I had an awesome experience here. My car's battery was bad so that the engine could not be started. The towing guy helped me ignited the engine and I drove in. They helped me fix the problem and replaced the battery in 20mins. And the charge is very fair. They are so friendly and professional. They saved my day. We where from out of town/country driving though when we had some issue.They guys here where really nice and helped us find a new tire and fixed our car up so we could hit the road again.It s a great family owned and run business and it s clear that they enjoy what they do and take great pride in the level of service they are able to offer.

I had a good feeling coming here, didn't seem to have any hard sells and long time customers who knew the owners for years apparently.Got an alignment done for new winter tires and am happy my mechanic recommend them.I definitely will come back for wheel/suspension work.

Very nice experience. In fact i never review anything. There was something great with this experience. Satisfaction and trust. Chris was unlike other mechanics not jumping around throwing things. Thats what make me remember his name. He was gentle with the car. They won my trust. It was my first visit.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Excellent, very fare priced, explained everything even fixed extra piece which he did not charge for. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I'm highly satisfied with their work and customer service. Awesome guys !

Called to get a tire switched and they told.me to come down and had it all done in no time for an excellent price. Amazing work.

Went there to get a new clutch installed. Pricing was fair, but that's because six months later, the car stopped working because they didn't install a new throw out bearing. They used the old one. Will never go back or recommend.

Please read reviews before hiring a service . After he cheated me, I came here to know what others think of him .he was proving his dishonesty by telling how much he knew things we didn't know when he clearly didn't state a service he eventually charged us for. Insisted he was doing me a favor and even hanged up on me by phone when I called back to let him know I felt cheated with his business transaction.It's too bad. Avoid him like a plaque

I went last year to have the heating for my car fixed. While it was being serviced, the older man, who I believe was "The" Moran, told me unsolicited and inaporopriate sexist stories, preached about how much millenials suck, and overshared his conservative political affiliations. Afterward, he didn't even fix the problem I had with my car, and charged me for it anyway.Very little professionalism. I was uncomfortable the entire time. And I will never go back, and urge you to avoid the place.

17 years ago when I moved to Worcester, one of the people I worked with recommended them as a repair shop. I have no idea how many times they have fixed multiple different cars for me and my family. I remember that once or twice something was not right. They repaired the problem right away.

Such a rip off. He charged me $96 and didn t even do anything to my vehicle. All he did was diagnose to see what the issue was. He told me in order to fix my AC was going to be $1,000!!!!Huge rip off.

Took my car in for an oil change and it was fine quickly. Prices for other services are close to what the dealer charges you (i.e. car fluids)

Went to get an alignment and the vehicle stilled pulled to one side but they refused to check it. The owner said that his truck is the same way and there is nothing to be done.
