Did my MA state inspection. Charlie is very thorough and very fast. The entire inspection took less than 10 minutes..$35 cash. Credit cards pay more...

I have been going to Charlie s for the last 4 years. He is very professional and thorough. Inspection takes about 10 minutes. Recommended.

TERRIBLE customer service. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went here on 11/7/23 for an inspection sticker, my car had no issues and no lights on. As I was leaving and driving down the street all of a sudden the check engine light comes on. So I return the following morning and explain what happened and ask that they run the code to figure out what they did during the inspection to result in this indicator light coming on. The response I got was rude and unacceptable. If your check engine light is on you take it to a repair shop, that s not my problem and you re lucky it wasn t on during the inspection or I would have failed you . Would not listen long enough to comprehend the light only came on DIRECTLY following them doing the inspection and was not on previously. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Don t waste time with these idiots. Took my car to be inspected. It s completely stock and not loud when driving it. The guy here got in it and started revving the car. Then he gets out and tells me it s to loud. Of course it s going to be loud if you put the pedal to the floor. Thanks for wasting my time, I hope you had fun treating my car like a toy.

My brake pads and rotors reached the end of their life cycle quite suddenly, in the middle of a cross-state drive. These folks managed to get my car fixed within the span of 2.5 hours from 4pm to 6:30pm without a prior appointment! It was such a relief to not have to leave the car overnight and figure out alternate transportation. I may have just gotten lucky but I was impressed nonetheless. Charlie is great. He s honest and has great communication. He did my state inspection for both my cars in a timely manner, has a great price for oil change, and has great knowledgeable guys working for him. I highly recommend his business. He prices are better than any auto shop in Worcester. Got me in immediately for a slow tire leak, fixed it on the spot and charged a very reasonable fee. Awesome experience. Also have gotten two state inspections here with equally good service.

Charlie's is pretty good, however, almost every time I'm there he opens the garage late, very inconvenient for those like me needed to get done something quickly before getting to work

Fast. Cramped parking lot. It is what it is. Service charge of a couple bucks if you use card. Use cash if you can.
