Always have friendly, fast and complete services here. The only place I go for tire service. I have purchased tires online and have them shipped here for installation and I get the same quality service as if I bought them there.

Dropped off my car and explained to them I had a couple lug nuts I couldn t get off on top of needing to replace the tire. Told me they would call when done, that was at 12pm, no calls came in so around 4pm went to check on my car and they tell me they can t fix it. Claimed they called me but I never received a call or a voicemail. How you a tire shop but don t have the proper equipment to removed lug nuts. FOH.

Love this place. Came with no appointment because my tire was losing air fast and had no hole. Took me right in found the problem fixed it and was affordable. Didn't try to to talk me into spending more money the. I had to. Told them I also had issues with my sensors. Tried that problem fast and still didn't price gauge me. They were very fast officiant. And beyond sweet.. definitely recommend this place they are the best!

Incredibly quick service, I was in and out for a patch in less than 20 minutes. Recommended new tires to me (mine are getting very worn) but weren t pushing them, just looking out for levels of wear and tear.

I had asked for my old tires back before paying and they said no problem. But then they scrapped them and could find them in the back when I came to pick up my car and there was nothing they could do which was very frustrating. One of my tires was good and I only got all four replace so they would ware at the same rate. Im pretty upset.

Good tires & service, initially. Tire flat, still under warranty. Tried to sell me new, when all I wanted was a fix. After telling me the tire won't hold air because it was damaged, I asked to see it. Could not see any damage. So asked for the tire to be put back on rim, filled and reinstalled onto truck. Its holding air just fine. Still don't know what caused the flat.

I understand I have a niche issue but hopefully it will help others. Recently loaned my car to my father for thanksgiving. Long story short he got a nail in my tire and took it here for new tires. I recently got my rims powder coated black and after getting new tires my rims are completely beat up. Glad my father got new tires but I m extremely disappointed now that every rim is scratched. Their tire mounting machine is probably the issue but regardless if you had your rims powder coated I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Tire warehouse and their crew did a great job on my tire change. I trust them to let me know when my tires are expired so that I can drive on the roads safely.With an appointment, I am in and out of there in less than an hour with brand new tires on my car. Great quick service with attention to detail, would definitely recommend. They even bagged my old tires in trash bags to keep my car clean!

I had all 4 of my tires replaced on my Nissan Rogue 2018, I had specialized lug nuts that they stole and replaced with standard lug nuts. On top of stealing my lug nuts and replacing them with cheap standard ones they only put THREE lug nuts on each of my tires. This caused one of my wheels to come off while I was driving, I almost hit another car and the police and triple A determined the cause of the wheel coming off was due to the lack of lug nuts on all my tires. I had JUST had my tires replaced and they stole my lug nuts and shorted me on each tire, I am not sure if they thought they could get away with it because I am a woman and do not know much about cars but I almost died and they are not doing anything to rectify the situation.Called for a refund and they said they could not provide me with one, I am now waiting for a call from the District Manager.

The manager of this building is terrible and doesn't care about customer service. I went to this location on 9/24/23. An employee nicknamed Hollywood holds this place together and should be recognized for his hardworking efforts. At first I showed up to my appointment at 9. I wasn't taken until 930. I get it I work retail I don't have enough help either where I work. Not a heads up from the manager, or nothing to acknowledge me or the fact that he was running behind. The manager asked me for my wheel lock when I was instructed to pull into the bay. He proceeded to loose it. His first solution was to tell me that he would be able to get them off but not put them on. After somewhere between half hour and 45 mins later an employee found it. My wheels locks ended up getting stripped out, which happens not a big deal theyre 5 years old it happens. After waiting 2.5 hours to get my wheels done he tries to send me off with one lug nut missing on each wheel when I had extras. By the end of my visit I killed way more time than I intended to and dealt with a manager who doesn't care about the customers experience or about their personal property. It's a shame because he's fortunate to have a good staff here, they have the opportunity to run a killer operation. Tire warehouse should consider a performance review with the manager.

These guys had the tire I needed and had me back on the road so fast. The price was very good. The only reason they are not a 5 star is because they don t answer their phone. Just drive to their garage.

I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it immediately and checked the other 3 for proper pressure because of cold weather. I was on my way in 10 minutes.

Had nail in rear tire patched, no extra sales were pushed. Great service fast and professional. Mechanic showed me the issue. In and out quickly!

I've been trying to find someone to switch over my tire for like a month now and I happen to drive by and a Sunday and pullin they took my spare tire off of a bad rim and put it on my rear wheel. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. I would definitely go there again. It costs $30.

Dealt with manager Chris. Very professional and sincerely nice guy that was always busy but stayed professional and even found a minute to talk. Felt good giving them my business. Went to other places that said they couldn t help me with the metal in my tire and these guys did it fast, cheap and professional. Thanks to Chris and his team

Showed up without an appointment to get a price for swapping out our tires. They greeted us immediately, staff was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and the price is unbeatable!!! We'll never go anywhere else for anything tire related. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars

I made an appointment and brought my car in December. The techs put the wrong tires on my car and broke one of the air pressure sensors while doing it, which they did not tell me about. I drove for a few days with my sensors going off before going to Town Fair Tire, who pointed out the damage, fixed it, and put the correct tires on. I returned the tires to the Worcester Tire Warehouse in January (within the 30-day window), they took the tires back and said the refund would appear in 7-10 days but said there was no paperwork they could offer. As I already didn't trust them from the first experience, I insisted they give me a written confirmation of receipt for the tires and when to expect the refund. No refund came through, and each time I've called I get the response that they'll look into it and call me back that day - no call comes in so I call a week or two later. It's been almost 3 months since I returned the tires so finally I called corporate. They assured me that the refund will be issued in 3-5 business days, but I don't trust this sketchy company AT ALL so they're getting this review. If all this weren't enough to show how poorly run and unprofessional Tire Warehouse is, the day of my first visit I waited in the unattended waiting room while a customer kept answering the phones like it was an open mic - maybe I was speaking to another unstable customer impersonating an employee when I called, because I don't know know that any employees were made aware of my call, much like the calls that odd woman answered the day I was there. It was a also very cold the day of my visit so I brought the techs some handwarmers... see above for what a nice gesture gets you at an establishment like this.

I received excellent customer service from the entire team, in particular Jose who was professional, courteous and welcoming from the first time I called to the time my vehicles repairs were complete. He made me feel like a valued customer and I will certainly be returning for any future tire needs.Job well done!!

I bought my tires at Tire Warehouse in Gardner,MA. I was in Worcester and had a flat. I called Tire Warehouse on Grove St in Worcester. Rich was very kind and helpful. Although they were very busy, they were able to squeeze me in and delivered excellent service. The staff was very courteous. They turned a very bad day into a good one. Thank you for your excellent costumer service.

Shockingly good experience. Popped a tire. They changed both of them and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes, had me come back the next morning to have it tightened for free. I'm a young woman and I'm used to being treated with condescension or being upsold a ton of extra things when dealing with my car, but they didn't even hint at any disrespect or upselling. Decent prices too. Would recommend to everyone I know.

The day prior to writing this review, I made an appointment online to have four tires replaced and balanced. The gentleman behind the counter informed me the tires were not in stock however said they could order them for me. He laid out very clearly my options, his recommendations (which wasn't the most expensive) and I went with his suggestion. I wish I got his name but he was very helpful!The tires arrived later that day. So I went the next morning to have the car serviced. Andre behind the counter and Jose, the individual who worked on the car, were very professional and courteous. Not just to me, but the other individuals who came in with nails in their tires, or questions about services. They were polite & calm and seemed to really put passion into their work which is wonderful to see.They recommended a business to do the alignment and I am sad to say my experience with Monro was the opposite, but I will leave that review on their page. I will gladly go back to Tire Warehouse and recommend anyone to them!
