They did such an amazing job on my car! Punctual, kind, professional, and high quality work! I have a 20 year old car and it s never been this quiet, even when it left the dealership. I couldn t be happier using their services and so thankful for the recommendation that brought me there. As a woman going to a mechanic I didn t feel jerked around, upsold, or lied to. AMAZING service!! The exhaust system broke this morning on my SUV. Harr Toyota and Ira Ford couldn t do the welding work that was needed. They recommended Lou s so I called up and they were able to squeeze me in. Within 20 minutes I had my SUV back and was on my way. Great people, and great work! I highly recommend Lou s for anyone in need of any exhaust work!!

It s not surprising that you have almost 5 stars rating with many people voted. You got 5 from me.Thank you. My exhaust broke. You fix it for very very reasonable price. And I was surprised that some noise from my car disappear which I had before exhaust pipe broke.Will be coming back for other repairs too

I selected this location because of the reviews and it did not disappoint. Called in for an estimate on a Tuesday and had my car dropped off on Thursday. Very happy with the service received and my challenger sounds awesome!! 10/10 recommend. Great crew.

I have been going to Lou's for about 10 years. John the owner always makes sure the job gets done right all the time. He just finished fixing my air conditioner in my car and found that some mice had nibbled away and had eaten threw some wiring underneath the battery compartment . Thank you so much Lou's, you saved the day for me!!!

I had the exhaust on my 2021 Challenger modified. They took out the rear resonators and put on glass packs and quad tips. Bob and the team gave me the exact low rumble I was looking for. I had some engine drone from the change and they added customer j-pipes to eliminate the issue. Bob and the team worked closely with me on the design. I had a great experience here. I originally went to Lou's to fix a loud exhaust so I could get my car inspected, the staff were very friendly, honest about pricing and discussing the issue with the car. They were done with the work by the next day and on top of that they went ahead and replaced some lights, other issues, and even got my car inspection done without me asking. This was something I was planning to get done afterwards and it honestly saved me so much time and trouble. You get what you pay for and more with their service.

Pretty easy review ....I've been a valued customer of Lou's Custom Exhaust Worcester for years now. No frills or fancy stuff just quality, straight forward, competitively priced work. You've got decades of automotive experience and exhaust work talent 2nd to none. I only trust my beloved 03 Buick LeSabre Custom to Lou's......might as well since they've done a VARIETY of exceptional work on it... helping me take a $1900 used car that just needed TLC and a vision.... now it's a sleeper featuring a stainless steel Lou's custom exhaust n muffler upgrade and many new/after market parts installed. I went to Lou's in October because I had heard good things about them. They gave me 2 options for my Suburban, dual exhaust for $500 from the cat back where it had been cut off and the guy before me tried to doctor it up , or single from the same point for $325. I opted for the single cat back for $325 ($360 after tax). At the end of January, my tailpipe fell off. I took it to Lou's and he looked at and said that they weren't responsible for parts they didn't replace. I said I was under the impression that I paid for new from the cut pipes in the front for the price I paid. He explained that there was no way they could determine that the tailpipe was rotten (still don't understand why I paid for new and they left the old one), so for the sake of not arguing and needing it fixed, I made an appointment to have the tailpipe put on. They left my wife and I sitting in their frigid waiting area for 2 hours and I paid for the tailpipe. Very disappointed in the service I received. So to sum my experience up, if you like paying through the nose for exhaust work and waiting in a refrigerator for it to be finished, feel free to go to Lou's in Worcester. As for us, we'll try a different location next time. That's if I even go back........

Way beyond mufflers Lou's offers quality & efficiency at a very fair price point for all my car repairs & even got me an inspection sticker. Gone are the days of feeling swindled. I tried chains & other shops with abysmal results. So great to have a shop to feel secure about & well taken care of. Thank you !!

Lou s was an unexpected pleasant experience in car repair. The friendly staff never made you feel like your car s issue was a problem. Made an appointment last week and they were able to a schedule me first thing Monday morning. I came in, they fixed my vehicle and I was on my way in less than an hour and a half! I highly recommend Lou s Custom Exhaust.

What a great experience. I had a major emergency my entire exhaust system fell off my truck due to rust. I called my mechanic and he gave me a quote and said he could do it in a week! I called Bob the next day and he said bring it in ASAP I dropped it off that evening, had a quote within the hour which was over 50% less then my mechanic and picked it up 24 hours later! You guys are awesome!!!

After buying my 2015 Mini Cooper S, I knew I wanted to give the exhaust a better note, but didn t want to go overboard. I was able to get exactly that at Lou s. Bob made the process quick and easy and my car was done same day sounding just right. Mini charges BIG money for exhaust upgrades, and there are a lot of different name brand mufflers out there but you are still looking at a good amount of money once everything is said and done. Even all in (parts, tax and labor), it was a lot less than any option online. Plus it is always good to do business locally. I definitely recommend this shop!!

Bob and the guy's at Lou's are some of the nicest and coolest guys in the business. I had some exhaust issues on my 2013 F150 and they helped me out in a pinch, big time! Snapped studs, stripped O2 Sensor Bung and downpipes that wouldn't line up were all addressed and fixed so fast and for a fair price. They didn't seem to care that I would show up right when they open 2 days in a row to get these issues fixed - They squeezed me in and did a phenomenal job! I hope this review reassures you that if you need any exhaust work done to just go in and let them handle it. You will not be disappointed.

I called they day prior to ask for a quote on custom piping done to my GTI. They were able to get me in the next day and finished by 1:00pm. The person who I originally spoke with on the phone under quoted me by a decent amount, due to a miscommunication when discussing what I wanted done. Other than that slight hiccup, the exhaust came out beautifully. The work done and material used is top notch. The exhaust sounds better than most systems I ve seen that go for $700-1000. Not only does it look and sound amazing, but the guys at Lou s were efficient and professional. Wouldn t hesitate to bring another car here for exhaust work.Service: Exhaust

They installed electric cutoff exhaust for me and fixed flanges on the car few days later the control module for the exhaust had water damage and they end up getting new one installed no charge can't recommend any other exhaust place then this these guys take care there people

Called this morning after I failed my inspection sticker for both mufflers leaking. They said they were busy but I could have any appointment the following week. Called back later to make the appointment and they said come right in and they would for me in, as they know I'm not supposed to be driving with a safety reject sticker. Was quoted $1200 at the place where I got my inspection sticker. Lou's was more than 50% less expensive and I got the lifetime warranty mufflers. Highly recommend this place.

These guys did a great job fixing my exhaust leak. The guy just had me turn on the car and could tell what the problem was immediately. They cut out a section of pipe and welded a new piece on in about 30 minutes. The price was very fair and my car passed the state inspection that I failed earlier that week. Highly recommend checking these guys out. My only complaint would be that the place is hard to find without GPS.

10 out of 5 stars.I brought in my RV with an exhaust leak on the drivers side downpipe. In 2 business days I had her back and I spent half of what I expected. She ended up needing a few gaskets, studs, and with the labor included I truly feel I got an incredible price.I won't ever think of another exhaust shop again now that I have brought a vehicle to Lou's.If you aren't at Lou's, you aren't in the right place!

This exhaust shop is by far the best in Worcester!!! You can always replace the exhaust........but when they save you money by fixing it, that means everything. Especially with Bidenflation!!!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had a "unique" flex pipe repair and at one garage doing a scheduled maintenance they noticed the flex pipe needed to be repaired but they couldn't find the part to save their lives. I called Lou's they took me in on the same day and they fixed my "unique" and pain in the butt flex pipe. Lesson is you have exhaust issues just call Lou's no matter the situation they will handle it. Thank you guys!Service: Exhaust

Been using these guys since 2011 for all my vehicles. Good service, friendly, fun, and the "Custom Exhaust" work is excellent!! The Custom dual side pipes on my Antique Lincoln always raise eye brows. The Custom duals on my truck are precise!!They always ask, "How much noise do you want"?! The variations of exhaust sound are for sale too!!Go get it done right y'all!! Go to Lou's in Worcester!!!

The guys at Lou's were friendly and fast and they didn't charge an arm and a leg. We felt they were fair and we were pleased with the work they did... We will definitely go back if we ever need muffler or exhaust work done again.
