The repairs to my car were great. After receiving my car back I noticed a bunch of my personal items were missing/stolen. The owner did replace the things I noticed right away. I work hard to create a space for me to enjoy just to have it destroyed by selfish people/person. If you do go here remove your personal items.

Amazing service. They were very helpful while trying to figure out what the best route was for me, if insurance or to pay out of pocket. They kept me informed at all times and got the job done in a timely manner!

I was recently in a accident and during the process of choosing a collision shop decided to go with Diamond. I had constant updates and even phones calls to check on my cars repairs and address any concerns. I appreciate the customer service and dedication the shop gives. The honest concern for my car to be perfect and safe to drive really mattered to me. I got to read the article inside the office about the owner, hear how he is with his team, and how much of a genuine guy he is in his overall life made me even more grateful to have my car in his shop. Diamond Collision Center is the best place for auto body work. Team is excellent and work is absolutely unmatched. Car was restored as if the accident never happened. Received regular updates as the work was being done on the vehicle. A rental car was arranged by the office so no inconvenience in dropping and picking up the vehicle. All insurance paper work was handled by Diamond. A special thanks to Lais, the team who worked on my car and the owner Juan Tolomio for excellent service and job well done.Service: Body & Trim

Where very informative about what was going on with my vehicle. They made sure to stay in contact with my insurance and took care of all the repairs in a timely fashion. Everyday, I would receive an update of my complicated situation (the other insurance making the process difficult) and took care of my case with grace. When my car was returned to me, it was washed, interior & exterior and drove great! Had no issues with the repairs and where flexible on when to pick up my vehicle. I recently had my vehicle repaired at Diamond Collision due to a fender bender that caused cosmetic damages to my new Toyota Highlander. Overall, the repairs and customer service well exceeded my expectations! The Manager Tanara went above and beyond to keep me updated every step of the way as well as completed repairs very timely! My nice new car got sideswiped in Boston before I even had a chance to make a first payment on it. The diamond collision shop was courteous helpful and friendly as soon as they picked up the phone when I called. They quickly fixed the damages to my vehicle and were even so kind as to give me a ride to the rental place. Will definitely be bringing any other body shop work their way. Did an amazing job to completely repair my car after an accident. Always keeping me updated about the car and what pieces they were waiting for. Great in person and over the phone friendliness. Just picked up my car yesterday and it was spotless head to toe. Felt like I just bought a new car again. Everything about their business is perfect. Highly recommended! Best Customer Service around!!! The General Manager Tanara took care of everything!!! If anything every happen to my car again She would be the first one to call. They did an incredible job fixing my car!! They had great communication and she dealt with the insurance company. All I had to do is drop my car off. I would definitely recommend Diamond Collison to anyone. They were awesome!!

After a stressful accident they made us feel at ease by dealing with the other insurance for us and also with the rental car. When all was done, we picked up our car to find it better than expected. The work was perfect and they even found damage we could not see which they repaired. Can't be happier and would recommend them to anyone. They were professional and so very helpful. Excellent service and a polite staff. We had heard about Diamond Collision from a good friend and decided to use them after one of our cars was backed into by a truck.After contacting them the office manager arranged for substitute transportation for us quickly.Parts for our car were difficult to find but their dilegence paid off and aquired them.The staff in the shop got to work once the parts arrived and did an outstanding job repairing the damage. We got the car back looking like new.I would highly recommend Diamond Collision not only for the professional job they did repairing the vehicle but also the polite and attentive way they handled the entire process.

I knew after reading a recent news article on the shop, that I wanted to do business with these people. They did not disappoint. The work was exemplary, the service very personable and of course the shuttle service they insisted on providing during the latest heat wave was much appreciated. Very competitive price! Workmanship was outstanding and the paint color matches beautifully! The truck was ready 1 day before it was promised and everything went smoothly! Can t ask for much more, very pleased and will refer others here!Ok so just referred a friend that got sideswiped and needed repairs!! The job was was done on time and he is totally happy with the price and repairs that were made, paint job is flawless and even fixed a few unrelated blemishes !!!! 2 for 2!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
