Had my WRX windows tinted here on April 12th. I dropped off a deposit previous, and i made my appointment for three weeks later. Both times i was greeted by a gentleman named Danny, who was extremely nice and very personable. They got my windows done in under two hours including the eyebrow on the top of the windshield. Their tint tech is top notch, he did an excellent job. Danny assured me, if i have any issues after the month cure time, to just bring my car by, and they would address it, but I doubt i will need to do that tho. I have found my new go to tint shop. JV s did a great job with my sound system.. they took the time and care to get the job done right.. I work across the street so the progress I saw everyday was tremendous.. couldn t thank both owners and Danny enough for the amazing sound system I have.. I definitely recommend Memphis Audio for people looking into getting new speakers.

I dropped my new Volvo off at JV s in the morning to get my windows tinted. Isaac showed my the different tint shades and the ceramic tints that keeps the inside cool by blocking the hot sun. Just a few hours later Lisa called me and said my car was all done. I took an Uber over and there it was looking complete with fresh tints! Thank you Joelle and the team for a professional job. My car was still spotless from the detail the day before. Highly recommended!!

Love this place. Very honest and knowledgeable about all car audio and mods you may want to do to your car. There isn't a question I've asked and they didn't have an answer for. Priced very fair, work is guaranteed and haven't had any issues with tint, audio, or anything I've had them do.

JV's did an awesome job..professional workmanship to a tee.Did my front windows to my chevy silverado also they installed an Awesome flag i bought myself in which gave me an awesome price to install on my rear window. Sorry for the delay.got this installed over 7 months ago .Still looks phenomenal and holding up great. Thankyou again . Allen F.

They took me in at the last minute today. I was so happy. Something told me to go. They did a amazing job on my windows, and after they was done they explain everything I needed to know and what not to do. Great customer service, and they was fast and got the job done right. Friendly staff. Thanks again guys. I definitely recommend people to go to them

Last weekend I had the pleasure of meeting the JV team. It was only luck that I found this location after having just left the Ziebart business in Shrewsbury because no one showed up for my appointment. These guys are phenomenal in their craftsmanship and knowledge! Pete, a representative of JV was able to assist me immediately and took my vehicle within 15 minutes. I requested my tints be removed and then reapplied. Not only were they efficient but fast as well. Removing the tint took roughly 40 minutes and reapplying it took a little more than an hour. Upon further inspection I am overwhelmingly satisfied. Although, if tinting is not your thing JV also provides audio equipment, lighting modifications, remote start controls, and much more. I highly recommend JV especially for those looking to support the local community. I will be returning to JV in the near future for all my tinting needs.

Nice enough staff, but the particular staff member I spoke with seem obviously more interested in trying to push a sale than trying to help me obtain the necessary audio equipment and installation information I needed. Other staff members may have been more supportive, but that's unclear. There were also a few comments from two different persons on the premises along the lines of "Nice car, are you selling?" and "Would you ever consider selling it?," which while I'm sure were intended as compliments made me feel uncomfortable. I'm trying improve my car to better my driving experience, why would I sell it? There were some very nice builds at the shop, so the team must do a good job on customs, but for my relatively simple purposes they seemed very unprofessional.

The 50 dollars deposit is ridiculous to book an appointment. I recently had a family emergency so not sure when I can get in. I simply called to cancel and I was told my 50 dollars is non refundable. Never mind the guys terrible customer service on the phone. I highly recommend going ziebarts. More professional services.

Great job again! This is my second car I have had tinted with them and the tint is just as good as last time. They also installed some carbon fiber aftermarket peices on my car that didn t fit very sturdy and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was secure! Highly reccomended!

THE BEST location to take your car EVER! The owner and staff have the most EXCELLENT customer service around and they have my car looking and sounding GREAT!!! I carry their business cards in my car with me 24/7 DEFINITELY my go to guys for my car!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Had my hd headlight done! They only replaced one ballast when I played for both! Which I found out when the headlight blown out and had to replace it! Now I have to replace the hold system again! Bad business! Good for tinting? Bad for electronics!!!

This place is the best. I went there for a remote starter problem I was having and the fixed my problem immediately at a great price. Highly recommended. Great staff . Great prices. Speedy service. I will go back for sure. Thanks JV's

had my windows tinted here a couple weeks ago and after waiting the 3-5 days for the tint to set I noticed a lot of bubbles from lint. Called, brought it back in, and they said yea that needs to be replaced... Great! Let's get it done. This was at 10am, they asked can you bring the car at 4?, no problem.. Drop it off at 4 they say ok should be ready at 6-630, ok.. Get dropped off to pick it up at 7, sorry haven't brought it in yet.. Finally left at 9pm, 4 days now and have more bubbles than the first time. Guess I'll take it somewhere else to get done right.. 100$ down the tube!

JV my favorite electronic store. The best installations place in worcester that can get your money work for your job. All the associates go extra miles to serve you best. I recommend to anyone who's willing to install any electronic stuff.

Excellent work excellent service- my truck isn't the easiest to work on but they were great to work with, even honored a warranty issue on more than one occasion on something that was a major pain in the a** to fix- props to them!

BEWARE!!!!!! I dealt with this guy for an automatic starter in my car. When I got a new car I asked him to swap the starters. Brought him my old car he removed the starter and parked it out behind his shop, he told me he was interested in trading work for my old car, I was not sure so I went to pick up my old car and my battery was dead from my interior hatch light was left on ( still don't know why they would be in my hatch for an automatic starter) I ended up trading him for work that was not satisfactory. 1 week later I got real sick and ended up in the hospital for kidney surgery when I'm finally able to get back home i have numerous voicemails from the Worcester police and derenzo's tow company stating that car was found abandoned with no plates, I reached out to the owner Joel who did absolutely nothing, I got screwed with a $700 tow fee and fines from Worcester police and to top this off all I wanted out the car was my radio and he screwed me on that too.... This guy is really shady, I found out after by word of mouth how sketchy his business is and guess I'm lucky I didn't get screwed worse... There are plenty of better accessorie shops around Worcester stay far away from this guy cause he doesn't care if he screws people over!!!!!!!! I gave this guy numerous chances to make it right but all I got out of him was "I'll look into it" and then I was just ignored. Thank for putting me in this position

He gave me a deal that I couldn t find anywhere else and I was happy with the installation of my five channel amp and sub and couldn t be happier. Professional install and would definitely go again for future projects

Best tint in central mass he said, worst tint in central mass I say. I could have done better. Tons of bubbles, dirt trapped in tint, very bad. He gave me a full refund. Scratched 2 of my windows too.

He supposed to add backup camera. Instead of adding backup camera to original radio, he simply removed original radio and put new dummy screen so most of the basic features are not working. He supposed to install camera that works with factory radio instead he changed the radio that works with his camera and charged double price of factory camera. Very bad job and he doesn't know about cars.

Got my tint done a couple days ago. Came out awesome and it was done in an hour and a half. Awesome guys, would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
