Absolutely I will never go back there again for an oil change. They are very rude , not honest. They want just to charge things and add more money to your bill. They told me I need to change all of the wipers, . The front desk lady is absolutely rude and miserable. Also, they told me I need to replace my license plate light and when I came home, I checked my light and no issue please see pictures.

I've been coming here for many years for almost everything possible for a car with several different makes and models. On everything they have always been fabulous.Very reasonable and have always worked with me to get the most for my service. Very honest and upfront of repair service needs without trying to push unnecessary fluff onto the customers. Stand by their work in every case.The guys Pete and Gary who run the place have been there a long time and really know their stuff and really go out of their way for the customers interest.By far the best automobile service center I have ever dealt with. Highest recommendation!

I visited this location because one of my tires was running flat. Pete helped me out and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I appreciate him giving me a good deal. It worked out for me just in case I have any tire issues within the next 3 years. Thanks, Pete!

I had the rear brakes on my 2018 Nissan Sentra repaired in one day. The technician test drove the vehicle after the repairs to assure the repair were done well. I seldom have encountered quality employees like here as a car owner. Gary the manager is honest about the necessary repairs and maintenance as well as the availabilty of qualified specialists for specific maintenance and repairs. The manager and mechanic who provided necessary repairs deserve commendations on the date I requested service They were motivated to provide quality work with prompt attention to the requirements of the car's optimal performance. -Joe Sinasky

Amy and Amanda went above and beyond for me yesterday!! I couldn t be happier with the service and friendliness offered by these two employees!! It was super busy but they managed to get my truck back on the road with new tires!! Thank you both so much!!!

Gary has saved me a couple times here in Worcester! My sister referred me over here for an oil change a little over a month ago. Price was great and service was amazing! I picked my car up in the afternoon. When I turned my car on, I heard a bad noise and quickly turned it off. Gary came out to help and we noticed my serpentine belt was the issue. It ripped about halfway through the belt! I left it there overnight and the crew replaced my belt for me :)Today, I was driving to get groceries and wanted to stop by and schedule in my rotor replacement and brake bleed. My car is at 56k miles, and I bought it used, so knew this was some preventative maintenance I needed to do. Gary greeted me as I was walking in. He remembered me, which is one of the best things about great customer service. I didn t really have a set time to schedule it in, just knew my vacation was coming up in a couple weeks. Gary had me leave my car for the day, in case they had time. I was in no rush to get my car back, as I work from home. He called me and gave me an update a couple hours after I left it. I told him I could pick it up tomorrow and he didn t have to rush to get it done. Gary called me back 15 minutes before close and said everything went great and they got it done! I didn t want to rush getting down there and hold them after closing time and Gary said just pick it up in the morning. :) I haven t picked my car up yet, but wanted to still leave a review because I know they do a quality job and my car will be driving like new tomorrow. Thanks Goodyear on Grafton Street! 5 stars every time!

I came to the shop in a total panic (having literally just discovered I had a flat tire as I was leaving for work) less than 5 minutes before they were about to close. They quickly put my spare on, took my info, and said call us in the morning as they sent me on my way. Didn t charge me a dime! Next morning they gave me a new tire with lifetime balance/rotations/etc for a great price. Many thanks to Gary, Peter, Jacob, Amy, and the entire crew for being so amazing!!! HIGHLY recommend giving this shop all of your business!!!

Unlike the other tire dealers in Worcester, Amy was the most knowledgeable person of tires that would fit my car. She also knew I had an older UV that I'll trade within a year, and went out of her way to secure me good tires in NJ for a fair price.The tech professionals took my car when scheduled and capably put four new tires on my car at the price quoted.I would highly recommend calling Amy for you car's tires.

The staff at this Goodyear go above and beyond to help out their customers. I had a tire blow out on my Jeep with limited access to other vehicles and there was a few day wait for an appointment to get new tires installed. Amy went out of her way to call me any time there was a brief lull in the schedule and was able to get me in days before my scheduled appointment. Despite all the other customers, she obviously treats each person on a case by case basis and demonstrated enormous compassion for my situation and worked to get me in ASAP. The morning of my appointment I called the store and Peter was extremely kind and helpful and had me come right in to get helped out. While there, Amanda helped to work on my car and identified an issue with one of my rims that I had no idea about. She swiftly and kindly offered to use the rim from my spare tire and offered for me to come back and have my spare remounted once I purchase a replacement rim.Beyond their excellent customer service, the lobby and garage were extremely clean and comfortable to wait in. The staff in the garage were all wearing appropriate safety equipment and more importantly everyone was smiling! I can't tell you what a difference in service it makes when people are happy at their jobs and from what I saw, this is the case at this location. The atmosphere, overall customer experience, and quality of the product (Goodyear Duratrac are the ONLY tires you should put on a Wrangler) were all excellent and this is the only Goodyear I will be bringing my car to from now on.Thank you Amy, Peter, and Amanda. You turned around my weekend and made a huge difference to my day!

These guys saved me! One of my tires popped an hour into a 5 hour road trip. I pulled up to Goodyear and they replaced all four tires in 30 min after estimating that it would take 2 hours. There were about 4-5 people working and all of them stopped what they were doing to help me out and work on my car together. I was overjoyed. Amazing group of people!!

My daughter had a flat (nail in sidewall) and we put on her space saver spare.We went to this Goodyear tire center on Thursday 7/20/23 thinking we could drop off tire and rim and have a new tire put on over the next day. So, we arrive and there were a few customers in the sales / waiting area. No Goodyear people. During our 20 minutes of waiting, two service techs came out and spoke to customers waiting. They didn t even acknowledge our presence as we waited in front of the sales desk.Finally, a sales person came in and we inquired if we could drop off the tire/rim to have a new tire mounted for the next day. NOPE. Earliest would be Tuesday 7/25/23. So, 5 days for a single tire drop off??Since I didn t want my daughter driving on a temp spare for 5 days, we left and called Firestone Complete Auto Care a few miles away in Shrewsbury. They said we could drop it off now, or in the morning by 7:30am and it would be ready for 9:00am.

Oil change- I suggest calling before your appointment to make sure no walk-in situations have occurred. I had to reschedule, but the manager was very kind the morning I came back. It's the best deal for a basic oil change if your car qualifies!

These folks saved our road trip! We had a blowout on a Sunday. We didn't have a spare tire because that's how things are here in the future. This place is open on Sundays until 5--everybody else was closed. "Bring the car by, and we'll take care of you." They got a tire in for us early the next day and got it on first thing in the morning.Here is a Haiku if it helps you:Five star service here,Fix your car and on your way,New tires abound.

My husband and I live in New Hampshire. We were driving back home when we got a flat tire on the freeway. We could not get anyone to take us in since most auto repair shops were either closed or booked.We called Goodyear Worcester in a desperate attempt to find someone we can get towed to, and Amanda Marin picked up. She heard our predicament and told us to come on in. Even though we were about 15 minutes away and their shop was soon closing.We appreciate their help so much. The team was fast in getting our tires replaced, and we were on our way back home in about 20 minutes. Thank you so much.

Super efficient! Highly recommended! We got a tire issue late around 5pm, and our tire was fixed at 6pm! Which literally saved our day, as we were heading over NY.

Had a problem with my exhaust after getting new brakes, calipers, and tires. It was just a coincidence, but they took me back in without a wait thinking it was something wrong on their end, and fixed it right then at no cost. Not a big job, but it was great friendly service on a Sunday. Thanks again Pete and Gary.

Seriously the best people work here! We had a tire emergency about 45 minutes from home with our small kids in the car. We had a flat and found when we changed it ourselves the spare tire also was flat and not safely secured. We fortunately were right across the street from Goodyear on grafton St. The Team at Goodyear put air in our spare for free and helped us find the hole in the flat tire. Upon filling up the spare we found it wasn t holding the air and would not be safe to drive home on. Although the tire size we needed was not a variety they had in stock, Peter and his whole team made sure the hole in our tire was repaired and safe for us to make it home even though we arrived in need right before they were about to close on a Saturday night. A HUGE thank you to Peter and the entire team here for making sure we were safe and taken care of before closing up shop for the day!

Awesome service! My rear tire was leaking air badly and I drove in. They managed to fit me in without an appointment and did a great job. I was in and out in no time. The woman at the desk was great and their service techs were very helpful.

I showed up on a Sunday right before they closed as I got a nail in my tire, and Gary and the crew were able to pop the spare on and get my tire fixed the next morning. Always a great experience here, and Pete and Gary are top notch!

Absolutely amazing, I was in a bad spot and Peter Crestodio made sure I was able to get the work done I needed and helped me out when he didn t have to. They have 100% made a lifelong customer out of me and it was one of the best experiences I ve ever had at a mechanics. I will recommend them to everyone I know from now on for the kindness they showed me! And they did a wonderful job on my car, couldn t be happier!

I was late for my appointment but Adeforo Peter the manager was exceptionally professional and with great customer service. He took care of me and even went beyond to look for other faults that may require fixing and Peter actually found my tires had nails and metals lodged in causing me to add pressure every other two days.Another customer was with me a retired educationalist at Worcester city and he too talked great about Peter being friendly.Am glad there are such workers who can take our frustrations of the day off our faces.Peter deserves a 5 star recognition.May God bless you Peter

I have been going here for 2 years now for oil changes and the like. Always professional and fair, and not too pushy either! I went in today with a small nail in my tire, which didn't actually pierce my tire as they found out, and not only did they not charge me for the evaluation but shined my tires too. I recommend them to anyone looking for good work at a fair price.

Awesome service! I ordered the wrong size tires and they were able to swap it without any delay or problems. They also honored the discount that applied to the original tires as well, making it the cheapest price around. Will continue to come here!
