I bought my car from Phi, and have been servicing it at Chandler Auto Body ever since. I've known them for 3 years now, and the prices are great and I can blindly trust the quotes and diagnostics that they provide. Phi has always been very responsive to my texts about any repairs, and he's always been spot on about all the diagnostics! I would highly recommend this shop and I've forged this nice bond with them and hope to continue it going forward!

I was in a rush to get an alignment on my SUV same-day. I stopped by here and the gentleman said he could do an alignment later in the afternoon. When I came back, he got my vehicle in and done in an hour. Their shop is surprisingly clean and the two gentleman running the place are friendly and professional. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs their services.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I am so glad I chose Chandler Auto Body for their services. They were so kind, patient and accommodating. Someone hit the back of my car and the entire trunk had to be replaced. Phie was so responsive, quick and very very fair/reasonable. He also took care of two of my friends cars within the same week as well. After he and his dad did their magic, my car looked better than when I first got it! I could not be more happier with the results and my experience with Phie. I highly highly recommend :)

I originally brought my Volvo there for an alignment. There are not too many places convenient to downtown Worcester where my office is that can do it. Brought it in in the morning and picked up that night. While there he noticed brakes were wearing thin thought it might need pads rotors and calipers. Luckily it just needed pads and rotors when I brought it back. Very clean garage and very honest service. Pleasure to deal with.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Best honest auto shop in worcester, just like his father Phie is very good mechanic and most importantly honest. I went there today and Phie was so polite and gave me honest diagnosis about my car problem. They charge reasonable price. Highly recommend. Chandler delivers top-notch service in an affordable way. They did a great job replacing the front and back bumper of my Honda Civic, made it look almost brand new. Very much appreciate the work and their recommendations

Here's why I give this shop a 5:1) Great communications - will text, email etc and let you know what's going on with your car2) On time - down to the minute!3) Friendly and knowledgeable. Phi really knows his stuff and thinks about solutions to problems rather than just reading from some manual.4) Shop floor you could eat off. Really clean and neat.5) Competitively priced. I shopped the service I got. Chandler was at least 20% less then anyone else.I highly recommend these guys, for BMW service. You won't be going back to the 'stealer'.

Car blew a tire, tow truck technician couldn't get one of the lugs off. technician took the initiative to tow me to their shop to get better tooling to help me, all without any extra chargeThey went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend them

I was the unfortunate recipient of a parking lot hit & run with my Lexus SUV. A co-worker had a some body work done here so I thought I'd give Chandler as shot for their work looked very good. I picked up my Lexus this morning and, needless to say, Chandler Auto Body did a spectacular job! It was on time, on budget, looked spectacular and a PERFECT paint match ( I have a unique silver color that is extremely hard to match). If you need body work, auto repair work or custom work, ask for Liem Lam!

I really recommend this mechanic shop anywhere in worcester no doubt hands down they know how to tune up car and fix any impossible accidents on vehicle my friend got into car crash they fixed it looked like new car like nothing happened to it
