They contacted me to schedule within 24 hours of me submitting my claim through my insurance. The tech came right to my house. He called when he was on his way which was very much appreciated. Mark was wicked nice and professional. He went above and beyond and even added some molding to the top of my windshield so you couldn t notice the paint chipping. What's worse than having a cracked windshield? Well a lot of things, but luckily I called this company. They dispatched a couple of guys to come replace my windshield on my 07 Taco. A true gentleman by the name of Mark was already working on my truck when I went outside. These guys don't have no quit. Fast, reliable, and beautiful work. I definitely won't hesitate to call again if I need a new windshield. Mark and his partner are a great team. I can actually see at night now! Thanks again for the outstanding job! Tech contacted me prior to departing to my location well within the time window given for the work. A 2nd tech was dispatched to get the job done quicker since it was outside and cold. They wrapped it up in a half hour including replacing the MassPike toll transponder.

Service was absolutely amazing. The technician was professional, on time, and went above and beyond. He replaced my windshield perfectly and also loosened up my frozen hood latch which had been giving me trouble for about a year. I would definitely recommend. 10/10!

My technician Mikey was fantastic. He helped me with several issues my car has that I otherwise would not have known about, completely unprompted. Mikey was very friendly and personable while doing what seemed to be complex work that he clearly has mastered. He went above and beyond. Had a great and very helpful experience!

These guys were awesome! 60% the price of safelite. They came to me while I was at work and I didn t have to do anything but leave the keys in it. My tech was very responsive to texts since I couldn t call at work and did a fantastic job. If I ever break my windshield again, I am definitely using these guys. Best service and cheapest price around!

Jill was amazingly helpful setting up my appointment as well as working with my insurance to get everything all set. Mike was the tech that worked on my Jeep. It looks amazing and very well done. He also vacuumed out my car and made it smell so good. The customer service and respect I received from this business was beyond great and very appreciated. Great experience from start to finish. Stellar customer service. I had both the front and rear windshields replaced on my Mercedes. They even replaced some trim for me that had started to crack or was missing in places I never noticed. After finding some sealant on my very dark paint when I got home (no fault of theirs, it's dark paint) they quickly sent somebody out to my home remove it. Talk about service...I highly recommend getting any glass work for your vehicle done here.Great service. Great people.

Domenic was super polite, competent, thorough, explained everything he was doing and found in detail. He crash wrapped it for me when he discovered a part needed to be ordered, due to the damage caused by the hooligans. Unfortunately after a week, during a severe storm, the wrap peeled up on my way to work. Mark then put his cape on and saved the day by coming to my work and fixing the entire window in the parking lot, in between torrential downpours. I would not hesitate to use them again (I hope I don t need to), and will 100% send family and friends their way.

All the staff I interacted with were very professional. They managed my insurance claim and did my window replacement in a matter of 72 hours. The new tinted window looks great, overall very pleased with my experience at Auto Glass Now.

Our technician went above and beyond to fix my windshield, after not 1 but 2 address mix-ups. They were out in a few days to replace the windshield, then back a week later to calibrate the window as well!

Had windshield replaced. Joe and his assistant did an excellent install. And the recalibration tech did as well. All three were great. Very polite and personable. Made feel very confident in their work. The office personnel were extremely helpful as well. Very thorough and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend Auto Glass100%. Thanks guys! The company rep who did the scheduling was friendly and accommodating, A polite and professional tech then did an excellent job installing a new windshield. Soon afterwards the sensor tech stopped by to adjust the camera/sensor, he was also polite and professional, and did an excellent job. These guys are great. They put all the stickers and gadgets back on B and calibrated the driving assist cameras. I think I can see better through the new wi shield!

Friendly, polite and efficient! The service person didn't want me to help clean my mess up because he didn't want me to get cut. He left every thing immaculate and and was very pleasant. They didnt charge extra to come to my work so I didnt lose work time. This company is wonderful I would highly recommend them! My poor glass is perfect again!
