If you need a car choose HARR credit express!!!! I have bought 4 cars there now including my sons 1st car for a Xmas gift and Rich has always went above and beyond to make us happy! I have referred all my friends and family there and they also have been happy (8 referrals) rich and lee make the process quick and easy. I would never go anywhere else

Moved to Worcester recently, brought my older 4Runner in for an Oil Change a few weeks ago, REALLY impressed with the service team, I had Toyota Care, they took the time to do all the transfer paperwork BEFORE I came in for my appointment.Fast forward a week, I am driving by and see a TRD Pro, I stopped in and asked about it, next thing you know I am in the process of buying a new car, extremely fair trade in value and the entire sales process was great. Thanks Melanie!Highly recommend Harr, customer for life now.

I was looking for a dependable upgrade for my new vehicle in the Midwest. My ideal model and trim were no where in sight. From a mutual friend, I was told there was one available in Massachussetts. I told one of the wildest leap of faith and connected with Nana through my friend. He was able to sell me my new car in a matter of minutes via FaceTime. The process was tedious because of being out of state but it was smooth and stress free. Nana made sure that all of my questions were answered. Before I knew it, I was able to receive my vehicle the other day thanks to his recommended car shipper, Fisher (read my Google review on the company s Google page). Thank you Nana and Harr for top of the line business!

Excellent service. I needed a new car and also wanted to trade in my old one. Ryan answered all my questions and was very friendly. Will was also super helpful. With their help I bought my first new car and I love it. Would recommend this location to others looking for a vehicle.

Brought my 22 Apex in for its first service. I did not purchase the vehicle here. First service oil change and multi point inspection was done in about 45 minutes, well under the hour - hour and a half quote. Super happy with the speed of things! Definitely will be back for more service

My vehicle was assigned to service advisor, Olivia. She did a great job of listening to my needs and addressing them accordingly. What stood out from my experience at this dealer is the honor code. They honored the quote they gave me even though the actual service was a lot more. I've run into this same issue at other Toyota dealers in the area. Except, those dealers didn't care enough to make it right. I'm happy to make the longer drive to a dealership that cares.

If anyone looking to purchase their next used or new car, I recommend Harr Toyota in Worcester. I purchased my used Camry from them. Will, one of the Sales Team Leaders helped me with the application for financing and I appreciate his work in helping me get my car financed through Toyota Financial.Marty, GM, is very pleasant to talk to, and if you have any issues, he's willing to help you! Brought my Harr purchased Flex in today for routine service and had a great experience. Sean was super friendly, kind and knowledgeable explained everything to me in an informative but not condescending way which I love as a woman handling my own vehicle issues. He also went above and beyond and last minute helped me with a wiper issue I mentioned just happened that day so wasn t a part of my scheduled service. This courtesy made my day! My boys also said thanks for the Chick Fil-A it made waiting for Mom a little easier haha Thanks for a great visit!

This dealership is amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Jamal is fantastic to work with. #ask4Jamal. Courteous, kind, and he listens. The manager Jose is easy going and straight forward. I felt zero pressure. Of note, I had been to 3 dealerships before going to Harr. It was awful. I was bullied and disrespected. Not at Harr! I felt like their only customer even though the place was packed. Incredible customer service. The entire staff is super friendly. This is the go to dealership.Bar none!!!

I always have exceptional service here . Yes , they are busy, but for a good reason . As a woman I don t ever feel they are overselling to me like I have at other dealerships and locations. They are happy to answer questions in a friendly approachable manner .Thanks to the helpful staff here I saved 400 bucks when I had to get service at another location last minute . This location provided me extensive knowledge and education on a particular part I needed replaced . While the other location tried to lie to me on how they could perform the service and tried to leave me with a disabled vehicle . Thanks to my experience here I was able to let them know exactly why they were wrong and I would not be purchasing what they tried selling me . I can t recommend this location enough .Bonus that I can get Chick fil A for free while I wait for my service to be completed.Thank you for the helpful service here .

Car buying experience was well, super good amenities however they sold me a Chevy Colorado and a week later it had a check engine light and they basically told me they couldn't do anything for me. If I didn't love to truck so much I would've returned it as I felt this was very shady. I understand that theyre not a Chevy dealer but I shouldn't have gotten a check engine light a week after driving it off the lot. Other than this issue I would recommend this place to friends.

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a CERTIFIED pre owned vehicle from harr and it had problem within the first 2 months. There was a rattling sound coming from the front in which a service advisor described it as a water bottle hitting my rear windshield. Who trained this guy? I won t say names but you know who you are. Once my car was fixed thanks the warranty, it had more problems after. I can t adjust my mirrors with the buttons any more and my parking brake indicator on the dash is not working, both in which were working fine before the service was performed for the rattling in the front. This is the shadiest dealership in Massachusetts hands down, take your business too herb chambers instead. I or my family will never spend a dime here again, freaking crooks man. You ve been warned.

Brought my Toyota Camry with 30,000miles for an oil change, the next day my driveway was all black, all of my oil had spilled out, I called them back to bring the car in again they said they did not have any availability for me and did not care about fixing the issue at all and I was at risk of having my engine completely ruined. Do Not recommend

Harr Toyota is magnificent! My sales rep was Roy, had a close friend of mine recommend I give a visit and he was right. Roy killed it. Got me in a new car fast, fought for a good APR, and sent me home happy. Appreciate it

Great service, the salesman handling my sale Jamal wasn't pushy at all, he took time to answer my questions, he was very patient with me in allowing me to review all my options and helped me find a reasonable plan for payments before moving forward with a purchase. The whole process from finding the right truck for me to securing financing, transferring plates, ect... was very smooth. Props to Jamal and the rest of the Harr Toyota team, you have a satisfied customer for life!

0 stars for Mike ( who does the finance), lied about 48 hour return policy and was not a pleasant individual to deal with. 5 stars for the rest of the staff , including owners wife who encouraged me to get that car and was a pleasure to deal with.

Went in today to have new battery because my current one is a decade old. I specifically requested for the battery to be replaced because my was not starting and the current battery had a lot of corrosion. The service agent quoted a price, I agreed and signed the form.even when they did their evaluation I was told it was definitely the battery, well knowing who I was dealing with, prior to coming I took pictures of the old battery. Well the staff think they are smart and they are dealing with women so anyways when service was done Deborah told me the battery was changed.Before I left I had another service agent open the hood.When I compared the battery with the picture it was clearly the same battery that they cleaned. He assured me it was new but his faces turned beet red when I told him I had pictures. I don t know what kind of crooked game that service department is playing but people need to be careful when they take their cars. They are dishonest and deceitful.Another mechanic verified and confirmed the battery wasNEVER changed they just cleaned it..What angers me is the lie, they did not give me an option and just made their own decision and try to pass it off as new. Should have known something was up when she said if it happens again then will know it s something else if the battery was changed their would be no need for that comment .That dealer/ service department needs new management and leadership, those guys are playing games and are very deceptive, not trustworthy.CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

They installed two rotational tires backwards and nicked the bead wall on a third. Causing the tire to have a slow leak that over time got worse until it was ruined. The tires were discontinued and I have an all wheel drive car so I now need 4 new tires and have had to get a rental. I m out over 1000 dollars and they offered me 95 dollar check mailed to me for the two installs they messed up and wouldn t accept responsibility for nicking the bead wall on the third. The worst customer service I ve ever received, I was hung up on twice after being transferred too many times to different departments not at all involved. Take your money any where else!

I worked with Wilson Lopez, and I can say nothing but amazing things about him and Harr! He went above and beyond for me and was VERY proactive; answered my questions as I was thinking of them. I went in with no idea what I wanted, I explained what I did for work, how much I traveled, my preferred vehicle size and he knew exactly what to put me in! Everything was done instantly and within 3 days, my car was in and I was off. I highly recommend Harr!

I was in the market for a new hybrid vehicle, contacted Harr Toyota customer service, told them the exact model number, trim level and color choice. Customer service confirmed the vehicle was available on a Monday. I set up appointment for Tuesday early AM, from the time I scheduled the appointment until arriving at the dealership I received four different texts and emails to confirm.When I arrived at the dealership, the sales associate said they did not have that specific model but they could order it.When I complained to the Team leader he was not even apologetic!,Total waste of my time driving over an hour each direction.

Friday my kids father and I went into Harr to look into purchasing a car. We were taken care of by June and our friend Phoebe who had originally told us to go to Harr. I wanted to make my appointment with her but I guess he forgot when scheduling the appointment. Neither of our credit scores are where they should be but June helped us anyways. We had a late appointment Friday so we started the process Friday afternoon and came back first thing Saturday and we drove off the lot before noon with our new car. Very happy with all the people that we encountered but especially June. He had a really good vibe and you can tell he wanted to find a nice car for us. We picked the second one we saw but still. Very pleased with our experience and will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future and will be referring anyone looking to buy.

UPDATED ON 1/19/23I was contacted via email and a phone call by Mathew Duszak, the Service Manager at Harr Toyota to apologize for the service assessors attitude of being not helpful at all. He provided me with a quick solution to all issues I listed in my original review as he took care of them while I was in the waiting room. Also, I received a refund for what I paid for the diagnosis of the engine light. Apologies were accepted. Now, things have changed for good. Fortunately, I did not have to deal with the service assessors that make things more complicated instead of providing a solution.Harr Toyota Service. Original Review.I am another unsatisfied Harr customer. My car had an engine replacement that took over 2 months after calling almost every day to ask for the status of my vehicle.One day after I picked up my car, the engine light came on. I was told at Harr Service that the light is something non-related to the engine for which I have to pay over $900 only for labor, if any additional part had to be required the charge easily could go over $1200 just for the verification of a leak code. I could not get the inspection done because of the engine light.When I took the car to another shop for the inspection, the owner there found that the hook that holds the battery was not replaced, nor the engine oil was full.When I went to Harr to request the hook for the battery, the service representative told me that I have to come back the next business day to ask the technician if the car had the hook. I knew what their response was going to be, it was a no the car did not have the hook , and they did not even communicate to me that there was no hook holding the battery, so the battery was moving sideways back and forth on its tray under, making the driving unsafe. The same ridiculous response I received for the engine oil not being full, you have to pay for an oil change for the engine replacement . That is another irresponsible answer from another service person. If they change the engine, they are committed to delivering the car with full engine oil.Sadly, Harr Toyota, being a dealer of a prestigious car maker is not taking repairs responsibly, not even for the safety issues they are creating nor for the high price they charge to the customer.I hope not to have to come back to Harr for any warranty on the engine replacement. They may want to charge me for any further issues covered by the repairs warranty.

A million thank you to the Harr Toyota dealership team. You have managed to take what could have been an okay sales experience to a WOW sales experience. I was able to buy the SUV I wanted at a fair price. The team listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. The owner and service manager are really nice to deal with and they definitely know how to turn someone into a valued customer. Thank you for the great service and sales experience.

They had a car I liked in stock. The salesman (Nana) was great. I got the low rate Toyota financing NP. There was a long backup to get an inspection sticker, so I ended up paying extra to get one at a local shop.

We had the best experience with our purchase at Harr Toyota. We worked with Sarah Wentworth, and she was the absolute best! She understood our needs and was not pushy at all. She gave us the time and space to purchase when we felt ready and comfortable. She also checked in on us and really felt like family. Her level of honesty was much appreciated which helped us make decisions on our purchase. If you re looking to purchase, GO TO SARAH WENTWORTH! You won t regret it!!
