Great! Mike was very knowledgeable about RV parts and quickly gave me everything I needed to complete the job. I'm very satisfied with their service, selection and fair prices. I'll be back!

Exceeded my expectations. Added after market LED exterior lighting and interior switches to my sprinter. Josh was very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the process. The price was what I expected to pay but the quality was so much higher than what I expected to get!

I had a great experience with Timbucktu Rv. They were all kind, courteous, understanding and very helpful. My campers roof was beginning to leak, they had it fixed up in under a week. The price was very reasonable! They made the process, that we had been dreading, super easy. Would absolutely return for all my camper needs. They also have a store with everything you d ever need for your camper/rv. Highly recommend

Buck and his team took good care of me and Tina (1984 Airstream 345L). Went in needing some new DC batteries and they traced down the culprit of my other electrical issues; needed a new converter, mice chewed through some wires, and two breakers were bad). They re slightly on the pricier end for servicing, but I m happy with the outcome. Would recommend.

The motor of our camper broke on our trip up from NY to ME. Randomly called them, they looked at it right away. Need a new motor but they helped us improvise so we could still use it and not have our vacation ruined. The nicest most helpful group of men. Highly recommended!

Had been storing my tow trailer there for 3 years & Ken was always very helpful when I needed some minor work & would also have it ready for me to pick up even after hours when I called a few days in advance. THEN after Covid and being in storage for 20 months I called for it to be available on a Friday...(PS While in storage during covid the storage fee went up 40% without notification but Ken retroed a few months whatever) So I went Friday pm ready to go & it wasn't out front or even accessible for me to head out. (I had to pay for campsite cancelation ) when I called about my disappointment a new guy said he assumed I would have come in during the day, but it would be ready for Saturday evening. I took off that night the found out I COULDN'T UNLOCK CAMPER. While it was in their possession SOMEONE STUCK SOMTHING IN THE DEADBOLT LOCK!!!I WAS STRANDED Towing my camper to a motel because I had No Way to get inside to sleep. Costly mishap and I can't prove it so can't do anything about it but write a poor review.

On my first visit - a last minute dash to find some parts for my pop-up - I was very happy to see a very will stocked camper supply store with hoses, key/lock sets, and a 12v water pump.I had a good conversation about the budget for a tankless water heater. (they had experience with at least 2 of the common vendors). I was pleased to see a fair number of pop-ups in the yard and some real first-hand knowledge. Even though it is a long ride from West Concord, I will be back.

We were in a jamb on our way home on a Tuesday night our travel trailer blew a wheel baring . We pulled over called a towing company dispatcher said they couldn t toy us but is we could make it to the garage they would fix it the next day punch line 1 pm the next day that garage told us no way . Finally located a place 12 minutes down the road Timbucktu RV if we get there they will take care of us . 90 minutes away in another state at this point . We got Ted towing to help out and they got our travel trailer to the garage and the next day it was fixed and all the other wheels checked as well . We went and picked up the next day and it went great . They were fantastic !

This place is a big rip off do not go they are thrives. THEY tell you one price and charge you triple when time to pick up. They lie like crazy. I don't even want to give these losers one star. 731.84 for two small windows that we purchased. Was told an hr. per window for 300.00 total. Got there and they lied and said 4hrs to cut to small holes an installed. So now it's 731.84. Yelled at them gave my opinion with the reviews I read so he thinks it was o.k. to deduct half hr. an charged us 531.84. Still a big difference from 300.00. PEOPLE STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

No- I didn't buy an RV from this place.. I TRIED to get info ( from their 'on-line forms' and even got a 'We've received your questions & we'll get back to you soon' form- about 4 days later ( and after another few e-mails asking if they ever responded to their own form??? ) There are way too many RV Dealers and shops out there and if they don't respond to their own 'I'm INTERESTED" forms... they can't be listed in the 'Dealers that actually CARE' list so that's all I have to say... The RV in question had ( according to them ) the 'battery removed by the owner- of the RV - because it was bad'... That makes sense huh?????

We busted a leaf spring on our way through to Maine. Everywhere else we called said it would take a week or longer to get it fixed. Timbucktu went above and beyond to get us back on the road the next day. The guys were all extremely helpful and kind, even giving us recommendations for things to do with our kids in the area. They truly saved our vacation!

They are thieves. Substandard work for more than quoted. They gave us a verbal quote over the phone after dropping it off for $500-600 for repair for our pop up. (Crazy us - we believed they would honor their word.) They then charged us over $900. When we argued with them about the higher cost (without notifying us anywhere along the line that the cost would higher), they could have cared less about either honoring their estimate or calling us to let us know the cost could be higher. Of course unless we paid the full amount, they would not release the camper. So we paid it. Later the repair rippled.

We had major issues with the RV we use to spend the winters in Florida. The work was a major repair with a cost below the original estimate from another dealer which was three times as much as Timbuktu. The repair was stellar and we are now on our way to Florida and still seeing all the areas they went above and beyond what was expected. Very grateful for the work they did. They will be our "go to" RV business!

I was passing through the area and had a freshwater pump failure. I called Dennis and he suggested that I come by and they would take a look at it. I arrived a few hours later and the other Dennis almost met me in the parking lot. He immediately got on the problem and determined that a bolt had stripped out in the pump. He acquired a new bolt, installed it, and it worked like new. The total elapsed time was maybe two hours. My wife and I only had time for lunch. The cost was reasonable and I was on my way. But wait, we couldn't find anyplace that could take us on a Thursday night and, having not known how long the repair world take, hadn't made any arrangements. Timbuktu RV was kind enough to let us boondock on the side of their lot. Thanks Dennis'.

We full time and staying in Putnam CT for a couple weeks. Developed a hydraulic leak and our front AC blew a Shroud. Called Flagg RV, they were booked until Nov. Called Timbucktu and they worked me in in two days I arrived at 7:30am. Work was started as soon as I arrived. Hydraulic leak was repair that day but had to return because a part needed to be ordered. Returned two days later at 7;30am. Work again began immediately and was complete in about an hour. The price was VERY FAIR. I highly recommend contacting Bucky or Ken for your repairs, also try Bucky s coffee.

I went down with half of a light socket from my clearance lights that I had to snap to get off of my RV. My vehicle is from the mid-80's and needless to say there is some leg work to put in to get me the part I need.I purchased a few bulbs and left my info for when the new sockets come in.They seem like great guys and I am happy I found a good local shop to go to with questions and to pick up parts.

We had just left our campsite and all of a sudden we had no trailer brake. Made a few calls and ended up doing a Google search and found Timbuktu, called them and they fit us in. It turned out they couldn't help us because the problem was with our tow vehicle but they were still great! Thank you!

This is insane. We dropped our camper off for minor repairs in OCTOBER. It is now the end of July. We called approximately every two weeks since the middle of May to be assured that "we'll work on it tomorrow" or "we'll work on it next week." I was promised a hard pick up date of tomorrow, only to call today to have them have no idea what I was talking about. The only reason this place is still in business is because they're the only place remotely near here that will work on pop-up campers. And even then, it's a miracle.
