They are unique at their craft I ve been to plenty of car Dealerships & the service hasn t been remotely near Sonia s auto sales they are amazing. I extremely recommend anyone to come get your vehicle from them. You can talk to Jorge Luis thank you guys for the hospitality

Thank you to Randy, Juan, & Carlos !!! This is my 3rd time coming to Sonia s for a vehicle & they are always amazing & able to help! Made sure after I purchased the car that the tank was full of gas & that everything was cleaned & fixed before leaving. I will always recommend Sonia s 10/10!!!

worst service ive ever been too! brought my car in too service my radio that they had broke when alternator changed this is the 4th time i have been coming in waiting hours and still today not fixed they telling me this is issue they order nope wrong one again ordered another part doesnt work order another part wont work cuz ur car is leaking and the module got wet so now im gettinf a leak in my car that sonias apparently fixed still getting water in my car ! now i have too wait was told im going to get a call in few hours to resolve this never got called back! this is redicules they dont care too work they walk around talk laugh eat take there sweetass time i was told 30 min too fix a radio then happened too wait 3 hours!! and now my module got wet cuz i have a leak somewhere again that they didnt fix right!! never ever going too buy a car here again i will come again and have this fixed that they didnt fix !!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Purchased a car signed papers and gave a half deposit as I waited for the car to get detailed and have maintenance done. I called they told me it wasn't ready. I got a call to come and get the car, so I went to pick it up with a mechanic. When I got there, they told me the car was no longer available. They sold the car to someone else for more money and tried to sell me another car.

I had a very special circumstance and Ernesto took care of my father and I.I truly appreciate all the help and them making it work when it truly was a unique situation that did require more attention. I am grateful for their understanding and respect toward our unique situation which involves serious health issues.You all truly have top notch determination to make it happen for the customer and it really was needed for our family.Again, you all go above and beyond and putting in all the hard work and we are immensely grateful.God bless & Thank you again Ernesto, Neisha & Luis.

After looking and educating myself for the exact car I wanted I finally found the car at Sonia s . Maury called me right away and he was very polite and pleasant . I could tell right away he was a good guy . Through my experience at Sonia s I dealt with Lucas , Ernesto , and also Carlos . Buying a car is a very big investment so I really wanted to be prepared . Lucas gave me a very decent price for my trade in. And I really enjoyed meeting him . Ernesto gave great support and also helped out a lot. Carlos was in the finance department , I had to call him a few times and he was very professional and definitely knew his profession . Upon leaving with my car that had incredibly low miles and was beautiful , I left with a smile and also hugs . Hard to trust people when buying a car , but I gained some new acquaintances at Sonia s and I really believe the staff there are good people . Maury has been in touch with me and I feel they are there for me if I should need any attention to my new beautiful car which was like new and was a 2016. Thank you to my friends at Sonia s .

I recently had a profoundly frustrating experience at Sonia's Auto Sales, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment through this Google review. After spending hours shopping around for a car for my son, I finally settled on a vehicle at Sonia's. Excited about my decision after signing the contract, I informed them that I would return with a mechanic to thoroughly inspect the car before finalizing the purchase a standard practice to ensure the vehicle's condition.To my dismay, the situation took an unexpected turn. Despite the fact that we were under contractual agreement after paying a hefty price to ensure the car would be reserved for me. When I returned with my mechanic, after calling ahead to confirm everything, I was met with shocking news the vehicle had been sold to someone elese.I am appalled and deeply frustrated by the fact that Sonia's Auto Sales not only failed to uphold their agreement but also deliberately misled me after I had secured the vehicle by paying ahead. This experience not only wasted my time and money but also left me questioning the integrity of their business practices.It's disheartening to see a dealership engage in such unreliable and unethical behavior, especially when customers like myself trust them with significant financial transactions. I strongly caution anyone considering Sonia's Auto Sales to exercise extreme caution and be wary of their commitment to honesty and customer satisfaction. They have now sold the same car twice. Not only do I now have to wait to be reimbused, but now I have to start all over again. Scammers!

If I could give it 0 stars I would but it doesn t allow me to.I just want to say if you are thinking about purchasing a car this is NOT the place for you! You are going to deal with having to fix your car almost every week. You are going to waste you time with irresponsible people who think they know how to manipulate others. They think they will get away with it all. So here is your warning to not go to SONIAS AUTO SALES.My personal experience: I bought my car a month ago and I have had to take it to get fixed 4 times already. I brought it for them to fix it and no result/ no progress. I had to pay my own inspection sticker. I got the car dirty in the inside and was told it would be detailed before I got it. That never happened. I had to figure it out on my own. They don t care enough to answer my texts and couldn t care enough about their customers. My father was considering buying a car there as well but he quickly changed his mind after what happened to me.

I'm surprised this place is still open very, very bad services. I don't recommend nobody to go here spend your time on money here I went there last week and they left me waiting for almost 2 hours. And that was just walking around and talking. Is zero stars 0...00000000 Never come here never

Attention!!!! Run and fast!!! I have been dealing with Lucas and his bag of 2nd hand mechanics since July of last year 2022, they tell me they fixed the issue keep the vehicle for a month at a time then I get it back with the same problem. They assured me the truck was fixed come to find out they did nothing but waste my time and take my money, currently my truck sits with a check engine light still on

I don't know who you pay to write your reviews but you guys are thieves. I purchased a car from them for $10,000, when I went topick up the car i found out that they sold the car tosomeone else. They knew I needed a car urgently; I gave adeposit and signed a contract with them. I called them andasked them if the car was ready, they said yes come get it,knowing that the car was already gone. When I got there topick up the car, they were trying to sell me another car.

Bought a car that had problems. Though it took longer than expected, the owner Francisco, Juan Carlos and Lucas made sure that I was placed in a car that was perfect. They truly care about customer satisfaction. They worked with me to make sure I was happy and in the end I drove off with a car that was perfect for me. Thank you.

Yo! These people are the bomb!I came in through a friend of a friend, and had the BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle!Super attentive to details, they tailored to my needs and got me an absolute beast of a car!Heck, they even brought me back home at the end before I had fully decided!11 out of 10 times would buy from them again!Ps: if you go, as for JORGE!

The process of purchasing the vehicle went smoothly. The hard and longest part was being able to take the car home. There were a lot of miscommunications and misleading information. It appeared as if no one knew what was going on. It would have been a great experience if they would have just been honest and at front with me from the start. 4 stars for the purchasing of the vehicle and 2 stars for what happened after

I hate buying cars because I'm female! I was told to go to sonias because my credit was questionable and they were good. Lucas and the team there were great and I really really like the car. I highly recommend going there.

Iv had my car now for 1 year and Iv had 3 extreme major jobs over 5000$ spent within 1 year getting this car fix. The car was sold to me with breaks not being safe to drive 800$ new brake shoes 1300$ my water pump broke 1800$ timing change belt and 1800$ for a new manifold converter. WORSE PLACE EVER
