I am from Cape Cod and I got into a bad accident and needed bodywork on the Cape. It was a three month waiting list just to get an appointment. Gerry, the service advisor was able to get my work done in a little under three weeks. The car looks brand new. It looks better than it did before I got into the car accident. Gerry was very professional, and always kept me up-to-date on all the time frames. He even went the extra mile to clean and detail my car. Just to let you know it's a 3 Hour Drive just to get to Worcester. It was well worth the three extra hours in being without a car for three weeks. Extremely fair, honest and caring guys here at Extreme. My car broke down and I needed to tow it somewhere immediately. They told me to bring it right in. They were great at communicating with me and ultimately told me it was my tires. They didn t have my tires on hand but also didn t charge me to look at the car and told me they just wanted to be safe. WILL be taking my car here in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From the moment I made the first phone call up until picking up my vehicle they have been kind, courteous and more than happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. On a scale of 1/10 I would give this place a 15. I felt extremely comfortable and they kept me up to date with my vehicle. There service was fast and reliable. Upon pick up of my vehicle; I was happier then I have ever been. I will remember: The excellent, courteous, respectful and professional customer service. They didn't hesitate to go the extra mile for me as their customer. All staff, is very professional, welcoming, respectful and knowledgeable. The paint job on my car is simply outstanding! It looks even better than when I first bought it. I highly recommend this place. Just picked up my SUV today and it was such a relief to find it looking like new. Amazing customer service, great response time, quick turn around, and most importantly, flawless work with attention to detail. You would never know that my whole passenger side was badly damaged. The mechanics there were friendly and I got a reasonable quote for my car damages and paint. It only took them little over a week and my car looks brand new, polished and professional paint, not the cheap stuff. This is the best mechanic shop here in Worcester and I say this based on many experiences I had with bad mechanics around the area. I have an old car which may bring many issues but this mechanic has taken care of all of them. I went there to only check a sensor problem and they went beyond that and told me everything that I needed to fix to my car. Besides that they have a great customer service and are always willing to answer any questions you have concerning you vehicle which I loved. Also, prices are always reasonable and was about half of what two other places quoted. Definitely recommended 100%!

I highly recommend extreme auto body shop to anyone in need of any repairs. At extreme auto shop, the staff always takes care of ALL my car issues the moment anything fails. They re efficient, as well as dedicated to assisting you as fast and as economically possible. I always come here for any type of service and if they cannot provide you with the type of service you need, they always have someone they can refer to you!

Can't believe meineki tech forgot to tight one nut of the tire during last service of my car. But, it's true they put my life on risk. My car was making abnormal noise and I visited to the extreme auto, they found one tire was shaking and nut was loosen. They fixed it free of the cost. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend to extreme auto for any kind of the auto work.

Recently had a rear side door replaced for my Rav4 but they work actually whole body. My Rav4 looks like new car now. I couldn't be more pleased with service. They did a great job with affordable price. Angel is very friendly, I recommend this place for car body shopping.

I absolutely recommend Angel and his staf . I've used him twice now and each time.he has been incredibly supportive of my needs. He fought with the insurance company for me to get my car repaired correctly. His sister called me regularly to keep me update . There is no better body shop in Worcester.

Brought my car to Angel for the second time. Every time I've gone to him he always gets the work done with more than reasonable prices and because of Angel I was able to keep my car when insurance refused to pay for the damages. Angel always goes above beyond to to help the client.

They did replaced my light bulbs both front and back an excellent job. Owner seem nice and respectful and made sure that I am satisfied driving away. Recommend to go there.
