Needed 2 almost new rotors turned like advertised online and was told they don't do them at Stafford Street, so we tried Auburn, what a joke. All employees should be able to run this machine if trained. Make it financially worthwhile for them to want to help. Shouldn't be forced into buying new ones when the old ones just needed resurfacing. Sticking with rockauto now on.

I ve consistently had very good experiences at the Stafford Street location. Today Jay went above and beyond reminding me why O Reilly is always my first choice. I have a very obscure vehicle making even regular replacement parts tricky sometimes and Jay took the time to make sure that I got what I needed.

Been to multiple auto stores and the one on Stafford St is by far the best! Javier who works there, was informative, fast and efficient. Though the store was busy and packed with only him and a co worker, he was able to assist multiple customers. On top of that, was able to assist me on finding the best suitable battery for my car and if that's not enough, assisted me on replacing it! Service he provided was top notch!

They treated me as a respectable human being from the moment I walked in the door. They were happy to help and were wide awake and alert and did not let early morning affect there human decency (I went in at opening) the environment was very clean and the prices and product availability was phenomenal. Customer service is why I chose this franchise and this location. Autozone and advanced auto parts highly lacks professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this place. Wicked awesome experience

Went to get one behind the counter part, but ended up leaving after at least 5 minutes of not being helped. The store was not very busy and there was one person working the counter who was helping a customer. She was polite and said someone would be with me shortly. I could hear multiple employees talking in the back but no one came out to help. I ended up leaving and going down the street to CAP and received much better service and got the part I needed quickly

This is the best auto parts store around and I've been to many in central and eastern MA. The customer service here is top notch and the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. You'll be especially lucky to get Elizabeth -- she's very cheerful, patient and works hard to make sure each customer has a satisfactory transaction.

This was my first time there. Customer service was great! Junior helped me a lot and gave some great advice. I will definitely go here again when I need items for my car! Parking is very limited. Easy to see from the road. No accessible parking or accessible entrance.

I was at the store near Webster Sq and the service was great. The staff was quick assist me in finding exactly what i needed, explain to me why, and the price was right. Will def go back when i am in that neighborhood again.

Every time I go there the personnel are helpful and polite. Carlos goes out of his way to help me and the other guys all do the same. Great team of people working there!! Will go back every time because of the personnel first and prices second!! Keep up the great work!

Restoring an older car, so went with a pretty large list of items, staff was helpful and patient. Was able to get everything, but 4 items had to be ordered as they were not in stock, , air filter, and tune up parts, wires cap, and rotor Not happy with the cost of shipping, but paid it anyway, I paid an extra $55.00 to have my items shipped by the coming week becouse they did not have them in stock, wich is non refundable even in the event the part is wrong

The staff is amazing here. Me and my brother come here all of the time looking for some car parts, tools, oil, you name it. The staff is so friendly and real with you unlike other stores trying to make you buy products. These guys have outstanding knowledge on cars and fixing the problems. Some notable guys here that have helped me and my brother out since December are Ness, Ryan, and Junior. Shoutout to them for making me and my brother's experience the best.

My battery had died several times in one day and I had to call roadside assistance for a jump start. They finally suggested that my battery was bad and needed replacing. It was late in the afternoon when I went to O'Reilly's to buy a new battery. Carlos was very helpful, and since it was after normal business hours, he called around to find a shop still open. He went to a lot of trouble for me, and I really appreciate it. I would recommend this store, and particularly Carlos, to anyone in need of expert service and advice.

I was grateful they had the part I traveled an hour to get there I Astor clearly will I need any other associated parts with my front wheel bearing and she told me that I shouldn't anyways she also didn't tell me that I needed to press to get the old bearing out and that they loan the tool out to people that buy this particular bearing she also didn't tell me about the seal kit that goes inFront of this particular bearing I was very very disappointed in this person and O'Reilly's on Stafford Street I will never subject myself to that store ever again my neighbor by the way a harness from them last week had it half and styled and discovered it's the wrong harness there's a black flag to me and I recommend cautiously cautiously

I absolutely love O'Reilly Auto Parts their customer service skills are amazing oh, they are very friendly and always have great service they know and are knowledgeable of what they're doing and the parts they sell because they received the training. I myself was an employee for O'Reilly's in Richmond Virginia for almost 2 years I delivered for the main hub. Love love love O'Reilly Auto Parts

The parts I received didn't fit and were damaged from rough handling. The staff tried but was ultimately unable to complete my request. Wasted a day running back and forth with, ultimately, no repair made. Not happy.

Excellent inventory! These guys have virtually everything in stock, and items not in stock can usually be obtained NEXT DAY! Wow!
