Stellar customer service, top notch! My truck looks AMAZING! After being rear-ended on the highway, I called Baker Automotive in Worcester. From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands choosing them to do my lengthy repairs. It seems my truck also had some serious inspection too, as he laid out the list of what he checked for me as well. This company is owned by a husband and wife, and she works long nights weekly at the shop making sure they have every detail of service met. They do! Right down to the air freshener hanging on the rearview. Over 30 years in business! I will refer everyone I know that is in need of a shop where the customer is valued to Baker.

These guys are the best! I had an insurance claim on my car and they helped me the whole way through, dealt with my insurance company for me I never had to make one phone call. My car looked BRAND NEW when I got it back. You'd never know I was in an accident. Thank you guys so much. They were great with my car and the quality my car came back ... it looked brand new. They make sure you are set and they work with you. It may take a little while but atleast you don't have to worry about anything when you get your car back the problem will be 100%fix. They really treat you like family. Chad & his team completely exceeded my expectations. They did such a phenomenal job restoring the outside of my car, it looks completely new! And they even detailed the inside of my car as a courtesy. I really appreciate businesses that go above and beyond. They do great work. Company vehicle was damaged, door was almost falling off and not only did they fix that, they put all the company logos back on!

I was a first time customer and I had such a positive experience. I work locally and they even gave me a ride to work after I dropped my car off to be serviced for a wheel bearing. By 3pm they were all finished with my car and they picked me back up so i wouldn't have to walk. Nobody does this! I was blown away by their kind and genuine service. Extremely fair prices, transparency and honesty. I'm sold. Chad and Danielle are the best. They take care of you.

I had gotten into an accident and I brought it to them to repair and they gave it back looking brand new!! They even fixed something for me that wasn t part of the accident free of charge and I can t even express how grateful I am for that!! I definitely would go back and highly recommend going there to others. Chad and Danielle are so sweet I can t thank them enough!!

This is a family owned/operated shop and I instantly felt like family when first recieving service there. I recently had work done there for the first time, I'm a person that doesn't like change but this place was recommended highly by a few friends and I ended up making the switch. Who doesn't want to receive great service, pay less and most of all the honesty. They gave me all those things.The owners are very involved with their customers and employees. Very professional. Everyone was happy and very polite and helpful. I am old school so customer service, trust and honesty are very important to me and I was amazed of the whole experience. They explained in detail what they did and they even went as far as teaching me what the parts do and their functions. I wish I knew of this place earlier, these days a lot of garages and mechanics are not trustworthy and just out to get you. This shop is not that type. Awesome experience and top notch customer service. The "Family feel" is the icing on top. I highly recommend this place and you'll see what I'm talking about. No complaints except that I didn't know about them earlier.

In 2018 I had this establishment do some Rust work on my car. They did an awesome job on my vehicle you couldn't even tell that it there had ever been rushed there. Not only the roof but the bottom around the entire space of my car was done excellently. Sorry it took so long for the review on my behalf. I would recommend this place to everyone because they are so friendly and they do such a professional job on everything. And the customer service is excellent they're very friendly and it's family-orientated business. Love Baker automotive definitely

I had a horrible accident just before the Holidays. I thought my car was totaled. Chad & his crew repaired my vehicle & it looks & runs better than before the accident. I couldn't be happier. If you need your car repaired Baker Automotive is the place to go. I've had vehicles fixed in the past & the work was always shoddy. All my parts were OEM & Chad is old school. He tells you how is it & doesn't try to sell you a story. I will always bring my vehicle to Baker automotive. WPD also brings there vehicles to baker Automotive. That says a lot. I have a family of police officers. I can't say enough about Chad & his crew of professionals. I took my Ford Ranger to Baker Automotive after an accident that left the right side of the truck severely damaged and the bed misaligned with the cab. They did an excellent job working with my insurance, keeping me informed, and getting it back together. I purchased the truck with only ~5,000 miles and it now looks better than the day I bought it. Their body work is top notch and exceeded my expectations.

Baker Automotive is always available to take care of my automotive needs in an affordable and timely manner. I recently had my spark plugs replaced and they were very communicative, friendly, and provided excellent service at a very good price. My truck got hit bad on the left rear quarter panel and everybody wanted to replace the entire panel which would've been very expensive. Chad was able to save me some money by repairing it and even went above and beyond my expectations and touched up other parts of my bed along with my running boards. I highly recommend them for quality work at a fair price.

I could't be happier, my 10 year old car with minor damaged was treated like all the late model high end cars it was surrounded. Chad and crew are professional, friendly and make sure you don't leave until you are absolutely satisfied. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Baker Automotive has fixed several of my vehicles and they always come out looking better than they did before the accidents! Chad is the best in the business! I'm writing a review because I'm so grateful for Bakers Automotive i met Chad and Danielle through a friend of mine and I feel blessed they took care of my truck like it was their own and every time I needed something they were there for me I can't say anything bad at all about them because they truly are amazing chad really cares about his work and goes out of his way to make sure that you have everything you need. His wife Danielle does too if you have any difficulty with your vehicle and you need auto body done I suggest you go to Bakers Automotive

I am a City Guy but new to Worcester, MA. I have lived in 4 major cities. I have been around the world a few times and I only mention these things because I am going to say a few things about Baker Automotive. Prior to arriving at Baker Automotive and meeting Chad and his wife Danielle I had been to 3 other body shops. I will leave them nameless out of respect but I want the reader to know that at each of the shops they attempted to financially mislead me. I was very disappointed and about to give up when I researched on the internet again and located Baker Automotive. I called and instead of a recording . . . Chad answered the phone. He was friendly, outgoing and above all positive about the idea of getting my vehicle back to the condition I wanted it to be in. I then went to Chad's business and there I met his wife Danielle. Both Chad and Danielle were pleasant, professional and friendly. We discussed in detail what I wanted to have done to mu vehicle. The pricing was more than fair and! Much! Much! better than the previous 3 shops had offered me. I left my vehicle and felt very confident that I had made the right choice. Well! In no time my vehicle was repaired and OHHHH MYYYYY GAAAWD! is it FABULOUS! Best Ever! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Have no fear! Bring your vehicle here!

HONESTY, HONESTY AND A LITTLE BIT MORE HONESTY!!! 22 years with Ford Motor Co. trust me when i say you would absolutely not believe what i have witnessed over 22 years as a parts representative for Ford Motor Co. Trust me when i say, even though you might think your getting original equipment parts most of the time your not. That's just extra profit in the pockets of the body shop's owner. Get paid $500 for factory parts and end up going aftermarket and paying $150 for the (nowhere near same quality) part. Seen it hundreds of times I have seen damaged parts, had the body shop order them from me and then 3 weeks later return them back. Well hhhhmmm i know the part was damaged and the insurance company paid for it but why am i recieving it back as a return?....that's right you got it, you got robbed and never knew it!! I brought my 2015 pickup to Chad with only 15k on it, by law the insurance company needs to write for factory parts due to the milage on the car or truck. Chad made it a point to show me markings on all parts to ensure me i was really getting what i paid for, you don't experience that anymore. Many shops know your not going to see anything behind the body, sad to say it happens everyday. Not at Baker Auto Body, trust me when i say you won't be disappointed!! Family owned honest people willing to help anyway possible.

At Bakers Auto I not only found a great repair and auto body shop where I felt 100% confident to refer my family and friends, but I also found new friends. The owners were so compassionate with my friends after they learned that thier house had burned down. They offered to replace the car key lost during the fire at no cost and gave a very generous hand to my friends family during this tragic event. A big Thank You to my friends at Bakers Auto!! You have touched our hearts!!

I love this family orientated place...they made you feel comfortable, explained and walk you through everything and there was no haggling over the prices because they had the best prices....After getting beat down by Sun & Sound Bakers Automotive picked me up nicely and my car is purrrring like a kitten again.........Thank you Chad & Danielle !!!
