The mechanics at Meineke are really good professionals and explained to me the issues in detail. They did a really good job of fixing the issues. The cost of repairs was very reasonable. I highly recommended them.

Came here for a tire change. Spare tire was already on. They got the new tire in and didn t install it (language barrier), just left it in the back of the car. Was still billed for labor of tire install. Came back next day when I noticed it and the mechanic said to come back the next day. No refund for labour on tire change. Will not return.

I came here to get a reading for a light that came on and they were very friendly and helpful. I came back to get my car inspected and later returned for an oil change. When I went for the oil change, I asked if they could look at my brakes. They made the effort to show me what my brakes were looking like before recommending they be replaced (I brought it to their attention they were not trying to oversell a service). Because I live close by someone even gave me a ride home, so I did not have to wait there. The waiting room is small but there is a dollar tree next door or a bar across the street.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I had a leaky front tire on my Nissan Altima. So I made an appointment online via their Meineke Scheduling tab on their web page. The scheduling process was easy and efficient. When I walked into the customer service room, their service representative greeted me politely and promptly. He said they would need about 30 minutes to assess my tire. I decided to go home and await a phone call explaining the source of the leak. Unfortunately, although the tire only had a small nail as the source of the leak, it was too close to the outer wall of the tire to be repaired. As a result, I needed a new tire, but they also recommended I purchase an additional tire, to ensure I would benefit from a safer, more balanced, and efficient ride. The service representative quoted me 3 price tiered purchase options ( the total cost of installing both tires, including tax). I chose the most budget friendly option, but the tires were still of high quality. They completed the service quickly, and honored the cost I was quoted, to the exact penny. Although in this case, my car service only pertained to tire service, I was quite satisfied with my FIRST experience with Meineke, and highly recommend this local Meineke Service Station.Service: Tires

I initially went to Meineke at 532 West Boylston St to inquire about General repairs to my vehicles. I was met by the owner, Shome. I inquied about pricing, products used and warranties.He , Shome, went through all the aspects of repairing and Servicing the vehicles. Upon his presentation I decided that this is the place I want to use. I have been repairing and Servicing my vehicles for over 4 years and will give them 5 stars for their quality of repairs and promptness in their work. I highly recommend this repair facility.

The wife and I have been going to the same meineke location for the past 7 years for oil changes and stickers,. It's very convenient for us, we're les than 3 mi away from our house to meineke ,and we've never had a problem with the staff or any work they have done on our vehicles. I would recommend going there for your vehicle needs.Dave who is a mechanic there is very knowledgeable and professional.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They replaced my mufflers. The also did not put my chrome covers back on and never said a word to me about it. 2 months later I m following my car in a U-Haul and notice they were not there. I called meinekee. They said they were weld on the old mufflers so they threw them out. I asked why they didn t tell me. They had no answer. Then they blamed me. Said well what would have done. Bought new ones. I said of course. It should have been my decision he said fine but then now. I could not believe it. So I paid another $80 to replace them too. Then they tried to sell me tires too. I will never go there again. So upset.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

We recently brought our Landrover in for a new exhaust system. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. However a short time later the car check engine lights illuminated indicating problems with the O2 Sensors and a resulting problem with the catalytic converter. We had to replace these parts - which incurred an additional expense. We approached Meineke and requested a refund on the faulty parts. I was impressed with the excellent customer service we received from both Dave and Shome who gave us a full refund on the parts and an apology for the problem incurred. Thank you both for your honesty and integrity addressing our issue. Five stars to Meineke, Greendale!Service: Exhaust

I set up an appointment to get my anti-lock brake system serviced. I was a couple of minutes late but the Auto Technician was able to take my vehicle in for diagnosis. He also gave me an idea of what may been the cause of the issue. A couple of hours later I got a callback telling me my car was ready. Girl at the front desk was very nice, I went in because they keep mailing me coupons, at this exact location, address is on the coupon. and the girl at the desk tells me the owner does not want to honor coupons anymore. so why do they keep mailing them to me? i was frustrated but did not want to go looking for another place to get my oil changed. so i got my oil change there anyway, everything else went fine.Service: Oil change

They recharged the refrigerant in my car for $293 to look for a leak in the AC system. The employee called me and said the AC was working great then called back 40 minutes later to tell me the AC isn't working anymore and it needs a new compressor for $1000 more. He told me it wasn't leaking out and the compressor was the issue despite the fact that it initially was working. I took my car home and low and behold there is green refrigerant dye all over the inside of the hood of my car indicating a leak. I took my car down the road to another shop where they hooked it up to their monitor and there was no refrigerant in my AC system at all, it had all leaked out. Meineke tried to get me to replace my compressor for $1000 all because they misdiagnosed a leak in my AC. By the way, Sharp Auto down the road will recharge the refrigerant for less than half the price Meineke charged me. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Sharp Auto Center instead. I want my money back for a misdiagnosis and blatantly overcharging.Service: Air conditioning

The mechanic did a good job replacing my AC condenser. My only issue is the office is kind of confusing as far as what services this location offers. I was under the impression all Meineke's were a chain and none are private shops with their own policies. I don't think this location honors coupons from the main website. Also I was told you can't use contactless payment (this isn't accurate they do allow this payment method). What they really mean is they have a policy at that specific location that they don't accept payment without a card present. Because of this I'm probably going to take a hit to my credit score. The card I had with me has a much lower credit limit than the one on my phone. I prefer the chain stores so you kind of know what you're getting into.
