If I could give this place a 10 star review I would!! Phil is amazing with customer service they did a wonderful job on my Chrysler Town & Country. They left her running like a baby and I m not exaggerating. I am very pleased with their service and now they have me as a customer for life. They did not disappoint one bit from the beginning to the end, it was a wonderful experience, even when I freaked out because my card wouldn t go through for Payment Phil made sure I stayed calm and assured me that everything would work out and it did. I was able to make my payment and carry on with my day. I am grateful that I finally found a shop that takes their customers needs seriously.

Since this place has been leased by a new owner, the service and customer service is awesome. I trust Phil with my car any day. I know he will make sure that it is safe for me to drive.

I just got a state inspection, and after my car was passed and I paid for the inspection, I noticed a tear on my drivers side window tint. This rip was at the top of the window where it s measured with the tint meter. I ve been inspected many times never having this issue (keep in mind, these weren t cheap DIY tints). I immediately brought this up to the tech who inspected my car. He denied responsibility, saying he s done this for 8 years and that s never happened. He offered no retribution and said to take it up with the state. DONT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE IF YOU HAVE TINTED WINDOWS

Sent my car and after paying almost $1000 to change lower control arm, it went from good to trash, can t even drive it anymore.

These people will drive you car without your knowledge to who knows where. I caught them twice already. The first time they empty my half of thank of gas and drove my car for 67 miles. Once I confronted them about it they offered me a free oil change. I recently caught them again. I'm going to file a complaint to the DA office for them. They added 150 miles on my car after dropped it off for a repair that coste $1067 . So basically I'm fixing a car for the shop's personal use.

The people who work at this place has exceptional customers service. Bought a van from Shabos and the qualify of the vehicle I received was flawless. Phil and his team ensured that vehicle was prepared and ready on the day for pick up. They took time to help me with the paper work and explained things in manner that I could understand. I would recommend buying a vehicle from this location.

The mechanics at this place are some of the nicest I ve found. I went in for an inspection the other day and they went out of their way to go over everything and explain why I failed and what I needed to do to fix it. They did everything they could to explain as well as make me happy. As someone well versed in cars, they were spot on and weren t trying to sell me anything. They seemed extremely honest and upfront, out to help, and kind. One of them was so good with my dog too, she didn t want to leave. Extremely friendly and will definitely be taking my vehicles there for inspection and anything else needed for good. It s worth the drive to deal with quality people, even with shops a half hour closer.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Professionals focused on customer satisfaction, reliable, honest and fair with pricing. Interacting with various shops, I feel very fortunate to finally take my car to Shabo's. After checking the sensors, ignition and few other things they suggested that the full scope of repair, although possible, is not worth my financial effort. I got a detailed diagnosis very quickly. They made examination steps in an incremental way following an established protocol. They nicely answered challenging questions I asked on behalf of my relative mechanic helping remotely. I was not charged for the steps which did not provide good resolution. I am satisfied and looking forward to checking and servicing my future car with Shabo's.This opinion is independent and not motivated by any form of incentive.

These guys are top notch, Shabo's is hands down one of the best repair shops I've ever been to and I've been to several over the years. They take their time to evaluate and work with you on what they find to help come out with a plan that works best for your safety and your wallet. I'm a fan, I'll certainly be coming back for sure! To be honest, I found my new go to repair shop.

Shabos is the ONLY shop I will bring my cars to. The owner, Phil, is upfront, honest, and professional. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and provide accurate and honesty diagnosis s. When the normal chain shops decided to charge an arm and a leg for rotors and pads I decided to shop around first. A friend had recommended Shabos on Park Ave so I went down to check them out. The customer service was incredible. Phil the owner came right out to me and was so personable that I was automatically sold. The outside of the shop is beautiful. He even brought me in to meet the mechanic Mike who would be working on my car, the whole atmosphere is very inviting. I highly recommend for everyone to check them out, prices are amazing and they keep it 100% real with you. They make it a priority to put the customer first and at ease. I will definitely be making this my new to go spot for all my car needs. THANK YOU SHABOS!

Shabos is a great place for any of your car needs. They are extremely helpful and personable. Every time I need a service I am greeted like family. If I could give this place 1000 stars and more I would. My cars engine light was flashing and my heart stopped. I took it in first thing on a Saturday, telling Phil that I needed it back in time for work. He absolutely worked with my schedule and the price was beyond amazing. As a woman, mechanics tend to try to pull one over and upcharge because "women don't know cars" but that was not the case at all here. Phil was very straight forward and wasn't pulling any funky business. I will forever go to shabos now. I'm so glad I found this place and that I was treated with respect.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Oil change

I mean, they seem very nice and honest. They fixed my 02 sensor $50 less than what another mechanic charged for an 02 sensor that lasted for just 2 weeks. I don t know if they have not been very nice to others, but I am yet to experience any wrong doing since I started patronizing them.

I got there early the guy didn't open until 8:00 he took me in got a new inspection sticker I couldn't be happier I'm so happy I just got a new inspection sticker all set that's huge huge no yeah thank you have a good day

This shop has been nothing short of amazing! Took my 2016 Nissan rouge to firestone for some noise I heard in the back and got quoted $1400 for strut and shocks replacement. I got referred to this shop and not only did they cut the price, they thoroughly inspected the vehicle to find out it was only a loose bushing.. Firestone is highway robbery and Shabos is the way to go!! Thank you so much Phil and Mike! Highly recommend!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

My go to place for an inspection, quick and easy and they let you know if something will need to be done by the next time (if tires are passable but close to needing to be done)

I definitely recommend using Shabo's for car repairs/tune-ups. They truly care about taking care of their customers. They won't lie or over charge like a lot of these car garages do!
