Excellent service. The gentleman who picked up my car from Pat s Service Center was truly a gem. Kind and courteous human being. Appreciate our small chitchat. He came within an hour quickly had my car at the shop with no problems!

Had to have my car towed. The driver was very professional and communicated with me everything that was going to be done. He was such a nice guy. An absolute sweetheart. I will definitely do business with this company if needed

Pats towing has done a great job keep trespassers out of my parking lot. They deal with people that think they are in the right cause they are only parking there for one minute as they always say. Do to restaurants that have alot of traffic through there store and have no parking at all. They deal with threats every time they do there jobs. I recommend them for all your needs.

Josh was so helpful. He towed me to my mechanic, then pulled the truck over and went to explain about the car to the mechanic. He was friendly and polite and I felt as though I was with someone who knew what they were doing. He was helping out that day with an overload of requests and I am so glad he did. There aren't enough stars for his service. Thanks Josh!! from Peg

Extremely upsetting night. Never been to the town before. Thought my receipt was a receipt and it went straight to pocket instead of my dashboard. Got towed. Showed them my receipt and time of purchase which is PROOF enough. Yet they still charge me $220?!?!?! Disgusting I m a struggling single dad just visiting friends and the bartender at Electric Haze instantly tried fighting for me on the phone with a lawyer and still they didn t budge.

Pats Towing was a tremendous help when we had a dump trailer break down. They answered our call and sent a guy over immediately to assist us. Great prices alongside great communication and customer service. Highly recommend

They deserve 0 stars. My car was parked in a lot with a valid parking pass that had not expired and as I went to move my car before the pass expired, my car was already being towed. The man towing my car argued with me until the pass was expired. He then proceeded to make inappropriate comments to my friend and I that can best be described as sexual harassment (we are both college girls). He also conveniently would only accept cash unless I wanted to ride with him back to the lot.Response to Owner: Clearly your company has no respect for any customer. Once I received said receipt I noticed that the time of towing was changed. The pass was valid until 3:24 and the employee wrote 3:45 on the receipt as the time of towing. I went to move the car at 3:20 and the car was already being towed. So yeah, if you go by the word of your employees that fabricate information to make a quick buck, it was "expired". I would like to see your so called evidence. Additionally, the misconduct was highly obvious and after doing some research about the history of your company it is clear why you think this behavior is ok. The employee made inappropriate comments about my friends appearance and justified his actions saying "it's ok cause I'm a married man so I'm not being creepy". Absolutely disgusting.

The tow truck driver (tow truck license plate number X98662) was extremely rude. Our car was parked in an unmarked lot for 8 minutes and when my family and I went to talk to the driver he was talking down to us. He did not have an explanation when my father tried asking about the limitations of the parking lot nor when he was asking about the company itself. We have parked in this lot multiple times before and have never had this problem. The driver did not believe that we were not from the area and would not trust it was an honest misunderstanding. The driver also would only speak to my father and was questioning my mother s actions when she went to the ATM to get money. It made me wonder why he only addressed my white father and questioned my Hispanic mother. I would absolutely not trust this company in any way shape or form.

The veracious disregard for all things humane and decent left a putrefying disgust after encountering this company. Beyond the ridiculous defunct claims that led to this company harassing me in the first place, I am still in disbelief over the parasitical behavior exhibited by the employees who attacked as a group. This company is TRASH!

Terrible place hiding in the bushes like a predator.Waiting for the right Moment to pounce .They move quick trying to keep the stealth advantage.It's simply about the money with them 200 for a unjustified tow..They don't care about you or this city just how much they can take from you..Zero respect here. I mean you can't expect much from a tow tech company right...I just done get the shadyness an sneak thief stuff...If it's about the parking space I want there's for more then 2 minutes before getting tired...Explain how your not hiding an yet take the car with in 2minsOf me going inside to pay a bill

Cheap and Useless company only need cash from people cause they are so desperate for money and don't want to pay the state's tax. There's better businesses out there. They are just hungry for money. Only cheap companies will use them for towing services. This woman in there is so rude and greedy. After towing my car, she offered me a 5 minutes ride for $50. This company will never progress for eating my money in vain. They don't even have office.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I parked in an empty lot (no no-parking signs) to run inside a building quick since there was no street parking available. I went inside at 11:02 and by 11:12, they already had my car towed and back to their lot. Charged me $175 for a "full day storage" and towing fee. Horrible attitudes and completely unprofessional. It's no wonder they lost all their contracts with AAA and the state; it's very predatory behavior. They are known for sitting in their truck and stalking people until they get out of their car for a minute and demanding payment to put their car back on the ground. Avoid them at all costs!!

BEWARE!!! These people are apart of why American society is crumbling. They have someone sit and stalk the Burger King parking lot for cars to tow. There are no signs in the parking lot, at all! But the predatory behaviors are why this towing company lost contracts with AAA and the city.The guys watching cars in order to have them towed should REALLY be careful. It's Worcester and unsolved drive-by shooting happen everyday Response: Actually there are zero signs in the parking lot. Purchasing a small fry DOES constitute being a BK customer. Should I have placed the receipt in my windowshield?? ..or perhaps you didn't comprehend what was written? Either way, none of that justifies your lack of business integrity or ethics. Hence why you've lost your contracts. Instead of being defensive, just do better!

Very helpful during a stressful event. Excellent communication on timing. Got me off highway quickly to their office and kept me updated on timing until a flatbed could complete the towing back to another nearby state I lived in. Would highly recommend.

Terrible Terrible place. Someone said professional in a comment, I would def wager that dude either works there or is friends with them...These people hide in the bushes waiting for a sucker to scam a unjustified amount of money from you. It's a 200$ charge to swipe your car from you..I parked at 1:27 pm before 1:29 it was gone walked inside quick went up stairs went to the window it's gone under 2 mins their like the movie gone in 60 seconds... no shame...How's that proving a service to anyone but themselves license to steal...Who honestly thinks a less then 1 mile tow should cost 200 dollars?Another question who thinks that's not shady af waiting for you to walk in to pounce rather then simply saying "hey wanna save 200$ find another spot"Literally the definition an meaning of shystersNo ethics zero morals.The new name of the company should be Gone in 60 seconds 100% with in 2 minutes buddy...There's no such thing as gone in 2 minutes with out you straight up watching me walk in the store. Waiting for the right timing.I'm sure that's negating safety hooking up a car in under 2 minutes.Greed is def the number one issue in this world ..If you're not hiding you have a camera of no camera you have a spotter regardless of what you defend this with something shady went down period.I walk in a the building to pay a bill the clerk said don't park on the side I look out the window it's gone that was under 2 minutes I went straight in an right up the stairs wasted no time...If you were driving by it would of taken at least 50 seconds to back in an another 2 minutes to hook it up maybe another 30 40 seconds to get back on the road..Just about 4 mins if done perfectly.It was gone before thatThat means you were waiting n watchingOn top of that the tow guy was in race mode taking it like he was stealing it...No one I spoke to had ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE

Predatory towing company. Had my car in the tow and told me 145 now or 225 later. Guy was a real scum bag. They own a parking lot and keep it empty so they can tow cars from it. The sign was on the top of a light pole where no one would see it. Total scum.

Awful human beings who prey upon innocent victims - look at their history: lost all city contracts for over towing, racist owner nearly beat two Mexican men to death for trying to get their vehicles back which were illegally taken. Can t stress enough to never use their service. Lifted my car into the air and forced me to pay a ransom to get it down, then charged me a storage fee even though they never stored my car. The worker also looked like he hasn t seen a shower in months. Don t use them even if your life depended on it.

Why did this company notarize my i9 form and also tow my car? Their business model is very strange. Also had difficulty getting back my car, customer service was unfriendly and they have weird rules inside. Would not recommend.

Predatory tow service, hides across the street by busy takeout places, waits for someone to park in the wrong place and rushes up to lift their vehicle before they come out. Worst kind of people. Do not do any business with them and if you see a Pat's towing sign on any other business, refuse to do business with them as well. Real S-bags.

After being broken down on the side of a dark road for a couple hours calling numerous local Towing facilities they kept giving ridiculous Eta's of 3+ hours and I came across Pats Towing ... I gave them a call and they gave me an ETA of 15 minutes and arrived right on time very professional.. I wish I can give more than 5 Stars about my experience with Pats Towing in Worcester

Friend n his gf car was towed when they just were moving in to there new place told they can park there by management as well owner then both cars towed as well came with 2 tow trucks when one guy literally jumped out one into the other which means other driver was unlicensed driving a tow truck illegally n towed both cars with one guy and when asked where they can park guy was bit rude when he tows here a lot.
