This is the third time Fanchi Bros has taken care of my family's vehicles and without doubt, their overall services delivery is top notch. I was referred to Franchi by a friend about a year and half ago and I am exceptionally happy to work with them. In my personal experience, Rose and Amanda epitomize what true customer service personel is all about........ warmth, courtesy, respect, anticipatory, efficiency, professionalism. There is no other place I go.

I have visited Franchi brothers twice for my car damages. The staffs there are very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate. The technician also did great job to fix my cars in a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend Franchi brothers if you unfortunately had any car damages.

Got a dent in my quarter panel and went to Franchi s to fix it. They got the insurance company to cover all the repairs using OEM parts instead of junkyard scraps! Over the course of a month I called in weekly and they gave me progress updates about the car and thhe process with the insurance company. When I got the car it looked better than when I bought it. Been driving it for a week and you would never have known it went in for repair. Would highly recommend them if you re looking for a body shop.

The boys in Frenchie Brothers and the office did excellent work on my 2015 Toyota Camry hybrid I will highly recommend them. They keep their office and shop clean. And they treat their customers like family. Well, unfortunately i have had to use their services more than once ( some my doing and some not) .Always professional always impeccable for detail . Car is spotless inside and out. The finish on the body work is phenomenal. The Franchi Brothers are the real deal! Wouldn t go anywhere else. The men that work there are a little easy on the eyes ..just sayin!!

They were awesome our brand new car was hit by a deer. They very efficient and quick. They found more damage and dealt with the insurance company. Our car still looks brand new.

I just had my truck fixed from being in an accident.Alex did a wonderful job fixing it.They are very professional and keep you updated on the progress of the repairs. My door got side swiped and was unable to close door. They worked with my insurance company, took my car in right away and was fixed within a week. Kept me informed about my car status. They were the easiest part of a recent insurance claim. Had the parts on hand when vehicle dropped off, was ready for pickup the same day! Vehicle was even washed inside and out, which was a nice surprise!

Unbelievable experience from the first call to the delivery. Our Toyota sienna with the pearl finish has a better matching bumper now than before the accident. Friendly, smiling, service and phenomenal repair and paint job, looking at it in the direct sun you d think it was direct off the show room floor. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the service I received. It was nice to get my car back after the repairs! The car looks great, drives just as well as before the accident I was in, and the interior was clean when I picked it up. It smelled nice and felt nice and I could tell that the work done on it was excellent. They guarantee the work they do and worked well with my insurance company to receive additional payment which made my life much easier.What I will say is that I never really got any updates about my car. I had to call. Which is not in and of itself a bad thing. But I didn t expect the work to take a month and wouldn t have known it was due to issues sourcing parts unless I called. I was also told a few times my car would be ready on x day, only to find out it wasn t due to another parts issue. I totally understand why and know that obtaining parts from Honda during a manufacturing shortage is what it is, I just wish I could have gotten a bit more up-front and clear communication about it.Even so, it isn t anyone s fault why everything happened. It just would have helped to have some outreach directly. This is the first time I ve been in an accident, so this is also my first time dealing with extensive work on a car.

An excellent experience with Franchi Bros. Nick met with me to help sort out what the options were for the repair, along with the costs, since this wasn't an insurance claim. We settled on the scope and the costs, which I thought were very reasonable. They replaced a bumper cover and all the broken piece parts behind it, and fixed a door as well. Communications were excellent. When needed parts were delayed for a couple days by their supplier, I received a call in advance to let me know, and when I did bring the car over, they were able to get right to work on it. I was without my car for only a couple days (I was expecting 3 or 4). Hats off to Franchi Bros (and sons!) - great service! Hope I don't need them too much, but will know where to go if I do.Service: Body & Trim

A deer hit us while 100 miles from home. Called local car dealership and they suggested we try Franchi Bros. Impressed they had been in business since the 1930s even before I was born! Great decision. Alex was polite, friendly and professional. Had never had such extensive an accident and really didn t know what to expect. He said just leave the car with us and we ll take car of everything and deal with your insurance company. That s exactly what they did. I never had to speak my insurance carrier. Again. I was kept apprised if the progress and our son picked it up yesterday. He said it looks brand new but we can t get up there to pick it up for another week. Alex even said I could leave it with them OR he offered to drive it down to the Cape for us!! That s service. Very, very pleased.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Electrical, Welding
