My battery died at work. After getting a jump from my husband I turned into Joe s garage. He was closing. He took the time to stop and help me. Changing my battery on the spot! I am very thankful for his service. He went out of his way to help me when he was on his way home from a hard days work. Can t say enough!

Joe is amazing! He fit me in same day for an emergency brake job and 2 front tires and got me back on the road same day!! Very transparent and explains everything for you. Cannot recommend enough!!

Rear drum brake pads broke due to rust right before a long journey. Joe fit me into an already busy schedule on the same day and worked very hard to take apart the rusted drums and replace the pads. On a test drive to make sure the car was safe to drive, the brake lines also started leaking and Joe added an extra hour to fix that on the spot. The car was not easy to work with but Joe went out of his way to make it reliable again. He is honest and does not overcharge. He really saved me a lot of trouble this week!

The 2 things I like most about West Mountain auto repair are : 1) All work done in the past has been good quality work at a very fair price, as compared to other prices I was given at the time .2) I have NEVER been told that a repair or service was needed if it did not need to be done.There has NEVER been any upselling or " suggesting" of "needed" repair. If something should be done soon, I am given a heads up approximately how much time or miles I have before it will be needed. On this piticular visit, I was told I needed rear breaks replaced. NOT both front and rear breaks that anorher place said I " needed".Good quality, honest help is hard to find these days. So, I am greatful to have found skilked & honest mechanic.Service: Brakes

Love this guy! When my husband and I moved up from FL over a year ago we were flat broke and only had one vehicle. Joe was awesome, helped us get our car inspected for MA and fixed properly without destroying the bank. We have been using him ever since to get our vehicles fixed. He is always fair and honest - which is a great change from the "chain" places that we dealt with down in FL. I trust him completely, which is not something I have been able to say about any mechanic in my life!

Best service I have ever had. Joe is one of the last mechanics out there that can be trusted. His work is done right the first time. It shows his shop is very busy but he will always find time to fix your car when you need it. Trust me if you are looking for a good mechanic call Joe. Stop paying the outrageous prices.

Excellent service got on the phone with them at the last minute when my exhaust broke from corrosion and was able to tack it on and fix it just enough so I can get back on the highway when no one else in the area was able to fix it by the end of the day, or even answer their phones in that matter.

If you want an honest mechanic this is the place to go. Joe tells you like it is if it's worth fixing or not.Their prices are great as well, great quality work. If I ever need any work done this will be where I will go.

Very helpful man. The owner joe was there today which was awesome cause its a sunday. Well my trailer tire popped on the highway and well its hard to find an open shop on a sunday but even though the shop was closed he helped us out by putting a new tire on the rim for me. Thanks joe!

Joe could fix a Russian made car with outsourced after market parts from China. He could also work on a Rolls.
