Lee & Trista were a delight to work with. They made the arrangements for my vehicle to be repaired, got me a rental and fixed my rav all within a few days. Kept me informed at all times. Thank you so much Lee & Trista! My Lil Red Riding Hood is up and running!

This is my third time having my Toyota RAV4 at Harr Collision ( through no fault of my own). Each time I have been treated promptly and professionally by all the office staff ( and there is apparently no turnover which speaks volumes). Office staff knows their stuff and has helped make the process easier and smoother. They will have a rental waiting for you at drop off, for example and will print out anything from your phone that the insurance claims department never sent them. I can't say enough about Lee Thomas, who is in charge of getting my car back to original condition: not only can I not tell what work has been done because it looks pristine, but he goes above and beyond in keeping me in the know and up to date. This is customer service and support from another era! Can't wait to pick up my car again. All that being said, I highly and without any reservations recommend you bring your automobile here. They will make sure they make it as painless as possible. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was fixed up here at Harr Collision after a tow truck slid off the road with my car attached to it. When I came to pick up my car, she was sitting in the lot looking BETTER than brand NEW. Two minutes after pulling out of the lot, an elderly woman stupidly took a left turn into my car and totaled it. She was probably distracted by how good Harr Collision had my car looking. The firefighters and policemen who showed up on scene even asked me if it was a new car cause it looked damn near perfect. Even the guy from the lot that my car was towed to after the crash had asked where I got the work done since it looked so good. Conclusion to my story: GO TO HARR COLLISION if you want everybody to compliment your car, and have it looking like the odometer says 0 miles. Highly recommend 10/10 best shop Ive ever been to, but beware that you may become a road distraction and cause accidents with how good your car will look afterwards. (Not only was the work excellent, but great customer service as well!) Thank you everyone at Harr.

I highly recommend getting your car repaired at Harr Collision Center. Just got my car back and they did an amazing job fixing some damage to my rear bumper and quarter panel. The new paint is blended perfectly and they even detailed the interior. Dropped off our 2023 Toyato with front end damage. Was well informed through the process of everything being done. They dealt with insurance co. Jason and staff very helpful and polite. Was only 2 weeks from dropoff till ready. Was surprised how fast and professional our experience was. Looks like the day we drove off the dealer lot. Would highly recommend Harr to friends and family.Thanks so much

I had an excellent experience here. They were extremely responsive, emailing me regular status updates as the work progressed. Lee provided top-notch customer service - keeping me informed, asking questions and working hard to find back-ordered parts. They dealt with the insurance and glass companies and I had zero hassles. The finished work was excellent - paint was perfectly blended and everything was straight and true. Can't ask for more than that!

I was involved in a car accident, with damage to the entire right front of my car including fender, bumper, wheel and tire damage. My insurance company sent me a list of local auto body shops they recommend, with the very best ones in bold print. Harr Collision was in bold print, so that s where I brought my damaged car. From the moment I walked in, each of the front office personnel were pleasant, patient, and so helpful. Extensive work was required on my car, and taking it to Harr Collision was the best decision I ever made! The service I received was so personal, with almost weekly updates via personal phone calls. Keeping me in the loop by sharing all these updates with open transparency was such a huge help. I never felt overlooked or that my car was not a priority. Just the opposite, I was made to feel like having my business was very important to the entire staff. The manager, Josie, delivered service with honesty, transparency and utmost respect. His knowledge and expertisewas amazing, and always served with a smile and his very pleasant demeanor. I am truly grateful for the very professional service I received. When I went to pick up my 5 year old car, it was sparkling like a brand new car just out of the show room. Harr Collision was the VERY BEST DECISION, and I highly recommend them for any and all car issues! You can trust them completely!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

ever since I got my car back it's been nothing but problems. molding on my door fell off because they didn't replace it- just tried to put the old one on. something was messed up with my locks and the door wouldn't lock and would make the lock noise ten times in a row. now my battery died (no lights left on) on a car less then a year old. not impressed. customer service was good but i shouldn't need to keep bringing my car back in when it should have been done right the first time.

Had a pretty deep scratch that was beginning to rust on my 2019 RAV4, I asked Jason what he suggested I do and how much it may cost out of pocket. He recommended I put a claim in with my insurance and explained how that would work (since i had never done one before). Jason has an amazing background in auto insurance and knows the ins and outs of how it works.I was able to put the claim in, have an adjuster give me an estimate, and Harr took control from there. Car was in and out in exactly a week after everything went through with insurance. I was so surprised at the speed in which they were able to complete the repair. Unbelievably relieved I picked this repair shop, they were super friendly and personable and the facility is brand new. I ended up needing some items from my car after dropping it off and they allowed me to come back in and grab what I needed. They made me feel like I was family there. Nicole at the front desk was also super helpful and such a treat to work with. She took care of the logistics and payments from my insurance. Can t recommend this place enough! I was involved in an accident recently and needed repairs done on my car. I brought my camry here and the whole process was a breeze. As someone who has never been into an accident before, it was a new situation to navigate and Duy made it incredibly simple. He was incredibly thorough and my car looks brand new again! As a young woman, I always have some hesitations when it comes to auto repair shops. However, when I had an issue with my car recently, Josey and his team were great. They were transparent about costs and made reasonable and thorough recommendations. I could not recommend them enough.

Picked up my car after I left it at the shop for repair a few weeks earlier. Arianna helped with paperwork when I dropped it off and was wonderful! I called for an update and Mitch kept me in the loop and called back to set up a pick up time. He was very kind and helpful upon pickup . My car looks brand new 10/10 would recommend !

My Insurance company recommended Harr Collision to replace a door on my Tacoma truck. The staff for the collision and rental departments were very customer focused and a pleasure to work with. After Harr Auto Body was finished with my car, it looked brand new ! Just like how I bought it from the lot :) Even provided my fianc� and I a rental while in the shop. They made sure to let me know exactly what was happening on the car and such ! All workers were professional and very helpful. After I was rear ended on the highway they trussed up the back fender so I could drive the car while we were waiting for parts, kept me informed about the timetable, provided a car rental when the insurance company was not helpful, and cleaned and detailed the car before returning it. It feels like a new car and it is almost eight years old. Insurance companies should take a page or two from this company about customer service.Quality work by a quality outfit.

Mitch was pleasant and professional. He was very kind my elderly mother. And he gave her a great price phone repairs she was paying out-of-pocket for. He got hurt in in a timely way and repair the car in a timely way. Overall a great experience. highly professional. We definitely recommend him and will use this shop again if we need to.

Harr Auto Body was recommended to me after my car was extensively damaged from an accident. They communicated with my insurance company, and even gave me a rental when my insurance rental allowance ran out. There have been issues due to the accident that are continuing to surface, and they continue to do a great job of being patient with me and working with my insurance company. Kristine is wonderful. I would return to use this shop (hopefully not soon! ha-ha).Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Arianna was wonderful to work with. She made every effort to return my truck to me as soon as possible (given the extensive damage), in tip top condition, and was extremely professional and forthcoming in any updates on the repairs. I hope to never have another accident, but should I be in need of autobody repairs they will be my first call!

Worst place ever. Went in for them to clean rail spots on my brand new vehicle and they couldn't even get them all after 2 weeks of buying my car. I literally had to sit there pointing them all out. Also they couldn't even bother to wash the vehicle after the fact and still had this huge grease stain on top of my roof. On a side note I wouldn't recommend Harr jeep to buy a vehicle. Nothing but issues, nobody communicates with anyone. Worst car buying experience of my life! I wouldn't even give either a 1 star.

I have used Harr for repair to my car after an accident in 2019 and sadly, another one in 2021.They are extremely thorough ( thought i had a new car) and I found the staff warm, accommodating and very flexible.I am appreciative that they are nearby as I plan to use their good services for a very long time!Thank you again, Harr!Service: Body & Trim

I had a chip in the paint, rocker panel area. I brought the car in and explained the situation. The person behind the counter said I ll let my manager know. Mitch Intinarelli came out and looked at it, and gave me a few options. Was nice enough to give me some touch up paint and tips on how to apply. From the moment I walked in people were receptive, courteous, and expedited the situation. Five Stars Service: Body & Trim

The collision repair work we had done was delayed twice by supply chain issues. Each time, the new manager Mitch Intinarelli, expedited the installation as soon as the parts arrived. He allocated shop personnel to do the work promptly and as quickly as possible. We would give Mitch five stars for the way he handled our repairs.

I was in a fender bender and was suggested by the auto insurance to bring my car to this place. They did an exceptional job fixing the accident area and also buffed out some marks that I did to my car, which I was not expecting for them to do. Mike kept in contact with me through email and sent me the estimate through email which I appreciated. The total time to fix my car took two weeks but it was well worth the wait for the quality job they did on my car. They also detailed it before I picked it up which just blew me away. I highly recommend this place for any auto body work.

I had an unfortunate accident on January 15, 2016. That Monday Harr came and picked up my car and during repair even had adjuster come to their shop for additional repairs. I was very satisfied with this Shop and they also brought the car back to my resident the following Friday. They are very professional and my experience was GREAT. I give it a 5 star rating from what my experience was with Harry Auto Body. Thanks Bob for all your help.

My insurance gave me places to get my car fixed and this place was close by. I had my camry get a ton of front end body work, due to an accident. The work was very well done it looked just like the day i drove it off the dealership lot. not only was my car back to the way it looked before the accident. They detailed my interior and exterior of my car , I was not expecting that.

I made an appointment to come in with my car thinking it would be taken then and be a quick job Insurance quoted 7 day repair i had to wait 4 days for them to get parts. Car went in on the 27th of January i have to leave the state February 24th and explained that i would need the car before then. I was told it would only be a week or two at most. I'm here on week three and finally got my first update call to say that some parts they ordered are the wrong parts and will have to wait longer for my vehicle. I have yet to receive my vehicle and am very very displeased with the performance, professionalism and punctuality of this shop. I will not return to them for service.
