Worst place in Worcester to take your car for body work and for mechanical work and dealing with the owner is even worser they lie about mechanical and body work .

These guys are great. Every time I go there I get first class service. And it's not just because they expect to get paid. They're just genuinely good people. I can't count how many times I've just stopped in to get help or ask a question and these guys go out of their way to help every time. They've been in the neighborhood forever and my family knows them well. It's where we go for inspections and it's where we've gone to buy cars. Beacon Auto Sales is second to none. Thanks guys

Great experience at this little dealership. Kevin answered all of our questions and guided us to a really great mid size SUV. He also registered the truck for us. Our truck was ready by noon the next day. I can't say enough about our experience. Nice relaxed place to shop for a used vehicle. And the selection was great too. Definitely give these guys a try. It'll be worth the ride there.

Didn't go there to purchase a new vehicle yet.I did meet the owner and he was honest and upfront. A very wide selection of used vehicles to choose from. Step vans, small dump trucks and your every day pick ups. As far as cars there's a very large selection. They offer financing and all that stuff. My son purchased a pick up from here and has been more than satisfied with it.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They lied about maintaince on vehicles and when I had a problem they made me go back several times and never did the work. They waited for the thirty days to be up so they wouldn't fix the car. I had to take the car somewhere else and spend$800 on things they should have fixed. The sales man can't fix good own teeth, don't think they will spend the money to fix the car they sold you. DON'T GO THERE!!!

We or members of our family have bought two cars here in the past two months. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were very good to us and made sure we got a great deal.

Like other reviewers I wish I could give zero stars. Went there with a friend who is looking for a car. The dealership was running some sort of sweepstakes, which was causing a great deal of confusion. Finally one of the salesman started screaming at the customers who who were complaining about the promotion. I didn't understand the sweepstakes but it seems to me they decided to run the promotion, if it is poorly executed then that is on the dealership. When my friend and I left after not being shown any cars, the dealer yelled at me "have fun walking home", which I guess, was supposed to be an insult. Odd though since I drove myself to and from the dealership with my own car. Sufficed to say my friend did not buy a car. I felt I needed a shower after stepping onto their lot, it was just a slimy experience.

Seriously the worst seller on earth. Selling broken cars and then dont want to pay for the repaircosts eventhough the warrant says it.threatened us aswell. Always promised us to call us when the car is fixed and never did that. Even 1 star is too high for this shady seller

Terrible service. Bought a car here. Transmition blew 2 weeks later. Has taken them almost a month to fix. Terrible communication from the owners. Who don't answer there phones or call you back. And always keep you waiting as long as possible to get any kind of response

I recently bought a car there, it was the worst business I could do, they promised me another key for the car, and now they told me they are not paying for that, because is too expensive, Kevin was the person that always attend me on Beacon Auto and now he told me that I bought the car in another dealer, Scammers, I wish I would give 0 stars

If I could put a lower rating I would a TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO TO FOR A CAR if you want the run around then this is just the place for it sold me a car with no airbags in it and illegal tints which I did not know until I was pulled over for it (they still passed my car for inspection by the way) told me they would fix all the other miner things like the shaking of the car when I go over 20 mph the rip in my seat the rims the everything lied about it all and when I text or call the owner like I said the same run around to were I then found out he either blocked my number or changed his number without mentioning to me STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE

These guys are lazy and you cant trust them. They sell broken cars and are closed before closingtime. Dont make the same mistake as me. DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!

worst place to even think about even looking for a car unless of course you want to buy a extra nice lemon the cars are junk and if u are that desprate spend the extra money and have a real garage check it out and stay as far away from the sales clown "mike"
