I brought my truck in for the pre paid service. My tires are bald I knew that going in, when I got my truck back the inspection report said my tires were at 8/32 meaning next to new. I wanted to know how my brakes looked but I can t trust anything on the report as the brakes were new according to them. All my fluids were great not 1 thing was needed on my 4yr old truck. Not sure if it was rushed or because it was a prepaid service but they are not only loosing money on services they are also loosing a customer. I wish I hadn t pre paid for the service because I do not feel comfortable bringing my truck in even for just oil changes.

Price is expensive, but it s a dealership. Don t go try to save a penny elsewhere because you won t get the same service or swiftness and kindness like you would here. Love the turn around time and transparency during the service of my vehicle, I will be sticking to Harr going forth. I took in my 2008 tundra and they were the first dealership who got straight to the point and didn t try to tack on any extra stuff just because of milage and age. Got to love that honesty. The did a good job . But at the end, they didn't put the trim tools , and they won't replace the ones that broke either.

All service providers were professional and highly communcative, providing timely updates on my vehicle status and progress. Services were complete in a very timely manner, and the waiting area was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Love that they provide a video of the tech working on my vehicle, and the free Chick-fil-A is just too kind. Will definitely return.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Staff was very friendly and professional, very much enjoyed interacting with them. The dealer offers free breakfast! That had me hooked. They did not pressure me into performing services but did recommend a few. One turned out on closer inspection to have already been recently done, but I appreciated that they gave me "breathing room" on performing them. Service member picked up our vehicle right on time after giving us a call to let us know she was on the way. Service on out vehicle was done on a timely manner, the video showing what was done to the vehicle and the recommendations was very helpful. They deliver the car back to us looking much better than when it was pick up. The wait for service was very long, but they do offer a Chic-fil-a sandwich s. Also, I called service to ask about my repair and it s been 3 days and the gentleman has not returned my call. I ll have to call again and see if he can be reached.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

All my cars have been Toyota. I just love everything about it. I know this place already, and let me tell you, that I didn't feel like today: Rod and Olivia did a great job. They took care of me and treat me as a queen, and they not only were fast but received me with a nice smile. Thank you, and I'd love to be attended by them next time!

Making the appointment for my oil change and for them to check my vehicle for any safety concerns was super easy over the phone. When I arrived, I was a few minutes late due to traffic, but they were still very professional and polite and allowed me to keep my appointment. I interacted with Deborah at customer service Rob, and then Connor, one of the technicians and all three of them were spectacular. Other employees also greeted me in the waiting area and self-service Coffee was great! I have purchased two Toyota RAV4 s from Harr Toyota - both from Nana who is spectacular, but I was blown away to see that the other employees that I interacted with there were also great (Nana is still the best though!) the service center had my vehicle serviced quickly and then I utilized the car wash on site there as well. Great experience!

Ask for (Miguel S.), he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they re stuff. I was in and out very quickly but he made sure everything was taking cared of.I ve been going to Harr Toyota for almost a decade and highly recommend not only for shopping for your car but to maintain the service.

Harr fit me in on a Saturday with a pretty extensive amount of work so that I could drive my car on vacation. Jeff was awesome with the communication throughout the whole process. The Uber rides back to my house was a lifesaver so I didn t have to sit there for hours. Harr sold me defective tires. They were bald after 10k miles and 3 month. I went into the service department 5 weeks after initial mount, explained the car hydroplaned frequently and wasn't safe. They gave me a hard time for waiting 5 weeks. 3 months the tires are bald. The service manager lied, said I didn't come into the service department to complain and blamed the wear on me. Harr not willing to accept responsibility put my car on the road compromising safety for their bottom line.

Jeffrey was awesome, explained a plan for rotation and oil changes. Which I was hesitate at first but with his explanation I was able to make my decision and opted in.He was very knowledgeable about all the questions and concerns I had with the vehicle as it is new to me. He s really and asset to your service department and wouldn t hesitate to bring it back and deal with him.

Staff were polite but it took follow up calls to try to get updates. They couldn't repair my truck that day (10 days ago now) and I am still waiting to hear if the parts have ever arrived to schedule another appointment. Two follow up emails this week and I am still waiting for feedback ... I'd recommend using them as long as it is nothing urgent. Expedient service does not appear to be a strong suit at this time.Update: I was able to work with the service manager to get the issue resolved and covered under warranty, so I am bumping them up to four stars instead of three. The second visit was five stars but I should have never needed the second visit or had the initial communication problems with the first visit so I am rating them in the middle of the two.

I didn t have to wait long, and the waiting room was pleasant . there was the option of ordering food from The chicken placefor free. I received excellent instructions for how to remove the roof rack I was having put on. The MechanicWas a very good teacher, patient too.All around good experience.

I've always had great experience here. Everyone is very friendly, and takes the time to explain everything. I don't get the sense that they're trying to push you to purchase things you don't need either. Love the (Uber) Shuttle Service as well. Service appt was1045 am on May 8. Told me 2 to 3 hrs. I went home and returned at 130. The gentleman I was dealing with was not available. No one ever told him I was waiting finally I went back to the desk at 4pm. I never got a text message, phone call nothing. Obviously he forgot about me too. Not a good experience this time. I love that they send me a video of my truck showing me all the specifications required and what is needed or not needed after inspection. They offer products and tell you why. They are very honest unlike many shops just trying to sell you something. If my vehicle didn t need anything changed they told me and then told me how much longer I had before I needed to change anything. I leased and then purchased my vehicle from this place. I love Toyota but I have seen this service department take a huge decline. Advisors are rude and don t listen to you as a customer. Multiple bad experiences here. Never had the experience of the live camera with the mechanic thing. Blew my mind. Was able to see what he seen and thank god i knew a good amount about mechanical stuff lol. Dope experience. But definitely good job
