Very happy with the work done at JMCK. Carlos is both friendly and helpful. He worked hard to save me some money by not replacing the whole muffler and was able to fix only the broken portion. He went out of his way to show me what was wrong with my rotors. Informed me of something else he found that was broken (struts), and explained to me what they do and gave me his honest recommendation but did not try and force me to make any repairs.Shop was easy to miss because there was no signage that said JMCK".

Carlos will tell you straight what you need to do , let you know work that will need to be done for the future without pressure, and give you a fair price. It's a 2-man shop, so make sure to call to get a good idea when he can get to your fix.

The owner Carlos is a very good guy. He's very helpful and he does honest work with pretty good pricing. Unlike most places in Worcester where they try to get as much money as they can out of you. I would recommend JMCK Auto to anyone that lives in Worcester looking for a honest mechanic.And for those who leave bad reviews. Here's a word of advice. Have your vehicle looked at before going out and buying autoparts. All too often customers will buy replacement parts assuming they know what the problem is. Then they show up to a repair shop insisting to have this specific part replaced with the one they just bought. Then when the mechanic does what he is told, with the part he was given. Customers will then freak out and get upset because it was something else that was needed to be repaired. Then get mad and don't wanna pay. Leave your egos at home and have your vehicle checked by a professional before buying car parts.

Carlos is my mechanic for 20 yrs. In fact I bought my first car from Carlos a Chevy Malibu that he maintained and I resold for almost what I paid for it 5 yes earlier;) He goes as above and beyond and i've yet to have even 1 issue of ANY kind. Carlos has serviced all our commercial trucks as well at a fraction of the price of any others. A friend bought a used pathfinder for $1,800 ready to go mint condition and he def got his $ worth as it wad also resold!! It's nearly unheard of to find a good,speedy, honest mechanic/ car salesman. Carlos was very trustworthy. I brought my car in due to an issue with the breaks. He checked it out and realized the break pad needed to be replaced. He kindly explained to me what was wrong with the car and even went a step further to figure out what caused the problem. Everything he told me lined up with my knowledge. I now have a working car and couldn't be more thankful for Carlos' help.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT trust this man with your car. My boyfriend brought his car there to get a new suspension installed. We had bought the parts prior to going to this shop and weren't 100% sure if they were the right ones for the car. The mechanic said he would check to see if they are the right parts and then told us that if they are, he would charge us $360 for the total job. After he verified that they were the correct parts for the car, he installed them and called us to pick it up. The second we got in the car, we realized there was something wrong. We drove the car 5 feet and it was making a really loud clunking sound and bouncing around. When we asked him to double check his work he refused and said it wasn't his job to make sure the car was functioning properly. It was only his job to install the parts that we brought him. When we tried to explain that we brought him the car, working perfectly fine and that now after he worked on it, we can't even safely drive it, he laughed in our faces and told us that is not his problem and that we have to deal with it. This man had no remorse that we trusted him with our car and basically stole our money and left us carless. I am absolutely dumbfounded that someone can take advantage of their paying customers like this. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

I've been with Carlos for 21+ yrs now & not 1problem.I service 3 different vehicles there,1 being a heavy duty pick up truck for wrk. Carlos keeps us going & we will be customers for life.In fact I bought my first car from him 21 yrs ago thats how we met. Great car great work great guy. Aviva E. Austin Furniture.

wow Carlos is amazing! I read reviews on yelp and they're spot on. Carlos does a great job and his prices are extremely affordable and far less than anything you will find! Try this place out, you won't be disappointment.

Carlos is awesome. He is concerned with your safety. He is reasonably priced and has great customer service. He is professional and doesnt try to scam you...take it from a woman...try him out!

Always buy my used cars here, I know they're in good condition and last me for years until I choose to upgrade... Good honest family business which is hard to find these days
