Peter, terrific and timely job on the front and rear end bumper repairs to our Nissan Rogue. The price was below other estimates that we had received. The work was completed in the time frame estimated and the vehicle looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. You and your team are professional, courteous, and attentive, and I would not hesitate to return for further work should the need arise.

I totally loved the work Bobby did on my car, you could never see that the left side front end ever got any damage. Thank you Peter , Bobby and everyone at Carsmetics, your work is much appreciated.I have shared a few before and after photos as proof of their excellent work.

I took my car in for repair of a dented rear fender. Peter looked at it right away, gave me a very fair quote so I made an appointment to take the car in. He explained what could be done, levels of repair and what would be the best option for longevity of the car. Workmanship was excellent, I got the car back cleaner than I dropped it off, guys were very professional and personable. I highly recommend them and will use them next time I need a repair.

I cannot tell you how wonderful these guys are! My daughter had a pretty bad wreck and really messed up her new car... I am far far away in Tennessee, but I spoke to Peter and he handled everything and took such good care of her and made the car look even better than it did before at such a reasonable price. I hope we don't need them again but if we need body work for a car this is where we will go!!

Carsmetics did an admirable job with my repair. In all ways that matter: timeliness, price, friendliness, and communication, Carsmetics excelled. The end price was actually 50% lower than the quoted price. Done on time. Done right. Thank you Peter, Barry, and the team at Carsmetics!

I brought my car in on a Friday and they were able to get it back to me before work on Monday! (Both bumpers needed to be reattached) Peter was very accommodating and I would definitely go back for any further work.

Carsmetics made my car look like brand new! Customer Service was fantastic too! The insurance tried to pay the for the absolute minimum but Peter went to bat for me, insisting they cover all costs to get my car back to its original condition. He kept me in the loop in regards to the schedule - we all know Covid/Post covid there is often a shortage or delay on parts - he would let me know if something was delayed for whatever reason. Highly recommend them and will go back if ever need to.

After being rear ended in a hit and run, knowing the great work that Peter and his crew does at Worcester Carsmetics, I knew there would be no question where I would get my car repaired. After all was said and done, they did another fantastic job. Peter addressed any additional concerns I had, answered all my questions, and made this such a smooth process while working with the at-fault driver's insurance company who made this process much longer. Scam artists do not bring your car here. We brought our car October 4th, it is now almost Christmas and they're claiming our car is not done. It was supposed to be done November 17th, then December 9th. I have my daughter's birthday party tomorrow, I'm supposed to be getting the cake and doing the party and going over to her mother-in-law's for dinner, and this POS has the nerve to keep texting us and saying it's not ready, it's not ready, it's not ready they've had it since October they've done nothing! I want my car out of there I believe I know the law is I can take my car to anywhere, I just have to get it towed out of there but of course now they're closed. He told my boyfriend he had a great deal for him was going to give him a special deal on tires and everything we called Town Fair tire was the same exact price, So he was just going to send it to Town Fair tire and charge Jeff the price that he was charged. He's a liar his name is Pete do not bring your car to this man, because he is a scam artist, does not know what he's doing charging $14,000 but didn't total the car He's a scam artist.

2019: Carsmetics did a wonderful job on my Scion tC. Between the replacement panels, paint job, and rim work they did, everything looks brand new and flawless. Customer service was awesome. They accommodated me when I had to go away and were able to get the vehicle done in time for me to complete my registration and inspection before my trip. They made everything so easy. This was a Geico preferred shop. I am so glad I went with these guys.Review written on June 6, 2020:This was my second time going to Carsmetics in Worcester. They did such a good job the last time that I wanted to give them my business again. Peter the owner is someone I really trust. He's honest, fair, and very reasonable with his prices. I had my front bumper replaced, some side rocker work done, and a bend in the edge of my driver side door that looked awful. I didn't post the side rocker photo because I was just missing some clips so nothing really to show. I posted the front bumper and driver side door you can check out. They did an amazing job. Looks pristine. I highly recommend this place. I really can't say enough good things. Thank you everyone at Carsmetics!

My car got hit on the side and damaged two of my doors, service was fast friendly and worth the price. Even a small detail of washing my car was a great touch. My jeep looks brand new. Thank you Peter and his staff! Covid times are not easy on these kinds of businesses.

They have had my daughter s car since Oct. 4th. They are ripping her off. It s an insurance repair and they are saying she owes money. Don t go there. Ever. They are crooks

Great experience! Bumper repair - one side fell off and need to be bolted back into place. I showed up as a walk-in and one of the mechanics interrupted his lunch break to fix it. It took no more than 5mins and my bumper is back to looking brand new. All the workers there are super helpful and welcoming.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had an accident with my brand new vehicle with less the 1,000 miles 2 yrs ago, It took over 2 months to get my car back, they told me they would reimburse me for the extra I had to pay for rental, it never happened, I went there many times, Peter always had an excuse. Now, 2 years later, I had another fender bender to find out that my bumper is all glued in internally, they did not change the clips but fixed and reused the broken parts they charged as new to my insurance company. This was a 20k Job and I got silicone instead of new clips, I dont even know what else the scammed my insurance comp of it. I will most definitely look into filing a complain with BBB.

Rust repair.Strung me along for two months. Took my car in twice and never did any work. Peter was rude and very inept in communication. Went to MCFEES they did a Great job in 3 days and saved me an amazing $1156!! If I could I d give a zero rating

They did a fantastic job fixing my car after getting into an accident and hitting a guardrail. I don t think my car has ever looked so clean! Everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and they communicated the status of my repairs well. I would definitely recommend them!

My sister got into an accident and had her car towed here. 2 weeks later nothing. Another 2 weeks nothing. I called saying when is the car going to be done since it's been there for a month already he said this afternoon on Saturday. So we went Saturday afternoon to pick up the car and apparently they ordered the wrong parts and we would have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts.. needless to say 2 months without a car. We spoke with the boss and he was apologetic. But straight up lied about when the vehicle would be ready but did nothing to help my sister situation. She didn't have rental and I asked if he could give her a complimentary car since he said it would be done that weekend and it's now taking 2 more weeks, but no. He didn't help at all. So if you have 2 months to waste this is the place for you otherwise go to Sunnyside ford in holden!!! Hands down no brainer!

I have had my cars fixed at Carsmetics 3 times since 2017.1) Back in 2017, my car was t-boned while I was parked on the side of a street by someone backing out. It had damaged the door badly, and the Liberty Mutual guys recommended Carsmetics to me. I went there, they took in my car and fixed it very properly. The only issue I had back then was that they took about a month to get everything done. I had a rental, so it wasn't an issue for me, but apart from that they did a fantastic job matching the colors, making sure the door was aligned properly, etc. I was very happy with their work.2) Then in June this year, I had a deer accident which ruined the front right side of my car. My car was due for inspection at the end of the month, and I went back to Carsmetics (this time with GEICO). Not only did they do an absolutely phenomenal job on fixing the car, they also did it in a week which was not what I expected given my experience the first time. Overall, the service was exceptional, both from the GEICO staff and the Carsmetics staff.3) As luck would have it, I scraped the side of my car badly at the bottom while trying to park into a spot (not proud of it) in September of this year, and I took it to them. I did not want to go through my insurance this time, and I asked Peter (the manager of the place) if he could give me a decent price. I still believe it was more expensive than other body shops, but given my previous experience with Carsmetics, I asked them to get it done. They finished it again within a week and delivered the car on the promised date which made me very happy again.So, overall ... except for the first time, when they delayed delivery by about 2 weeks, my subsequent experiences have all been very good and I would highly recommend Carsmetics for all body shop related work. They are very personable (Peter especially), and they do a very good job.

I walked in and Peter gave me a quote on the spot, including a couple areas I wasn t sure if I could address right away. Overall, probably a very small job for them. We scheduled a drop off a couple weeks out. My car was done on time and according to the initial quote. As a bonus, they returned the car clean and vacuumed.Easy, quick process.Service: Body & Trim

Waited a few weeks to see how my car held up after repairs. This place is awesome. Received my car in almost new condition. Peter is a wonderful man to work with. The most respectful person I ve had to deal with. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, no matter the vehicle. He s a good man, with a good crew.

Got in a fender bender about 3 weeks ago, I chose Carsmetics because it is right down the street. (Rear-ended).When I called them, they were very professional and I even met the General Manager on arrival. They assured me they would take care of everything including the rental. They gave me a drop off day, and when I got there the rental place was ready to pick me up and I got my rental seamlessly.They took about a week to replace the bumper, which has backup sensors so I think a week is very reasonable.I picked up my car, and the inside and out was washed and detailed.Thank you again everyone on the Carsmetics team!

I recently was rear ended. Carsmetics was the recommended auto body, super quick to get my car in and easy to coordinate rental car. When I picked up my car, I was speechless at how clean and shiny it was, better than any detail job I ve ever had! I was skeptical to use Carsmetics because of their reviews. I have geico as an insurer and had planned to just get the inspection done at Carsmetics and take my business elsewhere. That being said, because geico is my carrier, it was hard to pass up the convenience of Carsmetics being an ARX shop that would handle everything.The entire process was very efficient. Between pick up and drop off I spent 10 min on each end, most of which I was reviewing the repairs with the owner. They sent update texts to me throughout the process and handled everything with the insurance company.My car was hit while parked and had a damaged fender and door. They repaired the door and replaced the fender. Pick up to drop off was 5 days, that seemed reasonably quick to me. The repair job is good, the panel gaps are good, everything is secure, and smooth.The only short coming of the repair was the paint work. I would say things look very good from 2 feet and back, but up close there is some swirling, not sure if this was an error during the painting or buffing. That being said, it is a Mazda 3, not a show car, so I don't really care.I would come here again, but for extensive paint work, or a nicer car, you may want to head elsewhere. I think there bread and butter is quick turn around on commuter cars.It seems like their negative reviews may be older, I believe they have taken in customer feedback about communication and quality of work, and improved.As a bonus, they did detail my interior. And it was pretty gross. Pretty sure they put air in my tires too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pete, the manager did a good job trying to make me happy. Took care of two needed fixes after first inspection, adjusted front bumper to fall in line with the hood and the driver's side fender flare that was separated from the body. Needs to work on wiping down the inside of the cars... left a residue like a dirty rag was used to wipe everything down.

This has got to be the worst repair shop I have ever been to. I was quoted a two week repair time, they kept my vehicle for more than a month without even touching it. I was told multiple times that I would receive a call back and never heard back from anyone. I will never ever bring any vehicle I own back to the shop. I thought they were part of Geico s express repair but there s nothing express about it. If I could give zero stars I would.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely best place to get your car fixed! They have helped me with two of my BMWs so far. Peter is simply amazing and incredibly helpful! Very professional, and top quality work. I ll highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality work.

Sorry to say this because Peter seems to be a decent guy, but the quality and timeframe of the work was subpar. Missed every hard completion time by days or weeks. I had to bring the car back multiple times for issues as obvious as paint drips, large damaged areas not repaired and misaligned panels which were returned 3 times and still not repaired correctly. Panels which should be clipped together were glued together and still way out of alignment. Geico has contracts with these chains and because they underpay, the shop ends up cutting corners to make a profit. Sorry Pete.Service: Body & Trim
