Amazing place and people!!Honest and professional. They are young guys that work there and they're amazing! They work hard and fast to get you back on the road as fast as possible. They have saved me in numerous emergencie situations and have never tried to gouge me on the price or get me to buy anything that I don't need. If you don't need new tires they will tell you that you don't need to spend money the owner isn't an upstanding honest guy I wish I knew their names so I could give them props personally. They also do other work Not Just Tires so if you need help go see them on West Boylston Street

BEST PLACE EVER!!! I have been coming here for years and they are nothing but genuine, nice and ALWAYS honest. They don't just sell you something to make a penny. Always my go to place when i need tires. And they treat you like family. Proud to be going to such a great business.

Brought my vehicle in to purchase a couple of new tires. When I returned to pick up my car I was informed that the cap for my rim was broken. It was implied that this was broken when I brought the car into the shop however I have never had an issue and the piece wasn t broken when I left it at the shop. Regardless, it s a small piece and not a big deal but seemed to me that they should just order and replace this inexpensive piece on principle and as good customer service. Instead one of the young guys there decided to argue and swear at me in the shop going as far as telling me that he didn t work there anymore and didn t care about this shop or my car. Needless to say the service was AWFUL, the part not repaired and I would highly advise that no one utilize the services here. Go at your own risk but I would suggest finding a place that values their customers and not dealing with employees that could care less about your vehicle or your satisfaction.

I had a very good experience. had all 4 tires changed in an hour. No long wait like the bigger tire shops. I ordered the tires and it arrived the next day. They serviced me as soon as I drove in.

These folks are awful, they take advantage of young Women when all they want to do is make decisions and not have to need a man! If you don t have the tires then tell the customer to purchase them at Walmart not the SHOP. You may charge for the labor if they choose your service. I WOULD NEVER RECEIVE YOUR SHOP LMN

Great prices and honest people, is what I said 6 years ago since then I believe ownership has changed. The guy at the front desk is incredibly rude. Starts talking about how Americans are stupid and don t read books, we re lazy and don t even know what a library card is! Quotes a price before the work then the mechanic quotes another price, and then argues that he informed me of the additional price. The additional price is not necessarily the issue it s the fact that I was very specific when asking about the cost, and it just gets better from there. I then found out that every time I went there for an oil change they didn t change the filter, I found out because on two different occasions I had to go to another shop and they showed me the filter and said it looked as if it hadn t been changed and I change my oil on time, every time. So the next time I knew what the filter looked like and sure enough after the next visit it wasn t changed after the oil change, and there was oil all over the side of my car, the door the window and the front tire. I asked what happened and they said on the mechanic didn t connect the hose enough when he was adding oil? WHAT!? And you just leave the car like that? I will never go to this place again and it sucks because the people who used to work there were good people. The customer service is terrible who talks like that about their customers in front of their customers and if you dislike Americans so much maybe don t live here and work in customer service or just keep your mouth shut.On top of that they are scammers who don t do the job they are getting paid for.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at LM Tire Auto Repair. I bought 4 brand new tires on 6/19. Less than 4 weeks, 1 tire developed bubbles and they refused to replace it. Very poor customer service and very rude! Save your money and go somewhere else. I'm taking them to small claims court.

The shop itself is terrific, but there is this one guy, he speaks very little English, he has a very BAD ATTITUDE with his customers, I went to him to order A tire, he was trying to charge me over $100.00 for it. He stated they don t sell used tires. Oh really there are a lot of tires on the premises, I m sure he had one my size.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

They saved me today! I was able to get 4 new tires for an affordable price and same day when I was in a bind. They were so nice and friendly and helpful. Explained everything and didn t overcharge me like the other place I went to. Shop local!!

So basically I go in for a tire someone s in the front desk on the phone I ask for help he said he s not working that make no type of sense that s bad customer service I will never come here again he s dealing with personal problem by runing a Business

Brought in 2 used front snow tires to be mounted and balanced, was told by the older man $20 a piece. The technician told me $10 a piece to dispose of the 2 old ones. I repeated the $20 back too the older man that supposedly does not speak english, yet all of a sudden spoke English. At the end told me it was $30 a piece per tire for mount and balance and that I misunderstood. So, $40 to $60.. I get the disposal fee..then went to $80. When the older man left the desk area the technician told me he doesn't speak english, and gets those numbers mixed up all the time. (Mind you, tried to make me feel like I misunderstood). Told me to never come back.. GOOD!! It's not the $20, it's the principal of dishonest business tactics. I've been doing tires for years ...was in the industry for quiet sometime, and this is a common scab way to get more money out of a customer when you come in with your own tires. Unfortunately, that's what the Federal Trade Commission is for, along with the US attorney general's office. Played games with the wrong person LM tire auto repair!!

I have Chevy HHR and have been bringing her to L&M Tire for the past 6+ years now . They have always been professional and friendly. I've had tires plugged, snow tires switched out & balanced, new tires put on ect. They are very reasonable as well. I have been very pleased with their work. Thank you,L&M

These guys are great. I had an emergency tire situation and they were able to get me back under way in a very short period of time.Then I came back for a new set of tires. When the initial issue occurred, I mentioned I would need replacement tires soon. They did not at the time have mine in stock. But, 2 weeks later when I came back to order them, he had the exact ones I wanted. I left a deposit and came back for install late. He still had me out in no time with perfect balance on a damaged rim. They earned a loyal customer here. Awesome. A++

Great place drove up, and Sid came out and was able to order the tire I needed and was able to get it on by 1pm. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I used to do my Corolla 2016 oil change and tire rotation (labor only) for 40 dollars with them. Now I got Chrysler 300 and I went to do same thing and they said its bigger so they want 60 dollars and I was okay with that. Last time I went to them to do same thing they asked for 100 dollars to oil change and tier rotation labor only. This I don't understand who they run the business? They should have one price!, and I went to Firestone after that and they charged me only 20 dollars for tire rotation while you guys asked for 40. Thanks for not paying attention to customers satisfaction!!!!!

I went there to get an oil change As soon as I left the check engine light comes on. I told him to check it and they told me they're not mechanics So I was like wow. So I brought it up to Jeep And they inform me that they put in the wrong oil Filter, They also provide me a video To show the wrong filter. I went back to the shop and i told them that they have installed the wrong filter They were in complete denial they said we don't install those filters that I did that myself. They said the check engine light came up because went past my mileage. Guys please stay away from this place Do yourself a favor pay a little more for your oil at different place. they are not mechanics they're only mechanics When they are in denial.
