The cleanest auto shop ever. I had a great experience. Prices are reasonable and on par with other shops. Customer service is spectacular.Tessa was very kind and helpful. Ashley walked me through all the information and explained it to me, she was always available by phone to answer my questions.Shop provides detailed report with photos through text. Really shows all damage and also reports on what s in good condition.Highly recommend.

My daughter is away at college in Worcester and on 2 occasions needed her car worked on. We had such positive experiences both times! I was tasked with making arrangements to fix her car from out of state, what could have been incredibly stressful situations were put at ease with the clear and informative communications from Ashley and Tessa. They understand great customer service! Thank you to the whole team!I highly recommend any one in the area looking for an Auto Shop to contact Premier Auto Repair!

We ve had great experiences in having our vehicles serviced at Premier. They make the process very easy - from scheduling an appointment, to reviewing diagnostics with recommended fixes and clear price breakdowns, through completing the service! In a few cases the repairs have taken a few days and they ve had loaner vehicles which help us keep our house logistics on track while our car is repaired. The team is always friendly and professional too. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Premier Auto!

Made an oil change appointment because I received a coupon mailer. They were not only ready for my car on time but the process took a mere 15 minutes. They found some things that needed repair during their inspection and weren't pushy when i passed on them doing the work. Their location was easy to find and all the staff was friendly. 5 out of 5 star experience. Definitely will be back.

Premier did an amazing job fixing my sensors for my 2016 Jeep Patriot. They also did a great job with other work that needed to be fixed as well. They are a small and local shop in a new location on West Boylston St in Worcester, who are very friendly and have great communication. Will definitely be back in the future!

Premier did an excellent job resolving the problem I was experiencing with my rear brake. From scheduling an appointment to examining diagnostics that included recommended repairs and a detailed price breakdown, they made the entire process incredibly straightforward. The team was always friendly and professional too, and they took the time to really listen to my concerns. I am very satisfied with the overall service and would highly recommend Premier Auto!

Premier is incredibly efficient and attentive. Ashley and Tessa are very knowledgeable and provide a break down of anything that needs to be addressed. Regardless of why I bring my car in they take the time to go through it each time and report anything that may also need attention. My concerns are addressed, communication is SO easy and someone is always available. I like that we can pay the invoice online and have our key in a lockbox to pick up after closing if needed.

Phenomenal customer service. Always responds and keeps you updated about your vehicle in a timely manner. Pricing is fair. I am also a huge fan of snap finance that premier offers. Allowing you to pay what you can upfront and do a payment plan.

I had a suspicion that my mechanic wasn't serving me well. I got a promo for Premier and decided to check them out.I like how they have a dedicated front office ensuring I was communicated with in a timely fashion. Certain things I suspected my former mechanic was letting slide were indeed confirmed to be maintenance issues. Premier fixed the problems and had excellent pricing compared to others. They definitely earned my trust in a single visit - I'll definitely be back.Bonus points that there is a WRTA stop right in front of their building, making it easy for me to leave my car and return later in the day.Highly recommend!

I would recommend Premier Auto to anyone who's looking for an honest and reliable mechanic. I drive a 03 Volkswagen Beetle and its impossible to find people who are willing to work on my vehicle however Premier was not only willing to take a look at my car but was able to diagnose the issue, get the parts and fix the car within 48 hours. Ashley and her staff are always honest and will make sure that when you drive off the lot your car is safe. If you are someone who wants to see the issue then this is an amazing place to go to as well because they use technology where they take pictures and videos of your vehicle and send all the images over to you so that you have total control over what happens. I can't thank Ashley enough for making me feel comfortable through every step and always getting my consent before moving forward with anything on my vehicle.

Very professional.Made an appointment to drop off my car for an issue I was having with the brakes on my car.Premiere explained the procedure they would follow and that they would be in touch. Called with the assessment and explained my options. Picked the car a few hours later.I would recommend Premier. I ll go back the next time I need my cars serviced.Gordon B

Such a pleasant experience, the receptionist was so nice! I had a metal noise which ended up being nothing major and they fixed it free of cost. They were very thorough with the inspection and I appreciate that! They also provide financing! All in all great business!

Walked in thinking i needed to replace two tires, which i told them. They could have 10000% taken advantage of me and let me spend 500$ but instead patched my tires and i was out the door for under 30$. Tessa was a sweetheart and the techs got me in and out as a walk in in 20 mins. Adorable waiting are that was comfy and clean. Saved my work day. Will be using premier as my regular shop from now on!! :)

My 2013 MKZ had "lost it's ride". My neighbors suggested I bring it to Premier Auto Repair to have it checked out. I'm so glad I did! They checked my car completely, sent me a detailed report of what they found. Suggested what service needed to be done and what service can wait. Ashley and her front office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. This was my first experience at Premier Auto Repair and will certainly not be my last. I have already referred two other neighbors to Premier for their automotive repair needs.

I wouldn t trust my car anywhere else! I have had many repairs & routine maintenece done here during the two years that I have lived in Worcester & have never had any issues. The prices are reasonable (as reasonable as they can get in this economy lol) and they are always honest about what needs to be done & what can wait. I really like the invoice feature that they send to you so you can get an idea of exactly what is wrong, what will be fixed, and what the cost will be. Ashley & Tessa are super kind & helpful too!

The receptionist is super nice but she did also request a 5 star review for her job. they are on the expensive side it was 150 just to get the car checked which I kept trying not to do but she made it clear that for them to fix what I asked they had to check it which is 150. They do point out everything wrong with the vehicle but make everything seam like emergency. Almost 3 hundred for a battery change. When I went for an evap repair. They stated my car had to get jumped but I drive that car every day to an from work an never had to do that. I could have done myself but I let myself get distracted an just kinda agreed to that which is my mistake but great customer service.

I have to say that not only from the moment you walk in Ashley is welcoming resurring and professional, these Guys are Amazing! I brought my car in to them totally broken and the gave it back brand new! Completely honest fair pricing with discounts, Completely dependable .Add bonus they have loaner vehicles ! Had scheduled maintenance done on my car today. Everything from the drop-off, to the notifications of services needed to pick-up was great. Friendly staff and would highly recommend visiting them for any automotive needs. Will definitely do business again.

Had my truck brought to Premier when my driveshaft broke. They took it in on Friday and looked at it on Monday. By Tuesday afternoon, the work was completed. I had my truck back quickly, and everyone was very kind ! I do believe the price was a bit exorbitant, not sure if it was parts or labor because it wasn't itemized on the invoice. For an emergency repair, I'm satisfied. The location was ideal as well. The entire staff was helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with.

They made an appointment for me quickly, I waited for about 15 minutes in the very comfortable waiting room and it was fine! I ll definitely return for more service. The new location is super convenient!

If I could give Premier more than 5 stars I would. Premier was one of the best experiences i've had when taking my car to a repair shop. I wish I found them much earlier. I had some work done on my car at another shop that was under warranty. There was still some work that needed to be done that was covered under warranty and the shop suggested I get a loan to cover work that was covered under my warranty to pay them with. Another shop was telling me I would need to pay an additional $1200 for work that was covered under warranty. At Premier Ashley got me into a courtesy car the same day they did thorough diagnosis of my car and got back to me as soon as she got word the repairs would be covered and the car would be ready in a timely manner. Premier came through and made sure all was taken care of to get me back in my vehicle. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back and recommend anyone I know to come here.

This is my go-to shop. Been here for everything from major issues to minor maintenance. This time, they reconnected a loose washer fluid hose for free.Communication has always been great. Theyve always been up front with prices. New location (616 W.Boylston) is more convenient, easier to park, nice waiting area.

Premier Auto Repair is the best automobile service provider there is. They go above and beyond in every aspect of service, and they love what they do. I recommend this service site to anyone and everyone, their services are worth every dollar! No place can beat this one, none. An essential part of my positive experience is due to the associates that work for Premier Auto, so I'd like to thank Ashley Wright and Tessa Zilonis for their equally outstanding customer service and overall, automotive knowledge. I scheduled for my 2019 Nissan Altima for service at PREMIER AUTO REPAIR a couple weeks ago. It was the second time I have chosen PREMIER AUTO REPAIR, to complete work on my car. The process of scheduling my appointment was prompt and efficient. The 2 auto repair representatives I dealt with both women, and they were friendly, efficient, and professional in all their correspondence with me. My Nissan Altima needed to have the brake pads replaced and calibrated, it also needed 2 new tires, (both were balanced and rotated), a wheel alignment, and my brake line was drained and re-placed with new fluid. The work was done according to my specifications, completed in a timely manner, and to my complete satisfaction! I find their work to be of high quality, and their prices are very competitive! I would HIGHLY recommend Premier Auto Repair to anyone seeking to have Quality work done on their vehicle, at a fair and reasonable price!
