I'm very pleased with the service I received at Linder's. John was especially helpful and personable. We had a few laughs when he brought me to the loaner car, which was the same make and model as mine. That, in itself, was great customer service. When I got into the car and discovered that there was a CD player, I was very excited. We both got a good laugh at that. (I'm a fan of books on CD) John called to let me know what they found very soon after I dropped my car off, and the expected cost. My brake work was completed in just a few short hours. Impressive! I highly recommend Linder's service department.

Today was my first time using Linder's Service Department. I bought my car here but Serviced it with the Manufacturer/Dealer.My experience today with their Service Department, on a scale from 1 - 10, was a 10! From the moment I made the appointment, to the time I drove away, couldn't have been better!!!Do Not Hesitate to use Linder's Service the next time your car needs servicing. And, if you want or need to buy a car, call Greg Benoit!

I won't even shop for cars anywhere else. There is no price haggling. It is easy, quick and without stress. Using the service department is also very easy. I appreciate having a loaner car while my vehicle is being serviced.

Sunroof repairFrom explanation of why the glass needed to be replaced vs patched like you can a windshield, ordering of part, scheduling, giving us a loaner car (which was all warmed up for us on a cold morning!), and fixing quickly, it was great. Also took the time to replace key fob battery and show us how without making us feel like dummies-thanks!

This is the third vehicle my family has bought from Linders. I called the service department and spoke with John because the check engine light was on. He had me bring it in ASP to check the codes and when it wasn t urgent he scheduled an appt with a loaner car. Linders fixed the problem at a very minimal charge and gave me a free key fob battery because I asked if I could buy one. Linders has never overcharged me and in fact there are times I ve been charged nothing because the problem was minor!! I recommend Linders to anyone and everyone!!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

John, Mike and the rest of the gang in the Service Department are always cordial and helpful. I am able to get a loaner. My RAV4 needed routine service as well as brakes and it was still completed before noon! Bringing my vehicles for service at Linders over the years has always been a pleasant and easy experience! I love that you are in and out for general service quickly. The waiting room is clean! For longer services they offer you a loaner car that is ready to go. Easy process all around and super quality service. Highly recommend Linders auto repair and sales. I typically do not leave reviews, but Linder's really deserves praise. I had dangerous car emergency with my breaks and they were more than accommodating on a last minute's notice. They clearly had a full schedule and reported having some technicians out but worried about my well-being and made sure to fit the car into their schedule. They provided accommodations that made this experience a lot less stressful. I have since moved to Milford but will be driving to Worcester to continue receiving services from them. My husband has some work to do on his car and I'll be calling them for that. Brian and the owner are friendly and knowledgeable - you will likely interact with them if you pay them a visit. Again, I highly, highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Once again, I'm over the moon happy with my Linder's experience. It was recommended following my oil change and maintenance that I needed new tires. I was given choices and I did my research and chose the ones I thought would be best for my needs. I'm happy to say that I'm extremely pleased with my new tires. Went here to sell Mom's car. We've bought 3 cars here, so we know how relaxed, low pressure, and easy to deal with these folks are. They scanned the car, put in mileage and extras and had a price in 3 minutes. You may get more if you sell it yourself but this is so much easier, and in our opinion, worth it. Their maintenance department is outstanding. You can see why they have so many "best of" awards.

We were on a long drive and had an issue in the middle of the highway with our car. We happened to be close to Linder s. They took care of our car in under 30 minutes and didn t even charge us! The place is beautiful and brand new. Wonderful experience and customer service!

Above and BeyondI have purchased several vehicles from Linder's and have used the Service Dept. for as much of my service and repair as possible. I have never had a bad experience. This time was above and beyond expectations! The moon roof would not close so I brought it in for repair. I was originally told that it would need to be replaced. A new one would cost $7,400 or a used one $2,500. I opted for the used. The service staff did not stop there. They continued to search and ask around. They finally found someone who could fix it for a final cost of under $700. I am obviously extremely greatful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

As always the Linda's team is willing to help answer any questions you might have regarding your repair.My truck required a warrantable repair by the dealer. After my car was diagnosed by another shop as having a blown engine we had it towed to Linders for a second opinion but we weren't very hopeful...the car arrived there after closing on Thursday and on Friday was fixed and ready to go!! They diagnosed water in the gas tank and we picked up the car and it was running perfectly! and the repair and diagnosis was priced reasonably. This saved us as we really could not afford a new engine and the car probably wasn't worth that kind of expense! Capable, talented and honest shop! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I returned for my 30 day free check up after purchasing a 2017 Subaru Forester from Lenders. I was seen quickly for my appointment and they checked out fluid levels and other components to insure that everything was as it should be. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I have been a long time customer of Linders because of their great service. They are so helpful and friendly. Their advice is always spot on. I have complete faith in their service. The loaner car is a great feature. I highly recommend them for service and sales.

When you have gone to all the rest automotive mechanic shops, you can rest assure Linder s Automotive Sales and Service Departments located on Granite Street in Worcester will be your last stop. Linders sales and automotive service departments are very professional, honest, and they deliver quality service.From a valued customer extremely satisfied with Linders sales and service. I have highly recommended Linders to family, friends, and coworkers over the years and all have been very happy with Linders Sales and Services.

So easy to do business. Multiple choices of vehicles to choose between. 45 minutes from test drive to final signature on contract. There isn't any other auto group that can compare. Met with the service people and they are head and shoulders above any other service group. The whole experience was welcoming!!!!

I've been bringing my vehicles for service there for many years. I bought a truck from there about 3 years ago & got a great deal. That's the only trustable used car dealership in the city. I trust Mike the Service Department Manager 100%
