Came here on a trip up from New York to see my father In law in the hospital, got a flat on the way to see him, I stopped here and they were able to plug my tire immediately, really appreciative of the quick service and nice staff. Thank you so much again for your help and wish I lived in the area to take all my vehicles here for service. Highly recommend.

My 2008 accord completely gave out on me, here I was thinking that it was hydro locked. Found this amazing place from AAA and figured it would give it a try.Took it in and every step of the way the owner frank gave me prices, options, and information on the situation from start to finish. Ended up having to get rid of the car and he was kind enough to take it off my hands with no hassle.Communication is the biggest issue I ve had with garages in the past but Frank made sure I knew just what I would be paying before anything was done and if anything changed or anything was found I was told over the phone and given suggestions and advice then entire way through.The most pleasant experience at a garage I ve had so far and I ll be happily coming back!

Let me start off by saying these are the most knowledgeable and honest Auto Repair people I have ever dealt with. I transport pets and my car broke down in Worcester. They got my car fixed and back on the road within a couple of hours . I live 3000 miles away from here so it would have been very easy for them to take advantage of me, but they are good honest people and I really appreciate that thank you so much

Brought in to see why heat wasn't working kept car for 3 days charged me 150$ said it had all these issues all it needed was anti freeze and coolant acted like he really cared and was helping me all he did was take advantage of a 60 yr old women on disability your lucky I'm not calling you out by name owner

They did an amazing job with my car . They waited and were so patient and kind to me while i got together the money for the bill. The owner is such a pleasant man; super helpful, friendly, respectful & all around just a great guy. He made this whole process for me go so smoothly & made me feel like my car was in the right hands ... which it was ! Oh & also the day my car broke down they helped me with a ride home too . I was running tight on money and really had no one able since i was new resident to not only the city of worcester but also to the state , but i didnt even need to explain any of that without them gladly offering me a ride first. My car is running so smoothly now ! I think its running better now than it was when i first bought it ! I dont think i couldve gone to a better business for services . seriously reccomend this place ! Thanks for everything

One of the best auto repair places I've ever dealt with.1. A friendly helpful person always answered the phone.2. They were fair on price.3. They were persistent with a very difficult to diagnose engine problem.I would go there again in a minute and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

This was my first time using East Side Auto and it is safe to say they now have a life-long customer. I cannot say enough about how stress-free and seamless my whole experience was. Frank went above and beyond to accommodate my rental car, talk through insurance, and continuously kept me updated with transparency and sincerity. He even made additional repairs to my vehicle outside of my insurance appraisal. His generosity and precision is unlike any other car place/experience I ve had. 10/10 would recommend East Side. Thank you, Frank!!

Took great care of my car! They were able to squeeze me in last minute for a brake job, and didn't try to upsell me anything. Frank was wicked kind and called to update me on the car, and made sure that the job was done. If you're in need of auto repairs, I highly recommend this shop :)

I've worked with more auto shops for my own vehicles and for vehicles at work than I can count over the past decade some great some not so great, but no shop stands out as being as phenomenal as East Side Napa Auto in Worcester MA. The physical services provided in conjunction with their customer service is nothing less than exceptional and one of a kind. Frank, Luke, and James are all beyond helpful, courteous, and kind along with every one of their employees I have interacted with. I'm confident without a doubt that the crew at East Side always does right by the customer to the absolute best of their ability in guiding and providing exactly the work necessary for the best care on anyone's vehicle, be it a small car or heavy duty pickup truck. I would recommend East Side to any and every person looking for top notch car care whether near or far it is worth the drive for such reliable service.

I couldn't be more pleased with Frank the owner and the guys of East Auto. They did not sell me anything I didn't need and were so polite from start to finish. They even gave me a ride to my house and picked me up when the work was finished at no charge. The work was completed in a timely fashion with no surprises. I'm so happy I found a mechanic I can trust. You can feel safe working with East Auto, a buisness of integrity. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone concerned about quality work and saving money. Which Frank took care of me the whole way. Thanks again!!!

This was my first time using East Side Auto my truck was towed there because AAA advised me that they are good with the prices. Taking their word for it I went along with it. Monday came and I received my call about my vehicle. I ll say this if you don t know you re way around a car or truck this place will absolutely rip you off. My shifter was stuck in park and would not catch gears. They let me know that it would be north of $300 for the charge due to 3 hours+ of labor. I knew it wasn t that much from the start but to confirm I went to my mechanic and he laughed when I told him what they were charging. This place is a high end rip off and they will scam you at any opportunity they get!!!

Highly recommend this place for quick tire patches. I had a slow leak on one tire. They inspected it, found a nail and fixed it less than 15 minutes. Only cost me less than $30. I had gone to monro auto care right before that and they said my tire was not fixable (could not show me where the nail was), quoted me for brand new tires (I have an AWD) because they didnt have the same brand to replace just one tire.

Not sure why these other 1-Star reviews are even here and something tells me they are fake because this has not been my experience with Eastside Napa at all. This is a good auto repair shop who can fix just about anything on a vehicle with fair prices and excellent customer service. The guys in the office are knowledgeable and explain the work being done on the car and price it fair. I'd recommend them if you're looking for a mechanic in Worcester.

Got my car dropped off by AAA on Saturday and I came in Monday, they had all my information all set and got to work on my car. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and best of all, clean during this pandemic. If you re in Worcester and need help with your car, go here.

They were incredibly helpful. My car broke down and I sent it to them last minute and they fixed it very quickly. They also solved a problem that I had been having with my car that other garages couldn't figure out.

Love this team here so much. Very helpful. Efficient. Helped me replace my shark-fin antennae with minimal hassle when I was struggling to find an affordable way to get it fixed.

One of the best auto center I ever been too. Staff is so nice and very honest and helpful. Very quick to get the job done. I don t plan on going anywhere else but there for car maintenances highly recommend this place.

Failed me for safety over a headlight and rear tail light asked me if I wanted to pay 30$ to fix and said no I ll go take care of it myself and come back and get a new sticker, went back refused to give me the new sticker, Well ended up costing me $1000+ Over their refusal. Will be seeing them in small claims.

They issued an invoice for the replacement of the brake system, and as it turned out, the brake system was in perfect condition!

I am so glad I found this place! Frank took all my worries away about my car and took care of me like a family member. Very helpful for students and so accommodating! Never had better service anywhere else.

These guys ripped me off $700 and never fixed my car. The owner wanted to buy the car for cheap so he could fix and sell or something!Don't take your car there.. these are big time ripper
