If you need any exhaust work done on your car this is the place to go. The folks over there are professional and friendly. Kurt and Matt make the whole process so easy. As others say in their reviews the price is reasonable, but that is an understatement. I have an old car 2009, with a good amount of miles on it. These guys have worked on the car twice. Each time the repairs were done fast, problems were fixed, and the price came in under well what I was expecting. Using an online estimate for the work compared to the price they gave me, I am stealing from them.Anyone who does not know much about repairing cars like myself, can feel comfortable going to these guys. Thank you to everyone at Quality Muffler.

Extremely dissatisfied. At first Kurt was great, but once there was an issue with grinding and then having my brakes smoking on the Mass Pike the customer service went downhill. I don t appreciate being yelled at or lied to. I no longer trust QM&B and do not recommend them. I had my new pads and rotors repaired at another mechanic. I spent more money for peace of mind & safety.

I thought there was a catch when they told me what it would cost to do a brand new Y pipe, muffler and tailpipe. Extraordinary price. Dropped it off the night before and my vehicle was done by 10AM. Absolutely phenomenal and incredible efficiency. I ve been in the automotive business for 5 years and I ve almost never seen anything done that fast. Also gave me a discount for cash. Great job guys, you have a customer for life.

These guys do awesome work. 08 Ram Laramie. Couldn't even tell it was running much less a 5.7 Hemi.They made it sound right, with a nice performance dual exhaust, for a very reasonable price. Truck was done the day before it was supposed to be, so quick too. My second truck they have taken care of for me.

Have brought both my 2009 Bmw 328xi, and 2016 Q50s to this shop for exhaust work. These guys always work fast and have done a great job. Matt and Kurt handle business very professionally and I would highly recommend doing business here!

I recently moved to Worcester, MA from Chicago where I've had the same mechanic for 14 years. I purchased my car new 15 years ago, and it now has 230k miles. I am extremely cautious about who works on my car. The guys at Quality Muffler & Brake are courteous, professional and thorough and their prices are fair. -KEW 12/12/2023

I got my exhaust done 3 years ago and it's already rotting off my truck paid a decent amount for flowmaster and new piping and its rotted away pipes and muffler are hanging on for dear life needless to say have had brakes done there on my other veicals and always had to replace them less then 6 months later calipers and everything place shld be call discount autoparts just to get by and get real work done the right way

was told by the front counter person they would offer 1 year warranty instead of 3 because of high mileage then refused to honor the promise.I guess your counter person has a bad memory, yes you told me in advance no warranty but when I came to pick up the vehicle i was offered 1 year warranty but your counter person obviously is denying that. I never told you the vehicle used oil, Again I was told at pick up after looking at old converters you would do 1 year. Why would I make a appointment and wait nearly 3 weeks if I had no warranty? Call me what you want, I know what I was told.Service: Exhaust

First time i came here they were unable to do anywork on my truck. Apparently they dont touch 3 so if you have 3 exhaust go elsewhere. Would have been nice if someone had told me that before making the trip but whatever.Second time i made an appointment and came in but something was wrong with the building and i was informed they wouldnt be taking customers that day & to call back and reschedule.20mins later i call them to find out theyre open and they tell me to come back at lunch but call first. I call back 4x no answer. I was never disrespected or treated poorly tho. I heard they do good work. I wouldnt know though. Just being honest.

100 stars given ,I have been going to Matt since he started out behind cactus Pete's in worc! You cannot beat the pricing ,better than that the customer service is 100 percent, they will not lie to you ,they give their honest opinion, and the name of the company says it all " QUALITY " I send everyone i know to them and I have never heard a bad thing . Thanks guys you are the best ,made our new baby sound much better !!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Had received a quote of more than $1,000 to replace my entire catalytic assembly in order to fix a leaking flex pipe. Called them on Monday and they were able to get me in on the same day and complete the job for significantly less. I was able to drive home with the problem fixed and the check engine light off. Great service and great guys. Used a different muffler shop in the past and quoted me an outrageous number for a simple job and I never looked back. Was then recommend to Quality Muffler and they did more than what the other shop was going to do and for hundreds less. Very professional. dropped car off before opening hours and got a call it was ready at 11 am. Very quick and great work. Would recommend them for any exhaust needs.Service: Exhaust

These guys are the real deal. Had them do both exhaust welding and axle replacements on my car. Both times the work was timely, affordable, and extremely well done. My understanding is they won't do serious engine repairs, but any brake / suspension / exhaust related work is well worth bringing to Quality. I saw these reviews and called at 10am before a holiday when I got some unexpected free time. They fit me in. They installed a complete new exhaust system for my 44 year old truck and replaced some rust diminished and stubborn manifold collector studs in the process. I picked up the truck at 3pm and the bill was FAR lower than I expected. All of the glowing reviews are based upon reality, Quality Muffler is exceptional for being fair, fast, competent and pleasant to deal with in person and over the phone. It would have been completely understandable if they were reluctant to begin a job before a holiday with a half day remaining with the two risks of seized, rusty hardware and custom bending to remake my truck's exhaust exit back to the original bumper location, but instead of calling me to advise me to reschedule later after taking a look at it, they called to say it would be ready in another hour. These guys are the best at what they do! Been a customer of Quality Muffler and Brake for 20+ years and can say with complete confidence, I d recommend them to anyone. Great service, honest, extremely competent with top quality work every time at a fair price. High integrity and transparent..ie. 1. Won t upsell- suggest only repairs genuinely required for optimal safety and performance 2. Friendly, prompt and true Quality exhaust work. Older noisy Rav needed quieting to pass inspection. Scheduled work and completed on time first time and less $$ than expected. Bringing my Murano now for exhaust work and expecting same GREAT work & service. Gardner Auto in Worc gave me the recommendation, and will be forever loyal..

I took my Toyota Rav4 to change all the tires, they took excellent care of me, all the workers there are very friendly and I liked that they did a general check of the brakes and shock absorbers. I recommend this place 100%

This place was recommended to me by Steve at D&J Auto, which also deserves five stars at 179 Grafton St.Both places have a lot in common. They each do great work and each know how to just turn it out, get it fixed and move on. I know nothing is easy on this car. But I need it. So, thanks to each company and thank you.

Had a lovely encounter with Quality! Husband got a referral from Rand's, and we were pleasantly surprised. Speedy, professional, easy to work with. Took our car there at 5pm day before the appointment, got a call the next morning about the car's needs and gave the okay; service completed that day, took payment over the phone (hundreds less than we were quoted elsewhere) and came to pick it up after hours. Recently took my car for inspection and failed for exhaust leak. After multiple quotes for nearly $800, Quality Muffler was suggested to me by one of the places I went to. After reading reviews I figured I'd give them a try and boy did they not disappoint. I called and they were very understanding and set up an appointment for me for the next day. Dropped my car off and they called a few hours later with quote for a quarter of the cost I was originally quoted for elsewhere. Took my car to get reinspected and passed after work was completed. Very knowledgable, polite staff and high quality work done quickly. I highly recommend. Thank you to the staff at Quality Muffler for an exceptional experience. I will be back for future business.
