I recommend everyone to go to Thomas Waldron Carstar auto Body. I've been into a accident And I took my car To them. THE customer was so easy to talk to to get along with and they show you every step of the way What they're doing. And the time Them tell you when it's going to finish. It's the exact time I get back my car.

Was easy to set up appointment and they dealt with everything even taking care of my rental. I received updates multiple times about the repairs and they finished earlier then expected and it looks great

Wonderful service. I felt that everyone was very friendly and helpful. Mike went above and beyond staying after 5 the first day when hertz didn't show up and attached my bumper until I come back. Front desk lady is gorgeous. Definitely a place to choose every time.

I am very pleased with the repairs and quality service that Thomas Waldron Auto Body CARSTAR did for me. My car was shining and was so clean inside which was something I was not expected. They went above and beyond and it was such a nice surprise. I had a great and smooth experience with the process, it was very professional and they always kept updated. I would recommend Thomas Waldron Auto Body CARTSAR for any type of autobody work. The team was so nice and helpful, especially the appraiser, Bron! He was very nice and explained details of what would be done when taking pictures of my car. Also when I went to pick it up, they gave me a delicious, mini cake with water which just gives them extra bonus points!

This garage is a great place to service your vehicle. They treated me with great respect, regardless. They did a really great job on my car. I had my car fixed as if nothing ever happened to it. My daughter was crying and they send me two guys to assist me move my things from the rental car on to my car. The receptionist held my four months old baby to help calm her down until was ready to leave. Their rate worth the work. Give them a try. This company has a high sense of pluralism as I looked at every staff that came by.Service: Body & Trim

Hi I like to share with everyone how satisfied I am with the appraiser guy when I take my Toyota Highland to do some repair and painting ,his name is Brown. He s very nice guy. Good communication, they finish the work before I expect, When I went to pick up my car, I open the door and I was surprise with the cleanup inside the car ,that s something amazing I was not expecting to have my car nice and clean inside, thank you very Brown and your crew for the wonderful work on my car ,I will recommend for everyone,

Great experience! The team walked me through the process and kept me up to date through the entire repair and even finish early! The team is great and helped work around my schedule for pick up and helped take care of the return of my rental. 5 stars! I was told my car would be done in 17 days, however it's been 2 months, and I was told that my doors could possibly arrive in 2 months, then they gave me the car back with crashed doors that looks really sketchy to drive, as well as my blind spot sensor, and my radar was not calibrated and not working, this place is scam, and not recommend to nobody. Save yourself a headache! And also they go all the money from my insurance without almost doing anything!Service: Body & Trim

Thomas Waldron CARSTAR Auto Body did an excellent job repairing scratches on the sliding door and the adjoining body of my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica completing the repairs six (6) days ahead of schedule. They also handled pickup and return of the rental car that I used while my Pacifica was being repaired. I highly recommend them if you need any body and/or paint work.

Thomas Waldron exceeds my expectations on my repairs. Not only did they complete the repairs, the service was immaculate. Interactions with staff was great and can tell they knew what they were doing by how effective they were communicating. This also shows on how I was kept up to date constantly via text about the status of my repair. The level was service I was provided was shockingly good as well as the repair itself. Couldn't even tell that there was any damages at all. No panel gaps or issues with functionality and paint was perfect as well. 10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is my second time bringing my car here and I could not be happier with that decision. I will definitely be returning with any other future car issues. They finished changing my bumper with a new on in several hours and it looks as good as new!! We picked my car up after hours and they had not only ducked my jeep with an adorable rubber duck, but they also left us a delicious bundt cake and a water! On top of all of this they cleaned and detailed my car for me perfectly. Everyone here is so kind and ready to help you anyway they can. I could not be more thankfulService: Body & Trim

This company is top notch and I say that rarely about any business. They took on the job of finding out where water was infiltrating the cabin of my 2015 Chevy Malibu LTZ when other body shops had turned me down.The entire crew was uniquely courteous and patient. The group is like a hand-picked team of "people-persons" who went the extra mile to assure my satisfaction.They found the leak coming from a separated drain pipe attached to the sunroof and the damage it had caused, submitted it to my ins. co. and repaired the damage under the carpeting.I'm in my 60s and I've been around the block with repair garages and these people are exceptional and a rare find in this time of profits over everything else. Not so with Thomas Waldron - CARSTAR.I will definitely go back if I ever need their services.Tom V.

I was in an accident and they did a great job getting it back to new condition. They even buffed out a scratch on my door that wasn t part of the accident. So appreciated this ! had to have the hood to my jeep fixed there said it would be done in a week, after 4 weeks they finally called and said my jeep was ready for pickup. When I arrived I could see from a mile away the shoddy orange peal paint job they did when I complained they gave me attitude and a hard time but redid the work which took another 3 weeks. When I arrived the second time it was better but still not perfect like they said it would be. it is now a couple years later and all the paint on my hood is cracking and peeling. They suck.

It was a very very good experience! I hope I never crash my car again. If I do, this is the place I would go!!! Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful here! Really appreciated the nice work u guys did!! I asked my friend to pick up the car, so I couldn t say thank you in front of you. I wanna say thank you so much for the amazing work!!!!
