Had a bad blown out tire, real bad. Nikko and his team took care or me within an hr of closing time. He was very direct and professional, noticed he was handling phones and customers in his lobby very fluidly in a fast pace environment.These are the type of guys in the automotive world every Manger should value. Highly recommend this shop, will definitely be bringing my other cars here for work.

Hi if you come here and you have deal with Bobby he has the worst customer service I have ever seen . I was told to come that my car is going to be service. I arrive then he claim that there was only one employee I see two you and the poor girl he has her doing all the jobs . While he attended the phone that don t ring that often and vaping while he goes back to talk to her about me car . I didn t feel I trust him with my car so that made not trust the company Bc of him . If Bobby was to get off his be-hide and help and not vaping while on the job and actually working then will be two employees working not one . Bobby needs to step it up fast. . Or this company will lost tons off clients .

I went to this place for a for a wheel bearing replacement and a bent inner tie rod replacement they advised me to change the outer too, since they were the professionals I agreed. Which was unnecessary after further thought. I had a call that during the replacement wheel sensor was broken on one side. That costed me an extra $90. I went to pickup the car and heard a noise in the vehicle while turning at first I thought it was from the new parts that needed lubricant to pass through the parts. I booked an appointment for them to check it and they said it s axel issue. And they suggested I change both sides. I know for sure it happened when they were changing the wheel bearings the same area that had the broken wheel sensor.These two pictures were taken a week before the job(when I changed my break rotors, calipers and pads) and the other 2 was taken after the job.

Had a rupture in my tire and asked them to mount and balance my new tire I bought from tire rack. Job was done cleanly and professionally on my low profile summer sports tires as can be seen in the pic (no scratches/rashes). Would highly recommend this shop. They take pride in their work. Would come here again.

I'am very picky when it comes to mechanics who handle my car. The mechanics were very friendly, they are genuine people just like you and me.. Not like the other stores where you are told to wait or fix appointment or come back.. No matter how busy they are..they will attend you and fix it right first time.I would highly recommend this garage.. Anyone asks me where to go for car related stuff, I would send them here.It is all about great customer service and their skill in work. Words are less to review them !!

These guys are excellent! They do great work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. I had to get rear wheel bearings on my 2016 Ford Escape and they saved me a ton of money. Amen and thank you guys

The first time I found out about Monro was for my girlfriend's Toyota RAV4. Harr Toyota tried to change the oil, but the filter was stuck and couldn't get it off. Roland was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue in minutes.I decided to come back and bring my 2016 WRX STI, same day I met Mike. Since then, I have come here on multiple occasions for wheel/tire, brakes, suspension, and exhaust jobs. Mike and Roland are two of the people I definitely trust with my STI. With cars like these, it's hard to find trusted mechanics, but these guys are an easy choice.

I had a great experience here. Angel was very courteous and respectful. I didn t catch the other mechanic s name but he was also very cool and willing to serve. I like it. I m happy. No complaints.

I have come to Monro multiple times for various issues with my car (tires, brakes, alternator, we hate Nissan) and the guys have been no less than stellar every time! Today I came in complaining about a wheezing sound in my engine and they very quickly found that I needed a new alternator and before just ordering the most expensive part they heard my concerns, gave me suggestions, and helped me shop around to find the best deal that fit my budget while still being safe and getting the job done. I have never felt pressured into getting additional work done like I have other shops and the gentlemen that work there genuinely make what is a normally a wildly stressful experience comfortable and almost fun. Just weeks prior I had gone in for a brake job that went just as smoothly, even with a 2 year old child in tow! I will absolutely be coming back whenever I need quick service I can trust. The boys are the best!

I had a great experience at the Monroe tire on park ave. We needed one tire mounted, the process was so easy because of them.I brought my car down and was greeted by one of the technicians at the door. The person behind the counter, I presume was the manager, was very polite and assured us our car will go right in. He called the tech to take it in right away. I asked them to grind down some curb scuffs on the rim, they did it without a problem. The tire was mounted quickly, our spare and Jack was placed back in it's cargo area for us.Driving home I noticed the tire light was reset and the ride was smooth, couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. I would highly recommend tire service from them, since that is the only service I had from them. I will come back and try them out for brakes and oil changes. I am a legit real customer, support our city, these guys care!

Would highly recommend! I stopped in for a hole in my tire. They very quickly removed a nail, filled my tires with air, and didn't even charge me! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Most places would have charged even for a small job like this. But they were fair about it and for that reason I will go back for other car issues that come up. Very impressed with the service I received today!

Amazing service! Walked in for an oil change and was taken care of almost immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend this location!The manager Jared was very nice and professional even suggested some products and tips on how to get spots off my white car. Will definitely be going back here for my future oil changes.

Amazing experience. A friend of mine had gone here for brake issues and all was resolved; amazing and timely service. I got an industrial screw stuck in my tire and figured I would see if they could help. I had called 20 mins before closing, in a frantic, in need of a patch. They said they were more than happy to stay a few minutes later for me to get my problem fixed. They were done within 10 minutes of arrival. Very pleasant workers and did not complain about the time. They were seriously more than happy to help me although I was cutting it close to closing. I will definitely pay them a visit if I have any other issues in the future. I will be forever thankful. Also, at a very reasonable price (:

Truth be told, I took a damaged tire yesterday because the business is nearby and open on Sunday. Much to my surprise, incredible service! I had no idea of the wide variety of services performed here. Friendly. Professional. Timely. These are just a few adjectives to describe my interaction with this business. If you re looking for honest & professional mechanics this is the place to go!!! I went a few months ago to get the oil changed for my KIA OPTIMA & the mechanic that helped me was so kind, helpful, and professional. Fast forward to today, I get in my car and notice my taillight is out. I head to Monro after work and just like the last time I walked in I was greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your professional service! You guys are the best! I ll make sure to spread the word to family & friends :D God Bless!

Just had a wonderful experience customer service couldn t be more perfect. The mechanics are extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. I ve had oil changes, repairs and I ve gotten really good referrals to services they might not provide. On a good day they even work miracles. I ll definitely be coming back.

I m a college student that is in the Worcester area for school I was getting ready to go home and realized my tires needed some air. Monro s was incredibly helpful and got me in immediately. After realizing it might be more than just needing air, they handled everything and made the entire process incredibly easy for me. I will be coming here again if needed in the future! As someone who knows nothing about cars, this is the perfect place to get everything taken care of.

Brought my car in for a nail in the tire and was taken care of right away. The service was definitely professional and high quality. I was not even charged for my tire patch like most other places would. I definitely recommend taking your car here and will take mine back should I need work done.

I have been to this locations many times and each time have had a very positive experience! The employees are very courteous and knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and/or address concerns. I had a full front & rear brake job and it was completed in one hours time which I thought was amazing! I appreciate quality customer service and quality work and the Park Avenue Monro Muffler offers both! Thank you for a job well done!

I called and had my car in the bay getting an oil change within 15 minutes. Sometimes you can go to a shop and still be waiting for hours. Michael T who was working was extremely professional and didn t try to sell me more than what I truly needed. He went out of his way to truly help me. That is the best kind of company that isn t out to sell you the world, just what you really need. Honest and professional! I would highly recommend Monro on Park Ave in Worcester.

My husband and I walked in and was greeted by the manager Jared and a co worker. I ve been there once and I had a really good experience and decided to take my husband to try Monroe s in Park Ave in Worcester. He was very pleased and liked how honest and professional they were. Service was excellent! They went above and beyond with us even though they were short handed. Keep up the great work guys!

Fantastic service, the gentleman at the counter was professional and honest. Came in under the estimate and did additional work as well. Also, fixed a rattle under my car 3 mechanics could never figure out. Highly recommended, whole staff friendly, happy and helpful.Mark Grand Cherokee

Roland and Jose were amazing! They are honest and reliable. I brought my car in for an oil change that I just purchased, they could have done the oil change but instead were honest and told me that the oil change was done on October 1st because the person that did my pride oil change before I bought the car marked the filter. They were very accommodating honest, and I totally recommend them to everybody. They are my new go-to for everything.

I came here a week ago because I had a flat tire. There were two guys (Dave and Chad) that helped me out and replaced my flat (I had to also replace an additional tire because I have AWD). A week later I came back because my tire pressure light was on and the same two guys were working. The tire light was on for the front tires, not the ones they replaced! They still helped me make sure all my tires had adequate pressure and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back.

I brought my car in to get basic service done to my car and he had me in and out and smiling in literally less then 20-30 mins. Price was right and he was a funny guy with a great smile. Nothing but great and friendly vibes. I believe his name was Roland! Great mechanic and straight forward.

Chris and Ken were phenomenal. The customer service is top notch. I called Monroe with car trouble and they took me right in and repaired my vehicle so I could work and not be stranded an hour from home. Top notch exceptional service! I cannot thank them enough!
