I am writing to bring to your attention an unsettling experience I encountered at your establishment. During my recent visit for a service, I was met with an interaction that was far from the professional and welcoming conduct expected.Upon arrival, the greeting I received was notably unfriendly and intimidating, which was quite surprising and discomforting. It is important for customers to feel at ease when seeking services, and this instance was a stark contrast to the standard of hospitality one would anticipate.I am reaching out to you in the hopes that this feedback will be constructive and lead to improvements that ensure a more positive environment for all patrons. Seeing we are not welcome to the inspection station service because it was the end of the day and no one you just didn t want to do it. It is fine. Thanks anyway.Update: it is the correct location. Two stars for quick reply from owner. Ok I fixed it.Tip, ask the guy that measured the doorway and said, nope! Won t fit.

Don't even bother to go there! I went to do my inspection and the inspector was chatting with someone else and three cars were waiting for the inspection too. As I was waiting for more than 35 minutes, then I decided to go and ask for how long more do we have to wait and the employees just kept talking in Spanish and dot no even look at me! Very unprofessional and rude. After that, I drove to one inspection near the police headquarters and it was done in less than 10 minutes! I understand that if it was a favor but we are paying for it!!!

Great place to get inspection sticker in and out and they are open till 6pm during the week makes it a prime location to get your sticker after work instead of waiting in a long line on a Saturday

Was there today Saturday from 830am till 12am. None showed up no sign saying they are closed today. Says closed but that they open at 9am.

Had to wait my turn but they're running a tight ship and appear to be operating inspections nearly as fast as possible. Cash only, which I think is a state requirement. No ATM on site so make sure you have your $35/inspection ready before you get there. Nice folks.

Went here 9am for an inspection sticker. They were late opening and said we could come back later.....I suggest you get to your garage earlier and open it on time

Worst customer service! Owner unwilling to explain or communicate issue, if inspection fails. Gave me a fail, I found out from personal friend mechanic, based on fail report. It was a $4.00 fix!!! I was heated..I was quoted $80 to get it to pass inspection. I have NEVER had my car fail for $4. And feel so assaulted by a " neighborhood company", I attempted to support during 2020. Will never return. Or recommend. Communication is key to referral business and life!

Your mechanic said that I have some issues with my car, but for 25$ he will fix it, if not - it will not pass inspection. He did something during a 1 minute and said that it is all set. He didn't give me receipt for his job and said to pay only in cash. So, I paid for inspection with card and for his job in cash.I will never come back to this place!

Fraud alert....be warned. Avoid this station for an inspection sticker. What a bunch of crooks. So blantantly dishonest. They will try to hold you hostage if you go for inspection sticker.The guy who inspected my car told me that my wiper blades would fail inspection and I needed new ones. To my shock, the wiper blades had been replaced less than a month ago. I ended up buying their unbranded low quality wiper blades that they were arm twisting me to buy for $25 just to avoid driving around with an 'R' sticker. I insisted I wanted to keep the old wiper blades to get an opinion from my reliable trustworthy mechanic. My mechanic confirmed that the so called warn out wiper blades would pass inspection anywhere else other than this station.

Went there for an inspection. Was told it wasn't going to pass. Nobody is ever happy to hear those words. However the owner offered to do repairs on my vehicle for a fee. Which I refused as I have my own mechanic. Who actually does all my repairs. After failing I brought my vehicle to my mechanic ( my dad) and not only did the owner put my van up on the lift the wrong way on the frame, he made a giant hole in the floor behind my driver side tire as well as undoing one of my sparkplugs. Unfortunately I thought I had to bring my vehicle back to the same place to be reinspected and when I got there the owner came out and asked if the whole behind driver side tire was fixed! As many people go there he conveniently remembered what n where there was an issue with my vehicle. Because he did it! I know they've gotten real strict in ma as far as inspection goes. But I def wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place of business. They're only out for money especially if they're deliberately causing damages in hopes of charging you for repairs.

I came in for an inspection and was waiting for my turn. After 15 minutes a car shows up and tells the mechanic they are here for breaks. He then tells everyone waiting for inspection that inspection will be closed for the next 1 hour. When asked why? He did not have an answer. It's obvious he wanted to make more money from the break work then doing the inspections. The mechanic does not value the customers time or shows any kind of courtesy or basic customer service. I used to come here for inspections and break work in the past and would put up with the rudeness, but this was the last straw. Will never come here ever again. Avoid at all cost unless you want your time wasted.

Been going there for 3-4 Yrs for MASS Auto Emission inspection. They have single bay for repairs/Inspection. I notice they take in their friends in out of line for Inspection and then start fixing minor issues for their cars, rather than failing their cars while 2-3 cars are waiting in line for MA inspection. I took my car and they failed it for stuck peanut in the seat belt buckle. After they drove out my car, I took a metal wire and pulled the junk out and belt worked fine. I had to wait again behind 3 cars for my turn to get the REject sticker replaced with new pass sticker. Not going back..

Why do people leave bad reviews if there car fails inspection?? It's avious your car has problems Be thankful that he's showing you these issues...He's saving your life! Don't hesitate to go here. Great service. Best state inspection station anywhere!

Owner is rude and incompetent. As soon as I pulled up you would think he would great me as a paying customer.. instead he s sweeping leaves on the side. He tells me to get out of the vehicle so I do with my registration and cash in hand.. as the sign says.. so then I walk up to him he looks at me and tells me to leave the car running, I turn around and do so. Then I ask him if he wants the registration and cash.. he tells me to leave the registration in the car.. but while I m doing all of this he s annoyed by the fact that I m asking him all these questions.. (which is why you should great your customers accordingly and explain what is expected). I end up asking him how long it will be, he replies it could be 3-5 mins or 30mins to an hour .. I leave to the store to buy a drink and when I return... (ready to pay) he hands me my key and says your inspection has been revoked because you left without paying, so your car is parked on the side of the road. He then says to me You can get back in line if you like, and try this again. I looked at him and grabbed my keys and explained that I asked him about the registration and cash.. of course he denied it then MIMICKED me... like a CHILD. I am so disappointed at what happened. This man is NOT business oriented and does not care about his customers at all. only in it for the money.. STAY AWAY.

Failed inspection for items that are perfectly fine- went there for inspection, one of my tires was unevenly worn out due to air leak which I did not notice in time, the man there did not say a word, after he pulled out my vehicle and gave me back the keys I saw the rejection sticker with FAILED: rearview mirror, seatbelts and tail lights -all fully functional!? My mechanic said "they are all OK" Passed after replacing the tires... You judge if this was proper!?!?

Worker backed my vehicle out of garage and hit another vehicle, damaging my vehicle. Said they would fix it themselves but just covered damage with paint. Should have reported them to insurance company. The owner and staff did not want the incident reported as it would go against insurance costs. Did not share insurance info with me. I should have listened to my instincts.

Went to get an inspection right at 8am. Place wasn't opened. Opened 25 minutes late. Eventually got inspection done, my car did not pass. When asked why my car did not pass, the mechanic did not elaborate on why my car failed, after I asked multiple times. This place is only looking to take your money. Dont waste your time here.

Do not get your car inspected they are a scam and they dont put up proper signage for cash only then refuse to even apologize when you've withdrawn the cash. The mechanic refused to idebtify himself. Want a call back and an apology

Apparently closes whenever he wants, regardless of what his sign says or what he tells his customers. Cusses out his possible guests, me and another while he closed 30 minutes early, because "I don't want to work anymore today" and "it't not a perfect world." If reporting him somewhere would solve this, I would, since multiple times through his expletives he invited me to do so, even suggested I call the cops. If this guy hates working so much, I wouldn't let him touch my car.

Awesome people . I've taken my car to other places before and they take too long to get the line of cars down, here they waiste no time they get right to work and you are out in a decent time.

When for my inspection sticker and got gas but didn't have to come out my truck they pump it for you and the gas price was a little low which is good

I'm very happy with the service at this BP gas station, I've had work done on my car there before, and I was extremely happy with the service, I found my new mechanic to do continuing buisness with.

Horrible. The mechanic is very rude, disrespectful, and racist. I hope the place gets shut down for not doing their job correctly and getting people into accidents. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
