The parts department here is great! I've purchased items for a few different vehicles and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The parts come clean and as described. The power steering pump I bought for my daughter's Subaru came with plastic plugs in the ports and it was sealed in a plastic bag. I recently purchased an entire engine and it was drained, clean, mounted to a pallet for easy transport. The guys there loaded onto my trailer in just a few minutes. Linder's is my go to spot for quality used auto parts.

I can't recommend Linder"s highly enough - I had my engine replaced, and they made every single step of the process easy and transparent and personable. They were timely, fairly priced and so responsive to calls and replying quickly with follow-ups, especially Joel. Thank you, Linder's!

Mark and Ron were both great. Had an issue with my insurance agent and they were super patient and helpful. Nice car. Even the guy detailing it for delivery was very nice and informative. Easy transaction.

Staff is good but this place is super expensive, they don't let anyone into the lot inside, it's like going to an overpriced used parts store.

Purchased an engine from them it didn't work. I reached out to them and they sent another engine this one worked The concern for me is that because the mechanic had take out? My engine put in the engine that did not work. Take that back out and put in the engine that worked. This error on the part of linders Resulted in my having to spend an extra $1000. That I certainly did not have.

No pressure very friendly sales. Great friendly helpful service department. Got me in to fix my tire in a timely fashion. Now that I bought a vehicle from them I am finding out others I know have also and are just as pleased as I am.Thank you all!

Yes. I APOLOGIZEI received information that was INCORRECT from the mechanic DuvalIt was MY ERROR REGARDING LINDERS AutoBarry did contact me to clarify that he spoke with the mechanic Duval who didn't share with me it was the same engine.

Hands down the best car buying experience I ever had. We picked up a 2017 Camaro very low mileage & super clean & Tommy in sales no pressure great experience. We needed a part replaced just after the sale Mike & John took care of it & a loner car was provided. I will never go to a new car dealership again. If you are in need of almost new car do yourself a favor & go to Linder s!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called in and talked to an a-hole named Greg. Asked to see if he could send me a picture of the wheel they have . He sent me a picture they already had on file and it s not possible to tel what it is. I asked him to send a better picture, 3 days go by and nothing. I call in again, and talk to the same guy and ask him for a picture and I get: I know man, you gotta give me some time . Another 4 days go buy and nothing. I call again just to be put on holdIf you don t want to do your job just quit and find something else to do.

Should be an option for zero stars. They sold my wife a vehicle with a bad motor, and failed to honor the warranty because we moved out of state. Now we have a worthless chevy equinox that we are still making payments on, despite the fact theres still 10K miles on the warranty. The service department was rude, condescending and dismissive. My wife tried to take care of this herself, and left in tears after the way she was treated. I was shocked. They finally offered to "help" us for an estimated 5K or more to swap out the motor. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual dealership that is obligated to honor your warranty. Very disappointing.I know that they will respond to this review and try to dismiss the facts with false information and pretend to take the high road, and I will not be able to publicly respond to their lies, but don't believe them. There are plenty of better dealerships in the area.

So I was concerned because a car we bought there a few years back needed a major repair. Linders stood buy the warranty we purchased!! These guys have a customer for LIFE!!

It was the best car buying experience. Buying a new car was intimidating but Tom made it easy. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I test drove it twice and had a lot of questions and he was very helpful along the way. 10/10.

We recently bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Linders and it was a great experience. We worked with Mark who was very prompt with his responses and very easy to work with. The dealership is clean and approachable and they did a great job detailing the Jeep before we brought it home. Would totally recommend.

Only been here 1 time.Had a engine with 58k miles for my truck.Very happy.I believe I spoke to Joel on the phone. Easy going call purchase and pick up.He was knowledgeable on my vehicle and everything was correct.I drove over a hour on a Saturday morning. Spent 15 min at the yard and engine was in the bed of the truck.Again... everything went above and beyond.

I just bought my second car from Tommy at Linders. Both my experiences in 2016 and 2022 were enjoyable and stress free. The customer service is top tier and anything I needed or had questions about were taken care of ASAP. There is a level of mutual trust that can t be found everywhere. I will continue to buy all of my vehicles in the future from Linders! 10/10!

I had the best experience with Greg at Linder s! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and so fun to work with. He is very personable and easy going, and patiently answered my many, many questions. He made my entire experience really fun and light rather than stressful (which we all know buying a car can be sometimes). I would definitely recommend Linder s to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. They have so many wonderful vehicles to choose from and their staff is one of a kind!I can t thank you enough, Greg!

This place is great! I bought my SUV here in 2014 and it was the best buying experience EVER! I recently had some work done to it and the service dept is super! They are always courteous and professional. They have always had a loaner for me which helps tremendously. I have found my place! I tell everyone to come here to buy their car and also let the service dept work on them. They won't fix it if it's not broken! Great honest people all the way around! Will be getting my next vehicle here when it's time! You won't be sorry!
