Overall Service was great! However I'm not happy about paying twice the price for an oil change. It was about $101 for an oil change. I could saved $50 bucks going to AutoZone and taking 20 minutes at my house to do the same. I usually take my two cars to Vals during the winter season. However at this point I could save $100 if I did it myself. I guess it's the price I pay for convenience and laziness. I don't even think they checked my tire pressure. I also thought they used to add windshield washer fluid, or maybe they didn't. All in all not satisfied regarding price. You should have the price for an oil change posted.

Pieter is cool. But they need a radio. It's too quiet in there. Can't imagine being left with my thoughts and incessant beeping 11 hours a day. 10/10 service.

The manager, Kareem Nathan, at the Gold Star Blvd. Valvoline is wonderful and so helpful. Prices are a little high, but the service and ease of getting an oil change done quickly makes up for the price. Randy is also super nice and explains everything. He should be a teacher.

Bad all the way around - $127 for an oil change and air filter, its actually cheaper for the dealership to do it. They also put windshield washer fluid in the coolant and instead of owning up to it and doing a full flush they simply vacuumed out the reservoir and topped off. Lastly, they left plenty of greasy prints on the hood.... Not impressed at all.

15-minute oil change is a LIE, I called, they said it d be 15-minutes once I entered. I had to wait an hour and a half to get in and once I was in I had to wait another 35 minutes before I got out. I went to the bathroom and had to wait about 10-15 minutes and had to knock 3 different times before the employee got out.

I will be going here from now on! Jandell was great, knowledgeable, and efficient. They educated me on my car without being forceful. Everybody I interacted with was so kind and friendly, and I was in and out very quickly.

Would put zero stars if i could. Went to valvoline for an oil change on 10/30. My oil light came on in early November. My mechanic takes a look. To his surprise my car had NO oil & my drain plug was stripped. Oil had been leaking from valvolines work. If i hadn't gone to my mechanic sooner. Would have cost me more. valvoline did not offer to pay for the expenses of their mistake/ doing nor give a refund for oil that leaked completely out of my car! Unprofessional all around!!!

Arrived yesterday 3pm to west boylston st location, second car in line with many staff visible in bays and open garage doors. Waited 15 minutes with no greeting. Staff then closed garage doors without contact.

$126 for 6 quarts of synthetic oil, an oil filter, plus labor. With no waiting I was in the garage for 36 minutes. Obviously getting the work done costs more but 36 minutes is longer than it takes me to do the oil change in my own garage and aside from taking out my almost brand new air filter and showing it to me and reviewing the service schedule I m not sure where the time was spent. 36 minutes is a long time to be wearing a suit in July without AC so this is probably going to be a one off.Based on the response they obviously didn t understand that it was the time spent, not the money, that caused the disappointment. I had zero expectation of saving money and that expectation was met.Service: Oil change

Above & Beyond!!! The team here always takes care of both our 17+ year old cars so that they are running smoothly no matter the season; they provide service without sales pressure and without mansplaining either. Tonight, Xavier & Big Mike showed yet again how much they care about their customers - I was stuck because my car would not shift out of "park" into any gear, no matter what I tried. Over the phone, they both kept researching and patiently coaching me through different ways to fix the problem and kept at it until they figured it out!!! I was able to drive home safely, stop to pump gas, and the problem didn't happen again! This type of customer care is rare, and I will always recommend people to take their cars to them!! They are heroes!!

I have been to this location a few times and I must say that Exavier is ALWAYS great. He is always bouncing around trying to get customers through in a timely manner and is always courteous and thorough. Today my car was also serviced by Arthur who I was told was just there for the day from another location and he was great also!! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and I believe that Exavier and Arthur absolutely deserve some extra recognition!Service: Oil change

I went here for a simple tire rotation as I was about to take a ride down to Philadelphia. On my way to Philly my car started shaking and vibrating so I pulled over and had to have it towed. Turns out my rear wheels were about to fall off and I could have caused a fatal accident if I kept driving. Totally unacceptable and very scary.

My oil filter was not changed with the oil even though it shows on the invoice. $105 is not a cheap oil change so I would expect the filter to be changed. Oil fingerprints left on the hood of the car as well. Antifreeze change was fine, which is why they get 2 stars.

My guy Edward always takes care of me at this location and makes sure that I m in and out as quick as possible. Yes might be a bit more expensive but the convenience is top notch. Jason is also great at this location and ensures my truck is ready to hit the road!

Started out good. But when I went to pretrip my truck in am. Had to drain a quart of oil off the motor and trans dipstick was not properly replaced. It got the job done but as with oil quick lubes double check their work.

Not only did this poorly trained trained staff stripped my bolt. Even though I told them that I only wanted an oil change and nothing else they were rude af trying to say that if I didn't want them to do it then I should have done it myself
