Placed an online order for pickup in store. Not only was the order ready several days after the website initially said it would be ready, but the store was closed 20 minutes early when I went there to pick it up. I was ignored by the employee inside while I was standing in the rain by the locked entrance. Total waste of time and driving to get here, would highly recommend Advance Auto over this experience with NAPA.

Terrible. Listed as open till 6 on google and everything is pitch black and locked. Go somewhere else if you want to actually shop.

Just moved to town and needed a new shop. Brought two vehicles to them and they took complete care of me. Fast, knowledgeable, friendly service!! If you are debating about a new place to go I highly recommend these guys!!! Legit made my truck feel like new again!!!

I had a terrible experience here, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Before I could even explain my problem the person that was helping me, his name was Jamie was already irritating and lashing out on me, which is no way to speak to a customer. I received the wrong paint and when I asked for a refund he went on a frenzy and tried to talk down on me which is no way to treat a customer. Jamie was a complete troglodyte who doesn t know how to treat a customer or know his company s policies. He should not be an assistant manager and I recommend not seeking him for assistant, however fortunately the manager Paul was nice enough to give me a refund without any questions the next day

I received wonderful service at this place the salesperson was very nice he even went outside and installed the wipers on my wife's vehicle keep up the good work Napa

They have a huge selection of auto parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and do an outstanding job recommending. Checkout is prompt. Great prices.

These guys know their parts. Not busy today but they should be. Forget Auto.... See these guys if you need answers to tough questions. See the other guys if you need oil and other quick stuff.

I ve had a not so pleasant experience here I came in the store with my friend coming to buy something for my brother and when I asked for help from a worker that I believe is named Jamie he seemed very irritated and mad at us that we didn t have the proper information to give him when asking for assistance so when we gave him the information provided he just seemed annoyed at us the whole time we were there seeking help for the item which seemed super unprofessional.

They never have the parts you need in stock. Second time this has happened. Order online and then they cancel the order.Too expensive anyways.
