Paul and the whole team at Belsito Auto center are some of the most trustworthy and reliable mechanics I have encountered. They have been doing service on my BMW and Mazda for the past 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Take your car here if your looking for a good reliable auto shop.

I love Belsitos. I have used them for inspections and repairs for years. They are very quick and do a fantastic job. Customer service is great. They are very professional and kind. Highly recommend using them for any Automotive needs.

The company I work for uses them all the time. I had my truck stolen and recovered with significant damages. After paying already 2400 out of pocket for repairs my truck still was not safe to drive. They picked my truck up and was so understanding and compassionate to my situation. They did a total comb through on my truck for the damages, kept me informed, and had very reasonable Pricing. Thank you Paul and Belsito Crew for all your help in such a devastating and difficult time.

This garage is what a repair facility should be. Experienced mechanics giving honest appraisals of work that needs to be done at a fair price and doing that work quickly. I've been here a few times with an older Jeep Wrangler and I am always amazed and grateful at how quickly the work is done and how inexpensive it is. You can't go wrong with the folks at Belsito.

I have been coming here for a few years now. I recently went for an oil change. A mistake was made when my oil change was done but I quickly called and they responded and resolved the issue immediately. I was so taken aback with the owners response. I will definitely still be a faithful customer to Belsito s.

Great convenient location. Able to take my car in quickly for a once over. Staff friendly & knowledgeable. The waiting area is huge, and it even has a pool table. Many books to read while you wait, which I did not expect but was pleasantly surprised.

Had a screw in my tire. Called this am went in got it quickly repaired no long waiting and very reasonable price. Curtious and pleasant employees. Paul even called me after the fact since I had sent an email on Sunday! Would definitely recommend!

I was in a bit of a stressful and desperate situation where the hood of my car wouldn't open. I had called several other mechanics in the area and was turned away because they were booked out for weeks.Bless these guys at Belsito. They had me show up the same day I called, and my hood was open and fixed within a half an hour. I can't thank them enough.

Rick was great. His work is high quality and he gets the job done fast. Most importantly he is trustworthy. He saved me money by properly diagnosing what was wrong with my vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

Having my Jeep inspected and a low beam headlight was out. They were able to fix this right away so it would pass inspection and I did not have to make an appointment to return for this fix. Exceptional work and service! Rick, the service manager and Paul are fantastic! Rick is very polite and efficient, kept me informed every step of the way so my whole experience with Belsito's was totally stress free. Five stars all around, a pleasure to deal with and their prices are great! I highly recommend to anyone, actually I would tell anyone don't go anywhere else besides Belsito's! I dropped my 07 Silverado off the night before for a rear end differential diagnostic. Rick(mgr) called to let me know that in fact is was not the diff. nor did I need new drum brakes but just new tires. With honest service like that is the reason I'm bringing my camry down to get serviced because I know I can trust these guys! Awesome service!

Rick was wicked helpful and took the truck in first thing in the morning. He kept me up to date with the rim swap as the job went on and made sure the tires were properly inflated and made sure the new rims were shined up for me when I got there.

I broke down on I395N at 7pm in my 2019 f250 super duty. By miracle their diesel mechanic Hunter happen to drive by and stopped to offer assistance. With in 45 minutes they had a wrecker on scene and loaded up. I had to have my system flushed and filters changed due to water in fuel system. They did all this after hours and were absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere and just great people. I only paid 800 for the whole bill. Could have been upwards of 3500.Thanks Belsito for the outstanding service.

I have been using Belsito for all of my mechanical work for the last 3 years. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, service, and honesty. They have told me when work was not needed, saving me money, and when work was required they fit me in (my schedule is quite a challenge as I am on the road several days a week) do the work at a reasonable price and treat me always in a friendly and courteous manner. They keep records of upcoming work needed (such as when an oil change or warranty checkup is due) and email me. The new email notification system is fabulous as it's an easy way to keep up to date on what needs to be done. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.Service: Body & Trim

2018: I had a good experience here, did quick work and fixed the problem. The test drive fee was a little steep and didn't warn me of such a high cost for a short test drive to diagnose but aside from that added cost it was great. I would recommend this place if you know the issue.Updated 5/2020:I have continued to use them as they are great with returning customers. They give you honest answers and have great hours. It can be tough to find a reliable mechanic, but I will use them and highly recommend you check them out.

We were pulling our travel trailer home from a 4 day get away in New Hampshire it was Tuesday night a ma in a utility van flags and points to the rear of out vehicle/camper he then does it again. We pull over and discover we have a blown whelk baring on the trailer. We call Belsitos and the dispatcher says the garage is not far off the height way if we get it to the garage call in the morning they will take care of us. We park it as instructed and head home 90 minutes away after removing all the items in the fridge and freezer. Call back first thing in the morning with all our contact info and was told I would receive a call back. I call at 1 pm I haven t heard any thing . A man answers and tells me no way are they fixing the baring and we need to find some to tow it out of there he is the manager and he doesn t know where to take it but they are not helping us. I find an tv place called timbucktu tv they were 12 minutes down the road , the Teds towing was very kind to us and helped us get it to the location 200 undEr the estimated cost. I called Belsito back and an office manager answers. She was shocked to hear how the person spoke to me and she said he is not the manager. She said we could leave the camper ther no problem until we get it towed. She is the reason we are giving any stars at all. Not good people here no compassion .

I can't give these guys a high enough rating! On Friday, 8/30/19 at about noon (the start of Labor Day weekend), on my way to moving a relative to a skilled nursing facility that was over two hours away, the brakes on his car, which I was driving, went (on a jam packed I-90). I carefully got off the next exit in search of a mechanic. The first place that I stopped at said they couldn't fit me in. When I asked if there was another auto shop nearby, they were nice enough to send me over to Belsito's. When I got over there, they couldn't have been nicer and more understanding, especially after explaining my predicament. Even though they too were booked for the day, they got the car on a lift to check it out. They called me over to show me not only how rusted the brake lines were and where the leaks were, but they also let me know that there was a power steering fluid leak as well. Because of the urgency of my situation, they got to work on the car (to the detriment of one of their other customers) and had me back on the road in two hours. I am forever grateful to Belsito Auto Center. They made what would have been a nightmare (to an already stressful day) into a bump in the road. If I didn't live in NJ, Belsito would be my new auto shop! Thanks again!!!

This place is amazing with the prices the service is top-of-the-line and they always will do anything to always make the customers feel welcome and always pleased with the services that they give so if you're looking for a place for they can work on your vehicle this is The place to go please give it a chance you won't be too disappointed

Such a great experience here! I got a flat tire and AAA recommended this shop to see if they could plug the tire. I called and within 15 minutes my tire was fixed. So thankful they could squeeze me in so quick. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Thanks again guys!

Best mechanic shop I've ever brought a car to. Charged me less than originally quoted, offered to have my car ready next day if I needed it, didn't charge storage fees, completely transparent about everything and nice people to work with in general. I live over an hour away but would make the trip back.

Great Place... Prices are good!! Work is good!!! The people have always been nice to me. And honestly, You pay for what you get. If you want sh*ty service, go to another place and pay cheap for the cheap job. At the end of the day, people have to get paid as well. Anyone that's complaining about their prices are just upset because they had to pay. That's life!! Cars cost money as do the repairs on it. Prices are law regulated. I know that for a fact. and Carla is literally the nicest person I have ever spoke to. Anyways, to each his/her own. Can't please everyone, all the time!! I'd refer them to everyone and ANYONE..!!!!

Last week my 325i broke down on 290 on the deck overlooking downtown..not a good time. The car was towed to Belsitos, they were great all the staff I interfaced were very friendly. When I asked for the number for a taxi one of the employees offered to give me a ride to an appointment I had across town. This sets the bar pretty high for customer service!! I picked up my car today, very reasonable rates and my car is back rolling like new.

Involuntary tow. Refused to speak to owner of the car through the phone. My grandma crashed and the company took advantage of the situation and her illiteracy. The workers dirtied the inside of the car, left used gloves and materials inside the car. Super rude and inconsiderate of situation.
