Olsi is a cheat and a fraud. You will get scammed and/or ripped off. Even my Albanian friends advise against Olsi while Olsi is an Albanian himself! After my insurance deemed my car a total-loss, I wanted to keep it, but Olsi ruined it beyond repair and I didn't know he had damaged my car. Now I'm stuck with a total mess and a warning to all my friends in Worcester stay away from Olsi and his scams.

Sadly, I have to amend my glowing review from last year. The customer service is wonderful but ever since my new clutch was installed I had problems and I had to get a new one a month ago. That s not cheap.It looks like they didn t use a new part or they didn t replace the whole thing or something. Go somewhere else for clutch replacement. Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!

I gotta give it to them!!! Very understanding when their might be an issue!! You tell them and it gets taking care of no problem. Mechanics are very good and quick. Orlando is the man , customer service skills impeccable, I couldn't ask for anything more when it comes to quality used cars & the service. I would definitely recommend Olsi's.

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED.After basically begging them to work on it for months, they finished and gave me my car back. The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didn't end up going back to their office. I'd never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.

Not once but twice they helped me with bad codes. They are the best! Both of my cars are older 14 & 20 years old. A beetle and Lexus hybrid, they handle foreign and domestic... Def recommend!

This place is a fraud. I took my car for repairs, I was charged $650 to fix the front arm control, fix the o2 censor, and they promised to fix the oil that slightly drops from beneath my car. But guess what, those problems still persist. When I went back to them for the o2 censor issue, they said what the engine light read was not o2 censor related even when another mechanic had told me it was o2 censor. I really wanted to involve authorities, but my friends advised I let it go.

I had a very good experience here. The staff was nice, Olando, sherley were very helpful with getting the car ready.Olsi gave me a great deal and went out of his way to get the car here for me.Thank you!!!!I highly recommend this dealership.

Helpful, Honest, and Reliable. If you need a car, go to Olsi. Truly one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a long time. The guys here will work with any budget to get you approved and into a car you will love. They are very geniune, I recommend Olsi's to everyone!!!

These guys are experts. Never had a job not done properly. Been going here for my brakes and rotor jobs for 9 years. Very affordable. Half the price at dealerships. Highly recommend.

great staff / great service ... If its your first time buying or have already purchased buy a car from Olsi's then I highly recommend this place. Iv'e bought 3 cars from this dealership and iv'e never had a problem and if i did they worked on it right away and fixed the problem . My family & friends also use Olsi for everything. I love this place and I will continue to give my business to Olsi Auto Sales & service ..!!!

Olsi's Auto has consistently provided reliable and affordable auto services. I have been a customer of Olsi's for over 10 years and trust him completely when it comes to the repair of my vehicles. I have recommended him to family and friends. My mother-in-law recently purchased an Audi Q7 from Olsi at a fantastic price and she couldn't be happier. There is no better place to go for pre-owned luxury vehicles in Massachusetts.

Today afternoon, I went there with a notebook & pen in my hand (to note down the details of some cars and finalize later) and I asked about the used cars. But the guy at the reception, probably the owner, without even asking me anything just said "we don't have time for people like you." This is how you treat your customer?

Hi my name is Gary, Im writing from my friends account because I dont have one of my own. I worked at Olsi's for about a year and for the duration of my employment I cant count the number of happy satisfied customers that came and left and continued to come to us to service there vehicles. But obviously there were a few ppl who were dissatisfied or who always wanted something more, and Olsi would always be there to step up and fix the problem or whatever it was the customer wanted. So to those of you out there who are looking to purchase a vehicle or need your vehicle serviced take a ride down to 487 park ave and see for your self the great vehicles and high level of service you will receive. I m from East hartford CT I was browsing the internet for a car drove about a hr over to Worcester yesterday The staff over at Olsis auto was a great help to me to get me into the car I was looking for. Olsi took real good care of me got my car no issues at all took my car into detailing shop and cleaned it up for me before I drove back to Ct very happy..Highly recommend this car dealer the staff will take great care of you. AA++

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM OLSIS AUTO ON PARK AVE IN WORCESTER!!! They sold my pregnant girlfriend and i a car that wasnt worth its weight in a scrap yard. Told us it was perfectly safe and had zero problems i took it to a mechanic it would cost more than three times what i payed for it just to make it a little bit safer. I got a rejection sticker and brought it to them all they did was have a buddy put a fony sticker on it and didnt fox a thing then after putting a grand into the thing i had to scream and fight for hours just to get the money i payed for the car back. They are nogetthing but scumbag crooks!!!!! Im now buying a car at a LEGITIMATE dealer thank god. Not to mention when i was waiting for them to write the check i was physically threatened by their "manager". Most unprofessional people ive ever come across. What a joke

This guy is a magic man. He has worked on a couple of my cars and on extremely short notice. He always has the time and ALWAYS repairs your vehicle within your budget and the correct way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Olsi will work with you no matter what. His heart is as big as a watermelon! He does nothing but bring you what you need. But he doesn't turn his back from there, he will always be like a friend to you and help you through all car troubles...thank you olsi!
