Andrew and his crew did an amazing job on my fiancee's car. She had gotten rear-ended in her brand new Jetta. They were able to squeeze us in and have it fixed within a few days and at a reasonable price!

Andrew and his team are extremely talented in their respective crafts. They are experts at caring for their customer. As soon as you walk into the body shop, you know you are in the right place. I am overly pleased at the level of customer service that they provided me. They go beyond to make sure their customer is overly happy with the experience that they receive. My Volvo came back to me in in Showroom status. I will not go anywhere else for my Auto Body needs. Let me skip ahead to my story s moral: If you re aim is superior car care, astonishing customer service and remarkable value, see Andrew and his team at Auto Park Worcester! Now to my story. Late afternoon this past week, traveling east on the Mass. Pike, 200+ miles from my NJ home and 30 minutes from my destination, the Battery Discharge warning light of my 2009 Hyundai Elantra came on. And in anxiously short order, each of the electronic systems - ABS, EPS, etc. began to fail. Now from this point, this review is going to sound like the script of a Hallmark made-for-TV movie: miracles, harrowing events, heroes (earthbound, down-home characters to look at, but godsends, for real) and, of course, a happy ending. THE MIRACLES: Clear that I needed to pull off the highway, amazingly there was an exit nearly upon me. On the ramp, with rush hour traffic backed up in the exit lane to my right, I knew I dare not brake to a stop and so stayed in the lane that was open ahead of me and continued to a Stop sign. Without a clue where rescue would be, I think I turned right. But after a few hundred feet, without any reason, I decided help might more likely be in the other direction. Without power steering by now, I wrestled the steering wheel into a U-turn and followed Millbury Street in the opposite direction. After a half-minute s travel, I looked up to see a sign above and on my right. It included the words, Auto Repair and Collision . I pulled in and literally at that moment, all systems on my Elantra gave up and died. It was 4:45pm. THE HEROES: The hours posted on the door (I think) said 5pm was closing time. I walked in, explained my predicament and held my breath. Andrew listened, gave a sympathetic glance to me and his assistant this was his only hesitation over the next hour-and-a-half or so. And notwithstanding the closing-time hour swung into action. We cajoled the car into the shop. Andrew who knew from the start this episode s villain was my alternator made several calls to find a replacement. Despite the hour, he found one on his first call. But the price he was quoted disturbed him. He told me he d never charge me what he was being asked. So he made a second call and found my new alternator for $100 less! While we waited for the replacement, he led his team, including Ethan and Timmy (a truly one-of-a-kind dude!), wrestling to detach my deceased alternator from its brackets. This was an original 2009 Hyundai part. 160K miles later, it had become quite literally attached to its work and it seemed not to need its bolts anymore to stay firmly fastened. Quite a while after its replacement arrived, it finally surrendered to the Auto Park team s combination of strength, leverage and finesse. In the evacuated and tight space it left without a lift from above and underneath, my heroes tag-teamed the new alternator into place and then took as great pains to assure that its belt had precisely the right tension. Meanwhile, Andrew made sure my car s battery was recharged fully before the new alternator was initiated. Satisfied finally, he said, Start it up! The engine responded as if thrilled with its new life. And I watched as the dash warning lights lit and promptly went out, like they re supposed to, including the Battery Discharge warning light. Andrew joined me in this blissful moment checking the dash for himself. I was ready to pull my car out and back to his outdoor lot. Just as I was putting it in gear, in a mark of his character, Hold up , he said, and methodically circled my Elantra checking to be sure that all was just as it should be before he d return me to the road. THE HAPPY ENDING: We settled the bill, which bottom line was incredibly reasonable without the slightest hint that my circumstances had been emergent, more than a little desperate, after-hours, and with 3 men in overtime territory. THE EPILOGUE: I traveled 200+ miles from home to meet Andrew and experience a brand of competence, class and kindness that I will never forget. These guys are awesome and very trustworthy. I stopped in and asked if they could turn my passenger seat around. And they were able to do it without a problem and didn't even charge me Very friendly atmosphere and helpful

Andrew and his team did a great job on repairing damage to my car. He kept me in the loop the whole time. And when I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean, inside and out. Andrew was thoughtful, clear and practical. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Auto Park is s pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

I have had work done here numerous times, and have also referred multiple friends/family here. Everything has always been a positive experience, and has often gone above and beyond expectations. On a whim 3 years ago I stopped by with my 1969 Camaro that I wanted to get painted back to its original color. I had already been to 3 other shops previous to get quotes on the job, so I already had an idea on how much it would be.I chose Andrew and his crew at AutoPark because of his honesty and integrity. Restoring a car can reveal all kinds of problems, which mine surely had, Andrew s communication was outstanding and very honest with how we should move forward, keeping the budget in mind.I would absolutely recommend the crew at AutoPark for any of your needs.Service: Painting

I had the best experience with Andrew at Auto Park! I received two other quotes to repair my vehicle and he beat the price by $250 from one place and $900 from the other! He is kind, sympathetic, and very fair on pricing!

My car was dying and I was able to make it into Auto Park. The manager and one of the mechanics came out to check on me. They were extremely kind and understanding. Even looked at the engine and offered some basic troubleshooting; Until AAA arrived to tow me. Auto Park is safe and Professional Business Thank You for your help. Much appreciated.

I had my 1999 Miata fully repainted. Andrew the owner chose a custom green color with my trust in his decision. And "WOW" did he and his staff deliver on their recommendation. They all went beyond what I expected and are really friendly and very nice to do business with. They will not disappoint. And are true professionals. You want your car done right. They will explain in detail what will be done and will deliver exceptional results. A true and honest place for sure. No one can beat Auto Park in Worcester, MA.
