Bad experience, I took my car to solve the problem of the ignition light on and the oil change. my car stayed with them for two days and the ignition light problem was not solved the light was reset by the computer and it caused me a bad feeling with annual inspection shop. they changed the air filter and the lid of my fuel tank without my permission and without informing me the budget before service. By phone I was informed that I should pay an x value for a sensor change and when I arrived at the place to get the car I was informed again that only one sensor was changed and when I requested the old sensor that was changed the owner of the The workshop said it would pick up but a few minutes later she told me that the mechanic just cleaned and used the same sensor. They reset my computer twice to try to pass the inspection, once I walked 100 miles before going to the inspection and the light went on, they reset again and I was discredited by the inspection operator for trying to fool the inspection. I requested my money back upon having my old parts back which I did not authorize to exchange. after this change my car is having problems in the pipe that fills the fuel tank, when I am going to fill the gas keeps returning in the mouth where the fueling is made, there seems to be something inside the pipe that takes gasoline in the tank that is preventing the gasoline for ironing. When they changed the lid of my tank, they will break the loop holding the lid so that it does not fall and now it is loose, probably some piece has fallen into the supply hole.

I ve been using Alpha Auto for at least 15 years with great success. They are highly skilled and competent, having worked on my high tech BMW s to my older trucks. Always reliable, very fair pricing and fast service. They even sell great used cars that are fully inspected thoroughly before sold. And! If ever something goes wrong with a repair, they stand behind their work and make things right. I do not recommend businesses often because I have high standards. I highly recommend Alpha Auto and have sent dozens of family/friends to them over the years.

My Jeep Wrangler's speedometer was off because the previous owner had larger tires and didn't reset it, so I went down to Alpha Auto Center because I've read nothing but great things about their work. They went out right away and reset my speedometer for me. They were very kind and professional, and I will definitely return if I ever need any work done on my Jeep.

I just had them check out some problems on my Passat and the entire interaction was great. The cost was a lot less than I thought it would be. I interacted with about 4 people and everyone was extremely nice. This is the place I go it my car isaues.

We recently purchased a car from Alpha, and had an outstanding experience. Almir, the owner, was kind, professional, reliable, and extremely trustworthy. He and his wife provided excellent service for us, going way above and beyond what I would ever have expected from a car dealership. We moved from out of state and live some distance from Worcester, so our logistics were particularly complicated - and they were extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to dealing with all the questions and complications that came up during the purchase. The car we purchased was 10 years old but was in great shape and in excellent mechanical condition, with upgrades and new replacement parts installed by Al and his team.I highly recommend Alpha Auto Center and I would buy another car from them with no hesitations at all. So, the lower ball joints on my car were going bad and actually one of the wheels fell off. I Took it to alpha auto and they fixed it in one day for a very reasonable price. Even though the place looks alittle small, they do high quality and timely work. They also do exhaust work! This place is now my trusted mechanic in Worcester and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their car fixed.

Had an issue crop up with our transmission on the way back to New York. Even though we limped in to the garage at what was technically closing time, the staff at Alpha was able to get us patched up enough to make it home. Cannot recommend enough!

These guys are the best and the owner is super accommodating! There hasnt been a time I brought one of my vehicles in or family members and had an issue. They are super fast and reasonably priced. Speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.

They charged me 675 for just to fix muffler and battery, won t go there again, other places are cheaper and went there because the one I like was closed and wanted it fixed asap
