Ed, the owner was such a great person to deal with. After I told him about my previous experience with another dealership he assured me, Mill Street Motors was not like other dealerships. Boy, was he right! This is the nicest used truck (only 6 years old) I ve ever bought! I live about 45min-1 hour away, and when I called Ed about an issue I had while away on vaca for Labor Day weekend, he said right away he would reimburse me for whatever it costs. I will definitely recommend Mill Street Motors to anyone and everyone! My mother in law will be looking for an suv soon, she already said she s going to see what Mill Street Motors has before going anyplace else. Thank you again Ed, and I will see you again!!

We just purchased our 7th car from Mill Street and could not be more pleased with the personal professional service we receive each time we are there. Beth and Ed go out of their way and above and beyond for each and every customer ! They will do everything in their power to help you find and purchase the car that is right for you. I can t recommend them enough!! Nothing beats a small family run business!!

I cant say enough about the owner his wife and the mechanics! They are all great people ed sold my husband and I both vehicles and they have treated us well! If we need work done he gets it done fast and at a decent price he is a fair guy! Ed does not force or make you feel like you have to buy anything and he also will find the car you want if you tell him. Mill st is our go to we love the honesty and fairness!!

I can not say enough positive things about Ed and Mill Street Motors. Bought a used "beater" truck for projects around the house. He gave me a decent price, and even though the truck is very old and had lots of miles he still fixed any problems I found with the truck the first couple of weeks driving it. I have went back for other repairs and he gives me a great price, super fast on the repairs, and has even given me a loaner car when needed. Any used car purchases I make in the future I am sure to go through Mill Street Motors.

The owner was patient and helpful. This was my first vehicle that I was buying with a car loan and I was very nervous and Ed picked up on that right away. He let me try as many vehicles as I wanted when I found the one I really thought I wanted he could tell that I was hesitant and told me to go home and think about it that he would not sell the car he would give me some time to digest it and think about it. The next day was able to get my father to come with me to check out the vehicle and my father thought it was a nice vehicle but thought it needed new tires without hesitation they offered to put new tires on the vehicle for me. I ended up purchasing is Mazda 2016 from Mill Street Motors and I'm so happy it was easy as could be they took care of the registration they took care of faxing things over to the insurance company even when I decided to change insurance company last minute they got the car inspected for me and when I told them I had a couple of concerns but weren't huge the owner did tell me that if they became an issue way down the road that he would look into it and if he had to fix it would keep in mind that I had brought it up when I was looking at the vehicle. I really enjoyed the experience of purchasing my car with Mill Street Motors, they gave me a fair value on the Mazda in addition to trading in my 2001 Toyota. Another positive experience with Mill Street Motors was you could tell they were not trying to sell any vehicle to you just to make their Commission that yes they have a business to run and they need to make a profit but they're not trying to take you for every last dime that you have and really care that you feel safe in a vehicle that you are purchasing from them. This is a family operated dealership and I also really appreciated that you could see how much family meant to Mill Street Motors and I think that is really important because when buying a nice used car you want to make sure that you also feel safe in your nice used car and Ed and his wife Beth did that for me. I will continue to bring my car to Mill Street Motors for maintenance care and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a safe reliable fair-priced used vehicle to really check out Mill Street Motors they have really nice cars and salesman who are not there trying to make High commissions but to sell you a car you feel comfortable and not pushed into and that you're happy and I'm very happy with my purchase thank you Mill Street Motors I really appreciate everything you did for me.

Ed and Beth made searching for a car for our youngest, newest driver in the family, fun and easy. We started at larger dealerships and had numerous issues with salesman making us feel like we were wasting their time, not wanting or caring to answer our questions, pushing us to make a quick purchase - I could go on. From the minute we walked through the door at Mill Street Motors, Ed and Beth greeted us with a smile and spent time talking with us, asking questions about what we wanted and genuinely cared about our answers. It wasn't about making the sale as much as it was about ensuring happy customers, which only made us want to buy from them all the more! We will certainly be buying from them again. I'll start with, this feedback is long over due! I want to say, thank you to both Ed & Beth! I drove by the mill street lot and saw a vehicle that caught my eye. You could say, 'love at first site'. The 'chemistry' was strong enough to pull me in! I was comfortable from the second I thought, what am I doing? I was in no way looking for a new ( or should I say a different) vehicle. After all, I had just purchased a vehicle 8 months prior that did more for me than I could want or need. In the end, I was in no way sold another vehicle! It was I that purchased! Ed & Beth have gone above and beyond. . I can't say enough about these two. As long as they're doing business, it'll be the only place I'LL shop for a car.

My family has been doing business here for over 10 years. My mothers credit is in the toilet but Ed was able to get her a car loan not once, not twice, but three times! Last year my sister needed a car and she had no credit and Ed got her a car within 2 days! These guys are great to deal with, just realize if you have bad credit and no cosigner then you won't get your pick of any car on the lot. Ed works with the finance companies and finds you a car and a loan you can afford. Every car we bought was solid mechanically, I think we had some issues with the brakes on one car but we brought it back and they fixed her right up for free- this was pre-lemon law days mind you!

My fiance and I don't have the best credit out there like most of us, but Beth made it her best to get us approved for a auto loan. With my fiance working all the time and me as a full time mom, it was hard for any one to give us a chance. It took about 2 days to received the phone call saying we have been approved for a car loan. Just knowing that their was someone out there who could help us out. As my fiance and I ran into a slight problem Ed patiently waited for us to figure something out. We finally received our car on the 3rd day, and gladly enough i can say there was a lot on all of our plates with BLIZZARD NEMO (BLIZZARD OF 13') was just beginning.

Probably the best used dealer in the state. Fair pricing, and really kind folks. They are willing to fix any problems your vehicle has after purchase. They have a great reputation and for good reason. I bought my first vehicle from them and when its time I'll return to get another.

This was my second time going back to Ed and Beth and it was even easier and painless as the first time. I couldn t be happier with my Jeep and there help. Will most definitely be going back in the future. The one dealer I ll trust 100%

The owner was very decent traveled over 300 miles to see lincoln truck that I already knew wasn't in best shape. Already had a price set. After test driving the vehicle is Gave a small list of things that needed to be fix. The sales man was very rude to both me and my girlfriend. I am a business owner and if I did that to my customer who had the check ready like I did, I would have any. Very un happy

My family and I have been doing business with Eddie over 30 years (before Mill st motors) and have always gotten top notch treatment. Eddie and Beth are amazing, compassionate people that help everyone that comes to their lot and makes them feel like family! No one does it better!! Thanks guys.

This place does their best to get you into any car, but I d have to be honest in saying that you d be best having your car looked at by a mechanic elsewhere before purchasing. They do their best to Mickey Mouse all problems so that they ll last until the warranty is up. However, a warranty was only useful for a few things here. Otherwise, I d say take your purchased car elsewhere for repairs. Mill Street Motors will use old parts from cars that don t even have the same sized piece, and they ll never give you a receipt. They won t care if the piece doesn t belong because they ll leave wires hanging to just incorrectly put pieces in place. So, in the log run, you ll have more problems with what originally was only one. Oh and don t worry about bringing it up to any worker, they refer you to his wife that ll deliver it much more nicely that the parts they use are test parts and if it doesn t work they ll change it. But, they don t write receipts so...
