I m going to echo what I m seeing in the comments. Online reservation system is wonky. I ordered tires online during Black Friday sale. Soonest appt was just before Christmas. Tires came in first week December but they sent back three of the tires since tires were there longer than 10 days. Appt was like the 19. Pretty annoying to have tires and then send them back. They refunded me for tires a week later. Ended up going to a local tire place. Not only did this waste my time but also wasted Walmarts resources shipping the tires twice.

Schedule is busy, which I totally get. However, I ordered my tires online and scheduled the FIRST available installation date 3 weeks out - again not a big deal. Until my order and appointnent were cancelled because the tires were there for more than 10 days. Called customer service who told me that I needed to pick up the tires (which don't fit in my vehicle unless mounted to the rims). Called the tire shop specifically. They said that they didn't even have control over their own schedule that it was generated online. They offered to try and fit me in if I arrived early, but it's over an hour away.Summary: Local staff was kind, but unable to help. Online ordering system was dramatically misleading. I'm getting tires somewhere else.

[Jerry Seinfeld voice] See, you know how to *take* the reservation, you don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's the most important part of the reservation - the *holding*. Anybody can *take* them!I received no notification that my appointment was running two hours behind schedule. If I had, I wouldn't have made the hour-long trip to come out here...

They had me make an appointment online for a battery installment I bought the day before due to them being short staffed. I showed up for my appt time and they said they d take me right away and it wouldn t be long. They took two other people before me, one didn t have an appointment and one was behind me in line after I checked in. Sitting for almost an hour now and they still haven t taken my car. I don t recommend wasting your time here.

Getting an appointment online, or by phone doesn't mean you have the appointment. Just get online and call to confirm it. I believe It's short-staffed, and work takes too long. The staff and the manager are polite though.

Getting a hold of someone on the phone is next to impossible. Pretty sure someone is actively picking up the phone and hanging up on purpose

You won't find a better deal on tires or oil changes. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Go ahead and order whatever tires you want on their website the week before; they'll get delivered so you don't have to worry about whether or not anything is out of stock.This place is typically booked for the day an hour after it's opened. So, if you aren't scheduling an appointment ahead of time get there early.

My appointment was at 10:00am and I was there by 10:13amAnd I left at 14:09So I am guessing they were short staff or somethingBut then driving back home it felt weird thinking I should get alignment done but then next day I saw that55PSI on back tiers and everyone know it should be between 30-35PSIand I don t what happened with front wheel that it wasn t properly air.I know me not showing up again to this store won t affect their business but personally I wasn t happy with serviceEmployees were ok to provide customer service but quality wasn t good

They require appointments for oil changes, then 30 minutes before will call to tell you they canceled your appointment with no alternative scheduling.

my appointment was at 2pm it's almost 5pm and they still haven't changed the tires really really bad the work is not worth changing here with them just buy online and take it to another workshop

The last time I went they were pretty busy, but the guy running the counter asked me what I was there for and I answered an oil change. The other mechanic next to him was very rude saying that they had a six hour wait and that they can only do appointment only. I left and I am never going back, the other mechanic didn t have to be rude, but they lost a customer now

Can t beat the prices and the work seems decent but the service couldn t be worst if they tried. You can call 100 times and only get someone once. The phone will ring and ring for 5+ minutes then hang up. Gave me an estimate twice for 1-2 hours and my car was there for 6+ hours. If there is anyone in line, good luck, they move so slow and only one person up there helping and takes at least 10 minuets with every customer. People are nice no one in particular was rude or unhelpful but the service model they run itself is by far the worst I ve EVER dealt with.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Amazing! I came in for a tire pressure sensor because my light hasn t gone off for a while and they found it just needed re-learning. They did that and filled my tires for free. Plus, when I picked it up I asked them which one, and the guy who serviced my car, Lee, came out and talked me through what he did, plus complimented me on the car being in such great shape for its age!I will 100% be back here in the future. Shout out to Lee for amazing customer service, and to Walmart Auto for defying expectations. The 2.9/5 rating on google isn t deserved, 5/5 all the way!

Walmart Auto Services is a really good place to get your car serviced! They are very reasonably priced, don t play any games, and do a really good job of taking care of you.I got my Toyota Corolla S 2012 serviced here (oil change, tire rotation, and fixing a flat) and got everything done in less than 75 bucks!I highly recommend Danny - car expert who helped me with my car! Keep up the awesome work

Reasonably priced tires. Good work. Only thing keeping me from 5 stars is time. While they were supposed to be putting my tires on, I was seeing them walking around the store. It took almost 3 hours for 4 tires.

Worst experience ever! I waited 3 hours in the line just to be told that they don t have tires for my car. They advised I either make an appointment or I show up too early. I tried showing up when they open, they opened 2 hours late. I tried making an appointment, when I show up their staff has called out so they can t do anything. The online system is also glitched. One tire didn t arrive on time but the order said ready for pickup. Wasted another visit and 2 hour wait line because of that. When I call customer service they have no idea and no way to check what s wrong with the 4th tire. The only thing they can do is offer a refund. If you want to be super frustrated and waste days and hours use Walmart!

I did not like that I could not make an appointment to get my tires put on my car because I bought the tires at Walmart. I went back at 8am on a Sunday and was told the person in front of me was the last walk-in and the wait was 4 hours. I don't get why they couldn't put my car up to be done in 4 hours instead of telling me the guy in front of me was the last walk in when they are open to 7pm.

Good experience getting new tires installed here. They are busy but get things done in about 1.5h.

Really poor management and communication with customers. Never going back again. Could t give 0 star.Wanted to change oil for car. Checked yesterday staff informed 5+ hrs waiting. So, decided to go next day in the morning when shop opens up at 7 am.Reached at 7:30am , 4 ppl already ahead. got the right engine oil and filter. One staff informed me to check out. Replied need oil change. Waited for 1/2 hr in line. Now another staff informed.They are short staff and can t do oil change for me. No ETA provided. they can t change oil for me at all.

Tire inventory very small rare to be able to get 4 tires of the same installed unless pre ordered. I also had a 10am appointment for my pre order install. The auto center was understaffed and my appointment did not get acknowledged until 1120am. Just block off half a day for any tire appointment because they will NOT get it done in the 1 hour they claim. My install was 3 hours and 15 minutes. I arrived at 9:45am and left at 1:00pm

Good home cooked food but!!! They really need to get a ceaser salad dressing up in there. I don't understand why that is such a tough thing for them to have on had been asking for years if they have it yet always a solid no

They needed time to ship the tires to the location. They said nine days, I gave them ten. They cancelled that morning because the tires hadn't been shipped. I drove across the country and then some this year in nine days and I was taking my time. Where are these tires being shipped from, the moon? Are they growing the rubber trees themselves or something? I'm on a donut, I need this to happen. Tried to reschedule but it was another two weeks so Auto Zone gets the sale this time.

Been waiting for 3 hours. No sign of progress. Feels like being held hostage in Walmart.Auto Center people are nice but totally useless. They simply say you have to come in early in the morning but you only have a shot random days of the week and they do not post them. 0 out of 10 utility

Honestly, I had a great experience. Crew is definitely stretched due to the volume of appointments but they genuinely try their best.

The wait is was three hours for them to change my tires when I SCHEDULED an appointment. Unprofessional. Then not even a month later one of the tires tears. Apparently warranty isn t covered unless you have a receipt. Just go to a real tire place to get your car taken care of.Service: TiresService: Tires

Don't waste your time. I arrived at 8am on sunday to buy new tires. The auto worker i spoke to said they were booked for the entire day. They did actually used to do decent work. Disappointing.

Great place, beware that if you have a car with alloy wheels they will be cautious to want to do tire installation (As a result of modern day society freaking out over slight scratches) These can occur when you take a tire off with a machine. I told them I'm not "Senator Karen" and it's ok to take a chance. They gave great service and were friendly.

Don't go on a Saturday! I got there at 7 am and was not even talked to until after 8 am. Then they could only find 3 out of 4 tires I ordered. They ended up putting on other tires that were more expensive without an additional charge, but I did not get out of there until after 11. They even prioritized me after the issues they had. Great price, just don't go on the weekend.
