an accident. They were friendly, professional, and timely with everything. They arranged my rental, kept in communication about repairs, and gave my car back looking brand new. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Tommy and his staff did such as awesome job. I couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. On my first visit, Tommy took me into the shop and told me all about the process of collision repair, welding, etc. He was always available for my questions and called me back quickly when I left a message. They got a complicated job done before the scheduled finish date and were under the estimate. Thanks so much Tommy for making the stressful process of fixing a wrecked car as smooth as possible. Just drove my wife's 2005 Toyota Camry home from being serviced by Worcester Foreign Motors. It feels and drives like an expensive sports car after Tommy and his staff worked on it. This was the second time using WFM for service and the only regret I have is not finding it sooner. Tommy and his staff make you feel like the most important customer they've ever had - unlike most other repair shops and dealerships to whom you're just "another job".His pricing is more than fair and he takes the time to explain in detail the work he's done on your car. Trust, dependability and automotive competence are the three most important elements any service facility can offer; and Tommy and his staff have raised the bar on all three to the extent that my cars will never see the inside of a dealership's service facility as long as he continues in business.If you value your automotive investments and want them taken care of competently, honestly and economically, pay him a visit the next time you need service. You'll be glad you did.

Just had my vehicle serviced at Worcester Foreign Motors Inc for the first time upon recommendation of a friend. This place is an absolute hidden gem! I wish I knew of them sooner. Tommy and Frank are stand up guys and went well above and well beyond for me and I sincerely appreciate it. I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone I know that is looking for a top notch auto repair facility to use these guys.P.S. just picked my car up and I have to say I'm so impressed with the work done. I had damage to my door and rear quarter by a hit and run and I was referred here by a friend. From the moment I walked in the door it was a great experience...and my car looks better than ever! And the complimentary detailing was a nice surprise! I would recommend Worcester Foreign Motors to everyone! Nice to know honest people taking great care of my car and not out to make $$ on you!!

I went to get my Saturn Ion checked out by WFM. It was the holiday season, and i had recently bought the car as a college student I was excited to have my own car. The car had transmission issues, and taking it to get fixed was my last hope. The people at Worcester Foreign Motors treated me very well and were very honest with what the cost of fixing the car would be (twice the amount I paid for the car). They were transparent and did not screw me over at all. After leaving the facility with a sigh of relief, at least knowing what was going on with my car, I realized that this was the same shop my father used to work at as an auto-body worker. He had since been passed for years, but it was a nice realization to have.

In the past few decades, my husband and I have used Worcester Foreign Motors more than once for accident repairs. Not only do they do a spectacular job on the cars, but they make stressful situations as stress-free as possible. They do everything necessary dealing with insurance companies, and also they contact a local car rental place and set everything up with them, so you can rent a car while yours is under repair. It is a pleasure dealing with Tommy, his family, and all his staff. One of the reviews I read said that this is the best auto body shop they have ever done business with. I would go one step further and say this is the best business of any kind we have ever dealt with. For personal and professional reasons, we never consider going anywhere else.

I have been bringing my cars to Tommy and his crew for many years. He has fixed my Acura (and previously my Saab), my wife's Ford Escape, my daughter's Ford Fusion, my mother's Toyota Camry, and my father's Ford Sport Track. Originally we brought our cars to WFM for body work, but in the last few years, a top notch mechanic staff has been added. They can fix any of the problems that arise with our cars, and they do so at a cost far lower than the dealers charge. The workmanship is excellent. Tommy takes the pain out of insurance claims and rental cars. On the rare occasion that we have needed to bring something back for adjustment, the shop cheerfully took care of business without any hesitation. This is best automotive shop I have ever used.

My experience with Worcester Foreign Motors was exceptional. There's many auto body shops in Worcester to choose from so when my insurer Liberty Mutual recommended them I didn't know what to expect. They went to bat for me and my vehicle to ensure the paint job was done right. They are a great auto body garage and I recommend them to everyone.

I have been so happy with the work Tommy and his crew have done at Worcester Foreign Motors! The service has been beyond exceptional. Never had a better experience with an auto body shop. I highly recommend this place- and I'll definitely come back for any future work!!

Took my car there to deal with a dented taillight after reading good things online. Got to meet directly with the owner right away who was very considerate about me having cost considerations and very professional about doing what needed to be done for safety without unnecessary frills. I got a lot of personal attention for a fairly small job. And he even guaranteed the work. Definitely 5 stars!

I have been to this shop several times and usually have had a great experience. This past time though, it took about a month to do a job that was originally expected to take a few days. Afterwards, I found out that a mechanic got sick and so they only had one mechanic working the whole shop. The problem with my car also turned out to be much trickier to diagnose than was originally thought. They eventually asked the shop across the street to fix my car. I can understand that delays happen, but I had no idea any of this was happening. I never got a call with an update from them. When I called them, the receptionist didn't seem to know what was happening and promised me a call back with an update which then never happened. They ended up not charging me for the work they did (I did pay the shop across the street) due to the delay so they do want to make it right when things don't go smoothly. If I had known what was happening, I would have been much less frustrated.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Awesome place. Tommy the owner has found a new long time costumer with his honesty and integrity. I knew my old car was bad but he explained to me the extent of the mechanical failures and rotting, and even told me that if i wanted i could just tell him to work on it but just my brakes alone were going to cost easily over $1000 and i still wouldn't be able to pass inspection. He even recommended to just get rid of it and start looking for a new one, which i knew wasn't easy for him because cars like mine are how repair shops make lots of money. And as an added plus finding all this out was free.

Tommy, Adriane, and the rest of the crew are great!I can't say enough about the above and beyond quality that you receive when you come here. I went in to have a mirror and a gas door replaced. One of the parts came in a day later than expected, in return they washed and completely vacuumed my car for free on the same day they did the work.This is the best place in the Worcester area, hands down

Kudos to Tommy and his team at Worcester Foreign Motors for such an amazing experience I had with them. Not only did they take care of everything from dropping off my car, to car rental, to detailing my car, they were just amazing!! I can't thank them enough for all they have done. I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

WFM was recommended by a local resident who had used their services before. I called this morning to ask if Tom could look at my car after it was rear ended yesterday. No wasting time, he told me to stop by after lunch time. He did a thorough inspection inside and underneath even though the damage only appeared to be superficial on the outside back bumper. The service from him and his receptionist was professional and friendly and fast and efficient. I'm from out of the area and was not comfortable driving the car very far without it being looked over first. Even though the work will be performed elsewhere, I felt very comfortable with his honest and expert opinion.

I brought my Mazda 3 to Worcester Foreign Motors when my blower motor stopped working. I originally brought it to the dealership but their rates were ridiculous. I did some research and came across Worcester Foreign Motors. I was impressed with the reviews! I called and spoke to the owner, Tommy, for over 30 minutes about what was going on with my car. He was so nice, knowledgable, and honest over the phone. He requested that I drop it off so he could take a look at it before ordering parts so I set up a time to drop it off in the morning. He also told me that the test would be free of charge and that I could get a ride to my work in downtown Worcester afterwards! Before I dropped it off, the blower motor started working again but I decided to still have them take a look at it. When I dropped it off, Tommy came out to welcome me and update me on what they would do to test it. I then got a ride to work, as promised. When it was ready, Tommy called to let me know that it looked and tested fine and to let me know they tested it several different times throughout the day. When I came to pick it up, they had cleaned out the inside of the car extremely well...it looked like it had been detailed....it was vacuumed and the dash was wiped down. I even noticed that a small yogurt stain was removed from my passenger's seat. And I was charged nothing. I was truly blown away by the customer service I received here and went inside to make it known how much I appreciated that they cleaned out the inside of my car. Tommy responded, "Thats just what we do here. Plus, I had to do something to your car while it was here since I couldn't fix anything"! Thank you, thank you! I will be bringing my car here for any issues I may have in the future!

Tommy and his team are great at what they do. Very honest and just excellence workmanship. I've been coming here for everything with my car. I even recommend family and friends to come here due to their honesty and integrity. They have never tried to trick me into fixing unnecessary things. The jobs always done in the time frame that they given me. These day even oil changes, i go out of my way to come here for oil change. Because i know my car will always be in good hand with tommy and his team.Updated: Tommy and his team never fail to amaze me with their professionalism and compassion. I recently had a brake work issue with New England Tire, they failed to recognize that something was wrong with my brand new brake, pads, and rotors that they just put on. Even though i told them repeatedly that something was wrong. Frustrated, i took it to Tommy's shop, he took it out for a drive and instantly heard the squeaky sound that i've been trying to tell the other shop. I called New England Tire headquarter to explain to problem, and Tommy was kind enough to talk to the owner. And he finally agree to compensate Tommy for addressing the issues. I got brand new brake, rotor, pad without any additional charge, all thanks to Tommy.I've never written any review online, but I just had to leave a review for WFM. 2 thumbs up !!!!!!

Everything was great. Receptionist was polite and answered as many questions as she could. Tommy himself is the man, explained to me every step, his reasoning, and showed me the parts too. Did his best to find cheaper, full quality parts instead of just getting OEM. Hourly labor rate is reasonable. The shop managed to diagnose, source parts, and fix my axle issue in 2 days. Also did a full brake change in the same time. Overall, top tier place.

Brought my car to Worcester foreign motors after a friend recommended them for some body work. It was an over all great experience, everyone was super friendly and helpful, my car looks amazing! . . . like brand new amazing defiantly above and beyond what i expected. Its great to have found a shop you can trust to do quality work on your vehicle for fair price. I will be bringing my car to them for all my auto needs.

My car had an engine gasket problem. Tommy checked it and said instead of fixing it he would replace the engine if i don't want the problem again. In the beginning he said it's gonna take them 2 weeks to replace it but he gave me my car back after 1.5 months. Now after couple of months my car has a same problem and now its been more a month i am trying to contact him but every time i call them his receptionist says he will call you back but i never got a call back.i had a terrible experience. End result: THEY DON'T CARE!!! I ended up paying again for the new engine.Will never recommend this shop.

Posting under my wife's account...If you could give a 10 star rating it would apply here. To catch youup to speed I had brought my 09 silverado here just last year after a rock fell off a landscaping truck and damaged my entire front end and grill area. Tommy and his crew did top notch work and brought it back to 100%. Fast forward to this year, took my daughter to the st pats parade only to have a nice old lady drive her mirror down my entire drivers side door and front panel. I knew who i had to bring the truck to right away. 1 Day...yes 1 day later tommy had it in the shop and had begun work and nearly died just as much as i did when i showed him the insurance's original quote of $700. Mind you my truck is a 3 stage ppg paint diamond pearl. Hell the paint alone is the $700 nevermind the new fender it required and door panel work. Tommy worked with my insurance and got them into a realistic quote (which i knew was 2k+ right when the damage occur), returned my truck even better than when it was brought in. I'm also a avid hobbyist detailer with a eye for detail and legit i could not find a single issue with my baby. If your looking just to get your car fixed...go someplace else. If your looking for superb quality, workmanship, and straight up one of thee best body shops I've ever dealt with bring your ride to Tommy and his crew at Worcester foreign motors and I personally guaranty you will not be disappointed.Meticulous diamond white 09 chevy owner :-p

Do you know how it feels when you get in the car because you need to go and the car does not start and you are stuck? It is awful but when you find the help you need, it feels great, doesn't it?I walked in Tom's shop desperate for help and I could not hope for more. He took care of the car's problem and got me going right away and this was on a Saturday afternoon. The charge was the most honest I could get.I am writing this testimonial because without any previous experience with him, I got the sense of how much pride Tom takes in doing his job right, being honest and sincerely making the customer happy.I have found the mechanic I am sure I'll continue to need and I strongly recommend Worcester Foreign Motors Inc. to whoever cares about excellence in car service.

I've brought my car to worcester foreign motors three times, every time Tommy and company exceed my expectations! Tommy is very transparent with the whole process and let's you know the reason behind the issue and how they're going to fix it. I recommend Worcester Foreign Motors to friends and family on a routine basis! Tommy always comes off as one of the few in the industry that still values customer service, which is refreshing! If you need any work done I'd recommend that you give worcester foreign motors a chance, you won't regret it!

Tommy has repaired 2 of my cars, and one of my son's over the last ten years or so. Fantastic experience from beginning to end!! Always a superb job done for you....both body wise and mechanically as well. From the first call to Adrienne, they treat you like royalty:" bring the car in @ your convenience, we'll have the rental waiting for you...detail this when it's done,please." Really who does these things anymore? WFM w/Tommy @ the helm that's who!!! Cannot thank you enough...your work ethic,and integrity far exceed anyone in the Worcester County area.
