Great dealership. They made sure my vehicle left thier lot in great condition with no issues. For a used car the looks good and very clean and I passed State inspection. I'm glad I purchased my vehicle there

Reggie and Douglas are both absolutely amazing. They helped me with buying a car, the entire step of the way. The whole process went so smoothly. Whenever I had any questions or concerns- they were happy to answer. They made this the easiest experience, ever! I truly can t say enough good things about Greendale Auto Mall. I purchased a Nissan Altima for 6 k. I got the car inspected the next day. On day 6 a dash light came on and I had to replace catalytic converter on day 7. I had to pay for the part because the car had already passed inspection. The car was presented with no major issues but a bad cat is definitely a major issue. I had no choice but to buy the part because the car was not running after 6 days. Now that the repair is done there are missing bolts on the heat shield that has to be removed to replace catalytic converter. My family and I are on disability and saved for quite some time to have a safe reliable vehicle to get to and from doctors appointments. Be careful with any car off this lot and don't just get a basic state inspection have the entire vehicle checked and codes read on a computer before you decide to purchase a vehicle from this place.

I am overly disappointed and disgusted with this dealership!! I had found a listing on CarGuru s for a 2008 Subaru Impreza for sale. I had contacted the dealership multiple times throughout the span of three days and asked if I could drive out to look at the vehicle and test drive it. I told them it would be a 2 hour drive and i needed to make sure the car was still available they said yes and to stop by. They also said the car had no issues and had been checked by their mechanic. After driving 2+ hours and having my boyfriend travel 40 minutes as well, we arrived to a sold sign on the car. The woman in the office hardly spoke English making it very difficult to communicate and stated the car had sold days ago and the paperwork had already been signed. I had an email from the owner after business hours from the day prior stating the car was still available. After analyzing the car, it was certain the car had been in an accident which they had denied. the hood was misaligned, the front fender had been repainted, there was tons of rust under the car, the car had clearly been broken into at some point, and the worst part was the bottom of the car had pieces held together by CORDS!!! this car would certainly not pass inspection Even with cash in hand, the car saleswoman did not ask us if we were interested in any other cars on the lot. This place was extremely sketchy, unprofessional, and a waste of mine and others time. If i could rate 0 stars, i would!! steer clear of this place!!!

Even though the place got busy, the staff took the time to answer my questions and explain. People car shopping just have to have patience and not rush. Had went through several options for loans and they were able to find me something that worked with my budget. I was very happy and satisfied. Based on bank approval time frame they worked with me to get paperwork earlier than I had anticipated. Thank you for being so patient and kind.

I took a chance with them since i saw the positive reviews and i am glad i did. After a week of driving my car i felt a issue on the right tire i took it back to them they had their mechanic take a look and changed everything that needed to be changed no questions asked the whole team works together and the owner is very involved to make sure the customer has a Good experience no bad things to say from me

This is a great place. I have bought three cars here for my kids. Doug has been fair and honest. Very good to work with. We got three different types of vehicles and haven t even had a single problem. You can definitely shop here and feel good!

The Greendale Auto Mall was a great place to purchase automobiles. I had the privilege to buy my Truck there with the help of this wonderful sales manager Ms. Reggie, she was great person and she was answering all my questions, and making sure I was comfortable of Buying what I was looking for. they also took care of the registration. she makes sure my truck had gas before taking off. so she went put some gas.. love the place. Thank you Reggie for your kindness.

SCAM ALERT!!!They sold me a car with head gasket leak and even refused that the problem exist. They tried(?) fixing it a couple of times and then they started ignoring me by saying "we are busy" whenever I took the car to them. Never ever buy anything from this place!!!Their previous name was Mass Motors. I guess they are trying to hide their bad reputation by changing their name to Greendale!!**Update**:I am adding one of the receipts you gave. You should check your records instead of relying on your memory.By the way, it's been a year buying this car from you, and the engine has blown on the highway.

I just bought an awesome Mercedes from Greendale Auto Mall. What a pleasure it was doing business with you. Greendale is a awesome place to buy a used car. Every car is immaculate and the service goes above and beyond. Very honest up front people there. I highly recommend and will tell people, this is the place to go.
