Alex and his team did incredible work, I cannot recommend them highly enough.My parked car was hit leaving it with body and suspension damage (See photos). The team went above and beyond, and in the end, I got my car back in a better condition than it was BEFORE the collision!They were communicative, friendly, and professional. Often when it comes to dealing with my car, I get talked-down to and mansplained. That could not have been farther from the case with Harris Auto body. Alex answered all of my questions with an abundance of patience but wasn't condescending.I live out by Springfield but I would definitely make the trip back to Worcester for Harris Auto body I have finally found a shop I can trust.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

My vehicle got into an accident bumper broken and needed a good paint job, got my vehicle back today and I m more than happy with the results!! Looks like nothing even happened!! I was recommended to come here by a friend. I am very happy that i listened and came to this shop. I am blown away with how Alex, the shop owner. He took care of everything and even did the arrangements for my rental. I was very stressed in the beginning and I m very happy that they took that on and took care of it. My car was side swiped pretty bad and he and his team did an excellent job with fixing the damages. He even went above and beyond and painted parts that weren t even apart of the damage. He also replaced my bumper and also replaced my front grille on top of the side swipe damages. I just picked up my car today and I couldn t be any happier. I am very very grateful. He will definitely be the go to guy if I need any future repairs on my vehicle. Y all gotta check this place out. You won t be disappointed!! Thank you so much Alex!! Thank you to the Harris team for fixing my car! I have had to use this company twice in the last 6 years after getting into car accidents. They were professional and did a great job repairing my car in a reasonable time frame. Prompt. Honest. Quality service.Had been putting off having a bumper replaced because I have had bad experiences with auto body shops. Finally went in to see Alex.He took care of my car promptly and honestly.Definitely recommend.

I am so happy I found Harris Auto Body and came to them for help. I have had a lot of bad luck with my car and used them twice now. Both times have been a great experience and they have helped me so much. I completely trust their work and my car looks good as new. They're really friendly, professional, get you started right away, and offer good advice. I feel really taken care of by them and lucky to have stumble upon them, I can't see myself using a different auto body shop service after the great experience I have had with them. Owner Alex Harris was a witness to an accident I was in by someone who came into my lane and ruined the entire front right side of my brand new fully loaded 2018 dodge Ram. I was very upset. The driver who hit me had no license and wasn t trying to give information. Alex came right out, got my truck backed into his garage, took all pictures needed for the appraisal for damage. I then asked if they could pull my bumper out so my truck was driveable to get home. They did that in 5 minutes. Alex and his staff couldn t have been more professional . I was communicated with every step of the way. His staff is amazing, Cherrie, John, Alex, all went way out of their way to help me. My beautiful fully loaded 2018 black dodge Ram is now fully fixed, looks and runs awesome, they also did a free interior detail on my truck . Alex also filled the gas tank in my rental out of his own pocket cause I told him I couldn t afford it . CAN NOT RECOMMEND MORE.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Imagine buying a new Jeep only to have it hit by someone on the way to the inspection station. After waiting a month for the insurance company to ok the work Alex and the crew at Harris Auto Body immediately got to work and I had my Jeep back in no time. Alex and his team are very admirable. I loved the service and how my car came out after being vandalized, you can t even tell the difference! He kept in contact with me the whole time to keep me updated on my vehicle. Very honest company and incredible work ethic! If anything ever happens to my car in the future (hopefully not but I m just saying) this is the first place I will come to NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Thanks again!

I brought my Ford Ranger to Harris Auto Body due to being involved in rear end accident. The accident was particularly upsetting due to it being a brand new 2020 model with less than 4500 miles. I worked directly with Alex who was professional, thorough and promptly responded to all of my questions and concerns. When completed, the repair came out great. I would not have any reservations about bringing another vehicle to Harris Auto Body in the future.New update - I had to bring the truck back in for another repair and working with Alex was a great experience again. He kept me updated with the status of the repair, handled everything with the insurance company and most importantly, the truck looks like new again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had an outstanding experience at Harris. I had to have some body work done on my Jeep. Alex at Harris took my Jeep in right away and gave me a ride himself to Enterprise to get me a rental. Supply-chain issues have been tough but these guys were up-front about everything and kept me in the loop. I just got my Jeep back this week and they did an OUTSTANDING job on it. It looks brand new. Thank you to Alex and the rest of the people at Harris. Hopefully I don't have to come back but I know where to go if I need to!Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to Harris Auto and couldn't be happier with their service. I had front end damage to my car from an accident and Alex helped me through every step of the process. When my insurance company claimed some of the damage was unrelated to the accident, Alex climbed the ladder at my insurance company and fought to have the damage included in the claim. Alex took every step possible to ensure that my car came back to me in brand new condition. They even detailed the interior and it looks great. My car looks better than the day I bought it. Alex and Harris Auto showed nothing but professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

6 star service! I have been going to Harris Collision Center for years and I am always happy with their professionalism and handling every detail for me with each experience. I recently had my Mercedes fixed after someone backed into it and Alex did an amazing job from start to finish. I highly recommend trusting them with your repairs.

Harris Auto Body went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations with their top notch service. Throughout the time my car was being serviced, I was kept in the loop every part of the way. It s comforting knowing that the value, quality, and honest service is there whenever I need it! I 100% trust Harris Auto Body. Some acid/corrosive material had been thrown over my car, damaging most of the windows and a good portion of the paint. Had it taken to Harris Auto Body and within 2 months I have a car that looks brand new. They did an excellent job replacing windows and paint and Alex was never bothered by me contacting him for updates (about once a week for a while...). He took care of everything with my insurance too, and the time it took was probably due in part to my insurance wanting inspectors out to see the damage multiple times. The shop went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and were kind and helpful along every step.

Since some invoices were provided the following review is for the fact that the body work that was done wasn t perfectly done.The bumper wasn t placed correctly and one of the clips was broken from the side where if you touch the bumper it will wiggle it s a FACT. Along with the gas cap not perfectly aligned.I tried calling in about it, but they started making excuses about it that when I picked it up I liked how it looks. True and that s because I didn t inspect every single inch on site. Oh plus not to mention the month and half of waitingService: Body & Trim

Alex and Doug went above and beyond when I brought my car into them and the end result was flawless. They have great customer service and were in constant contact with me updating the status of my vehicle. Great family owned company. I highly recommend Harris Auto Body. I am long-time customer, having gone to Harris for about 9 years now for a variety of minor fender benders to more serious body work. Every time I have brought my vehicle there Harris has done impeccable auto body service and provided incredible customer service. When Alex says he's going to take care of you, he really is. His ability to deal with insurance companies has resulted in me always getting the best possible deal I can get. I cannot speak more highly about this business and highly urge you to use Harris if you are looking for a trustworthy auto body shop.

I had my 2008 Nissan Altima repaired by Harris Auto Body Inc. I approached them after reviewing 4 other auto body shops, located in Worcester. I am very pleased with their professional service and support. In particular, Alex and Doug are great persons to work with. They are highly skilled and takes time to work closely with customer. He and his team is very considerate to help me in dropping and picking up of the vehicle and also assisted us in arranging alternate means of commute as I needed. Overall, I highly recommend them for their wonderful service, friendly, cordial and very helpful!Sap

Harris auto took care of my car extremely well. The staff (Alex and Alysha) were BEYOND helpful and nice to me. They made sure they kept me up to date on my car and what was being done at what times. They took care of making sure I was covered for a rental car, and also found way more damage than my insurance company found and fixed everything and got it all covered as well. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Alex met me at a convenient location for me and took my rental car back to the rental company for me with no hassle. My car was spotless and had been fully detailed. I would recommend Harris Auto to anyone I know!!!!

My dad has been going to and referring people to Harris for years so when I got into accident not only once but twice ,he immediately told me to call Harris and they were wonderful. They not only dealt with the insurance company but the rental company as well. I didn t lift a finger to make any call.Anything I needed it any questions I had throughout the process, they were very professional but especially patient given that I was not the easiest customer. I was referred to Harris s and they were outstanding. My car was repaired in just a few days, they helped me deal with the insurance company, and my car looks amazing. The staff was excellent to deal with. If I lived here in Massachusetts I would definitely use them again.

Great experience overall. Alex and Doug are two amazing and knowledgeable individuals who would go above and beyond to get their customers what they need. If you need guidance with insurance issues, understanding about your car problems, these guys are your best bet. If you want a body shop that is loyal to their work, friendly, and with high professionalism, Harris Autobody is the place to go. Now! Don't look any further, give them a call.

These guys are seriously the best, and I've had work done at quite a few body shops in Worcester. They really went above and beyond for me, did great work in an unbelievably short time, all while giving me by far the best quote for a lot of work I needed done on my Mazda. To top it all off, the owner met with me after hours to give me my key because I wasn't able to meet him during the day and he wanted to make sure I got my car as soon as humanly possible. Seriously I can't say enough good things about this place, stop looking around and just go there already!
