Wagner Certified Collision Center is the best body shop in town. Friendly customer service and staffs are always very helpful. I was provided with detail updates on the work of my car in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone, especially Tesla's owners.

Second time here and always great. They went above and beyond to get the parts (that arrived to them twice in poor condition) and keep in touch along the way. And they detailed my car which is no small feat. Highly recommended for Tesla work (or any other car!) Nice people.

The customer service at Wagner is fantastic and I had a great experience working with them. Despite many unanticipated roadblocks and hurdles due to insurance and rental car that were out of our control, Karyn and Ashley were very easy to communciate with. They provided timely updates, and really helped to push things along and advocate for me. I appreciate this very much. Nick was also very friendly and was able to provide detailed updates on the work my car was undergoing, as well as ensuring all the parts were ordered timely. My BMW looks and feels brand new, and was detailed very nicely. I trust Wagner, their staff, and the time and care put into repairs and would recommend this shop to everyone.

I will tell people to avoid this shop. Very mismanaged and wait times are extremely long. It took six weeks for them to even determine what was wrong with the car, let alone repair anything. Scheduling was difficult. Communication with customers is very poor. I heard multiple contradictory things from different people working there. I had to repeat myself to multiple different people for no reason. I was mistaken for the wrong customer. It was very frustrating. I would not have brought my car here if I had known, and never would again.

The repair of our Tesla was top notch. Car is like new. A minor suggestion would be to try to provide a rough estimate of a predicted completion date as more details develop during repairs.

Staff I've interacted with have been consistently professional and courteous. That the repair took over 6 weeks, when I was told it would be 3 to 5 weeks was very frustrating, but they attributed it to Tesla sending them damaged doors twice, which was clearly not Wagner's fault. The repairs look to have been made perfectly well, but unfortunately the car was returned to me with a broken part, which I brought immediately to Wagner's attention. They promised to make it right. I would recommend Wagner Certified Collision Center highly.

I selected Wagner because they are a Tesla certified body shop. My car had superficial but annoying damage I wanted fixed right.When I got my model Y back it was like the damage never happened. I am very impressed with the results!During the process (almost 3 weeks) Wagner was always very responsive when I checked in and provided proactive updates as repairs moved forward. From first contact through pickup the whole service team made the process exceptionally smooth.If I should need body repair on my model Y again Wagner will be my first call.

The people at Wagner Certified Collision Center were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me navigate the options that I had available and gave me advice that was sound and helpful. What could ve been a very difficult time for my wife and I to navigate the myriad issues dealing with the insurance carrier and the options that we had. If it hadn t been for them we could ve still be dealing with issues. I can t thank them enough!

These guys, and specifically Adam, were excellent to work with. They took a bad situation with my rear ended Tesla: lack of parts and lack of equipment needed to fix the car, turning it into a win. It took months to get the car repaired, near 7, but their communication throughout the process was outstanding. In the end, as there are few Tesla shops in the area, they assisted me with getting my car back to my house as well. After I received it back, there were a couple of revisions that were necessary, and not unexpected, due to the complexity of the project. They did so without issue or complaint. Highly recommend.

Great work with a paint job and small repair on my Mercedes GLA. The car looks new again. Highly recommend this place if you need any work done, they are a class act all the way.

They fixed my vehicle and exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was detailed after the work was completed, so it came back to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. The woman in the front office was quick and efficient, she made several follow up phone calls to keep me in the loop and helped set up getting a rental car. You can tell that they value their customers, it shows and that speaks volumes. It was seamless experience and we will be bringing our vehicles here again.Service: Body & Trim

I'm not happy. The length of time it took for the repairs our car was painted on Halloween now it is the end of November just too long. I work in the service trades and not buying supply chain delays you can get the parts if you really want to find them. No communication with the insurance company about the length of time for the rental car. I'm on the hook for the extra time and deductible we were rear-ended. I'm extremely not satisfied and will not recommend people going to you. I know you will say that you can't do anything about any of this but this is how I feel. Sorry but this is how I feel.

Wagner collision is the best in the game. They bring your car back to better than new. I wont take mine to any other body shop. Ive been using them for years and will continue to use them forever! Highly recommended.

Excellent service and communication. I'm super happy I went with them. My truck came out looking brand new, they even cleaned it and fully charged it up for me. They are definitely the place to go to for EV's and they know how to deal with the insurance companies and keep the ball rolling. I even asked them to salvage some emblems and other stuff for me and they happily obliged.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

great work, only complaint is lousy communications. they continuously used the wrong number to contact me despite my dividing the right number but the car was fixed perfect and that s what counts.

Extensive work was done to my car after I was involved in a traffic accident. From my very first interaction with Wagner, I was treated with respect by the entire staff and I was kept fully informed on the progress of the work. Several times I felt the staff was going above and beyond. All of the work was done in, what I felt was, a very competent and professional manner, and I am very pleased with the end result of their work. Although it was unfortunate that I needed their service, I would not hesitate to use Wagner Certified Collision Center again.

Car repair took longer than it should have. Called and was told it would be done within two days I came to pick it up on the third day and they still didn t have it ready.Was late for class because of that. It just left a bad taste in my mouth, really.

These guys are very professional and highly certified. Since I got my new Kia Forte I only go to them because I want to keep the car in the best condition for when I decide to resell it in the future. I would highly recommend them. The only downside is their estimates are high, but that's the proce you have to pay if you want something done right.

Karyn Wagner and her customer service staff are the gold standard. But that standard does not end there. The entire experience, and everyone you deal with is a pleasure. A special shout out to my friend, John.In addition to how the staff treats its customers, the quality of the repair work is top notch and beyond comparison. Wagner Collision is fantastic ! Getting a quote for my BMW was easy and fast, making an appointment was easy, they scheduled my loaner car as well. The repair got started quickly and they dealt smoothly with insurance company for supplement damage found. I got a call every few days to provide an update, and when I picked up my car it looked brand new. I highly recommend Wagner Collision to everyone !!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have a Rivian R1T and due to manufacture defects I was sent to Wagner. They were amazing and advocated for me. My truck looks as good as new, better than when I got it.
