Service was exceptional! Sean was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I had a blown fuse and the starter replaced. They are honest and fairly priced. I am happy to know I have a trustworthy and reliable mechanic I can take my vehicle to in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you Sean and Greasy team!

I have been hit with 3 back-to-back car problems over the past 3 months. Without Greasy's my wallet would be in significantly worse shape.After 5+ years of living in Worcester I could not find a decent garage until I tried Greasy's because they are within walking distance. I have been pleasantly surprised by the speed, price, and quality of communication working with Greasy's. I am pretty sure I have saved several hundred dollars, minimum, and I have gotten my car back days earlier than expected all 3 times.Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Awesome people! Awesome service! If you own a Mini...this is where you should bring it for work or maintenance.Edit: I needed a engine replacement for my R53 unfortunately. I felt in good hands with Greasy's so I just let them do what they do. I was not disappointed. Quality work for the price and a even did a some minor repairs while they were doing the swap. This car's a blast to drive and it's great to have a Quality repair professionals right here in town. Definitely recommend!!! Thanks guys! I've been having my '15 MINI Cooper Convertible serviced here since my warranty expired. Always a pleasant experience. Honest and fair. They have gone above and beyond for me and stand behind their work. Why would I go anywhere else!!!

Best shop I have ever visited.. took care of my mini Cooper countryman better than I expected. Professional customer service and they didn't disappoint.I highly recommend you take your mini there instead of the stealership. Their prices are fair and their not trying to oversell you on unnecessary things. I believe their passion are mini Coopers, as you can see their artwork in front of the shop..Thank you guys for taking care of me when I couldn't finish my project car.

I have been going here since I moved to Worcester in 2017 and they have always been quick, courteous, and pretty damn fairly priced. Great group of guys. Not open on weekends but I have dropped off and picked up my car with no issues several times. Best in Grafton Hill / Downtown area, maybe the best in the city of Worcester.

I've been a loyal customer here for many years, but on my recent visit, I was disappointed to discover a new 3.5% credit card fee. Considering they've been absorbing this fee for years, I found this sudden change unsettling. When I voiced my concerns and mentioned potentially looking for a new mechanic, the owner's response was far from understanding. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told that if that was my level of loyalty, they didn't want my business. It's unfortunate to see such a longstanding relationship with a business end this way. Will be seeking a new mechanic who values their customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

By far THE BEST garage I've ever worked with. I was having problems with my mini cooper for months. I went to multiple shops, including the mini dealership and no one could properly diagnose what was wrong. Greasy's was the only place that was able to fix it up correctly. It was only a matter of time before my Mini Cooper had mechanical issues. For well under half what the dealer estimate was, Greasy's Garage got the car back on the road, with workmanship and customer service second to none. They're just under an hour away but worth the trip for this level of service. Thanks guys!

I don't trust my MINI with just anyone, but after several trusted MINI friends, including a garage owner we know, recommended Greasy's we had our clutch done there. We were really pleased with their service, level of communication, and prices. They earn our recommendation too!

I was very happy to be in a place that knew what they were doing with my car! I oftentimes get a no or a I m willing to try which still doesn t make it feel very safe. I know absolutely nothing about cars. My family took our cars to dealers for everything. I never thought about it until a friend who s a mechanic made fun of how often I had been taken advantage of. So when my daughter had to replace a blown tire on her car hours from home (we are from NJ), I prepared for the worst. However, Greasy s treated her very well, did great work on her car, and gave her a fair price. Now there is one less thing we have to worry about with her being far from home. Thank you !!!

If you own, or drive a MINI Cooper, or a car that you depend on, and it needs service, don't pass go, don't collect $200. Drive directly to Greasy's Garage where your vehicle will be taken care of better than at any other garage. The team at Greasy's has serviced our 12 year old MINI like it was their own, since day one. The staff is genuine, and honest, attributes that are difficult to come by in the automotive service industry.

Great, honest service from knowledgeable staff. My 06 mini cooper had an incessant strut mount issue, and they worked on it several times, eventually solving it for good at a very reasonable price with warranty. Will continue to have cars serviced with them.

It was probably the best experience I've had in a garage so far. The service is great and all questions were answered. Helpful recommendations have been made which can be used in the future without having to spend money unnecessarily. Necessary repairs or replacements were also discussed.As a small highlight, one of the mechanics could talk to me in German. That will make things a lot easier if I use the service again.

So I am not from the area at all. I was in a real pickle, and had to buy a car In a place where I knew no one, and had to rely on kindness and hope for the best. Not only was everyone working here extremely helpful and set me up for success with an honest look at the car I was buying, but they also spoke to me like I had sense, and trusted that I had enough knowledge to know what I was looking at. As a woman, That is not a given. Sexism is not helpful, and these guys saw me as a capable human who just needed straight answers. They gave me those answers, and peace of mind without my having to compromise my self respect. It's a low bar, but these days It's sometimes more than can be promised. HUGE fan of this company

Greasy's Garage is THE go-to garage for MINI repairs. The Owner & his team of mechanics are highly-skilled and extremely knowledgeable in all things MINI. Pricing for parts & labor are very reasonable!! (MINI owners know too well what a dealership service can cost!) I highly recommend Greasy's Garage for your MINI repairs.

Never a bad experience with Greasy Garage. We've been bringing our cars there for 4 years with no troubles and they are very accommodating and tell you the truth!!!!! Do not bring your business here if you drive anything besides a mini cooper! I have a 2008 buick enclave I bought privately less than a month ago. I am a mother of 2 young children and currently In school myself, this car is the only transportation I have and I'm not legally able to drive it until I can get a passed registration sticker . My check engine light came on a few days after I bought it so I took it to the GM dealership and paid $150 for their diagnostic expertise. I then searched for the highest rated mechanics in my area and found greasys. Called them, told them my BIL changed out my tuning manifold but the p2070 code was still registering and throwing my check engine light on my obd . GM said then entire manifold system needed to be cleaned out not just the valve itself. When they had my car I got a call saying the valve was clean but still reading the check engine light, I explained once again that I gave them the diagnostics paper from GM, that it's not the valve itself but the rest of the system and it's a common issue in these types of gm vehicles to have back flow of oil in the manifold valve system. Then a few hours later they called and said "your check engine light is off and you're good to go", cool I'm super happy now! I get my car and get less than a mile down the road when the check engine light comes back on. I call them and they said to get a new tuning valve so I called gm, they didnt have the part for 3 weeks but I can the same exact part with the same part number from autozone but had to pay an extra $60 for it. If it gets my CE light off I'll do it. I pay greasys another $90 for them to install it and they tell me my CE lights off and they took it for an extended test drive it's all set. Once again I get about a mile down the road and the damn light comes back on. Obd reader says same code p2070-tuning valve stuck open. I tried calling and left a voicemail with no response for a couple days. Today I finally get a hold and them and ask to speak to the owner kindly. He calls me back with an immediate defensive attitude and to make a long story short he screamed at me saying I was stupid for not letting him charge me for their diagnostics ( not true they didnt ask) and that I clearly have no idea what I'm talking about, they did what I asked them too and that they cant afford to give me back my $320 back and to sue them. He was extremely rude and disrespectful, didnt offer any type of solution other than to F myself and blaming me 100% . He hung up on me. I was so upset I was in tears, even after explaining my situation how i couldnt afford to spend more money on what was supposed to be a quick and simple fix he just kept telling me to sue him for it. I cant believe the anger that spewed from this man immediately once he called, i tried to be as polite as possible knowing you get more flies with honey than vinegar but despite my efforts I'm now at a loss and dont know what options i have left other than to just sell my car for way less than what i paid for it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I drive an American boat of a car and lost my power steering one day driving home. I called my mechanic and requested a quote. That shop ignored my request and was rude on the phone when I called back to ask about itThen I called greasys. Tom at greasys garage has the best interpersonal communication skills I have ever experienced when calling mechanics.After the repair was complete they informed me that something was leaking on my axle and was probably caused at their shop. They called me and told me straight up what happened, then fixed it for free without hesitation.You don t have to drive a Mini Cooper or any European car to get greasys service- they service all makes and models.I highly recommend you bring your car here if you have any worries about it.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

take your car here for good work at a fair price - i've done so and my subaru has been gently resurrected into the realm of squeak free cars once more.The guys are great there and they're not pushy, in fact i pester them with questions about things they don't do and they're quick to point out who to go to for what they don't do in house themselves.The guy behind the desk answering the phones is top notch too.The shop was recommended to me and i agree, this is a good mechanic to have your back.

I have yet to have a bad experience with Greasy's.They did my spark plugs last week and I was very relieved at the price.$277 for:- Installation, callibration and inpection of my new Spark plugs- Installation of a new HEPA filter (because it had a mouse's nest which they cleared out without any complaints- An oil and filter change- A complimentary car wash from their lone detailerThe head mechanic went over with me what my options were (for oil as that was the only real decision here) and what I would have looking forward with my 2010 Honda Civic for the next 50,000 miles (which covers about 2 years for me).

THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS. I was in the waiting room for 45 min and nobody coming in and out was wearing a mask. I used to really like these guys but I feel betrayed, they put the customers in danger by not following the guidelines. The owner believes it is not constitutional to wear a mask but he is ok with infecting other people. I used to trust them with my car but I won't be going back. I am sad.Service: Oil change
