David replaced my windshield for $50 less than the other guy wanted, and he did it, by himself, in under a half hour!His shop is recently remodeled and looks super nice inside! Super friendly service as well.

This place on king street is run by fantastic people that gave me a very good price, jokes with me while doing the job, and have a very well taken care of shop. Very nice and approachable with a loving environment. They do very respectable work and go above and beyond where they can. Definitely going to be my new glass spot when needed.

I bought an 85 Corvette for cheap and it needs a lot of work. One of the many things was replacing the windshield. Dave was willing to work around my schedule (I work nights so it's hard to find businesses that are open later), and then took the time to make sure every piece of trim and screw were taken off, cleaned, and accounted for. Once the windshield was removed he cleaned up the frame, sanded, and re-pained the whole thing to make sure no rust ever formed. Mind you, this is all in places you can't even see once the car is back together. He took the extra time to make sure that anything he touched was going to be 100% when I left. Not only do I suggest that everyone use these people for their standard glass replacement, but in particular if you have an antique and are looking for someone with decades of experience that knows how to work on older cars, I highly suggest Affordable Auto Glass.

Not only were they extremely kind, professional, and quick, they were personable and reasonably priced. They vacuumed up all the glass and had the new window replaced in about 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

This place was great! I was in Worcester for the day and my driver s window came off track and was stuck open in an angled position. After calling a major glass chain who told me they couldn t help me, I called Affordable Glass & Repair. They had me come in right away and they fixed it super quickly. Not only that, but they completely vacuumed out my car while the window was being fixed. Fast friendly service and a fair price. Super thankful to these folks. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. First, I brought my car to the dealership for the windshield to be replaced. I left work a half hour early to get to the dealership and AAG never showed up, and never called, the dealership had to call to find out where they were. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday 1/17/23. Thats when the true nightmare began, what should have taken 30 min turned out to be an hour and a half of Hell. Ryan the tech that showed up, could not get the windshield out. He used a torch, knives, a sawzall with a paddle attachment around my entire windshield from the inside, scratching both A-pillars, as well as the headliner over the driver's side. After an hour of losing his mind and dropping F-Bombs for that hour while I watched, Ryan got the windshield out and put the new one in crooked. For the days to follow, I continued to find glass on my dashboard, rug and seats. I took it through the car wash 2 days after the installation and it poured onto the driver's side. Affordable Auto Glass needs to hire trained techs! Extremely unprofessional service. Once again, I am having to bring it back to the dealership, to have it taken care of correctly and by a professional.

The Employees are absolutely amazing here!! Super friendly and respectful and will get you into an appointment super fast!! Ryan was the one that did the work on my windshield and he was phenomenal, super friendly and got the work done fast!! Couldn t have asked for a better experience or a better person to do my windshield!!! Convenient but not great. The service was good but he didn't fix the window the way that it should have been done. But for the price it's good and he vacuumed out the car to make up for it which is awesome

Im very impressed with their work! They completed in a timely manner! Im very impressed with the mobile service. They arrived about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to prepare. They fixed and replaced both front and rear windshield. Vacuumed my car for any residues after replacement. I was very impressed with their work! Amazing how fast they work! The last company Glass America that change my windshield in 2020 use a sticky black plasticine that melts in this hot weather and it's very messy. Unreal!! They fixed all my gadgets camera, meters etc. that go on the windshield with the industrial double sided adhesive. I"m very grateful! Great job! We called Affordable to replace a rear-window, which wasn't covered by insurance. David ordered the window, came to the house with his son and replaced it, re-connecting all wires, within 24 hours. They cleaned out the old glass and left the vehicle looking better than before the window broke. Many thanks to David and his son for their competence, professionalism, timeliness and great price. I my windshield was smashed on Thursday. I called 13 glass companies and no one could come out till mon or Tues the earliest. David called me back right away and I explained my situation. He was very understanding and told me he is very busy but will do the best he can. I got you he said. He texted me all his info to give to the insurance company. He called me and said the glass will come in tonight and he will be at my house for 6:30am on Friday. He showed up on time and him and his partner got to work. They even vacuumed my car out after. I absolutely can not say enough positive things about this company. I called after my son s car was broken into. He is at college in the area and I am in CA, 3,000 miles away. Eddie answered right away and was able to give me an extremely fair price. Eddie even texted me later in the day to show me he had stopped by to cover the window in plastic in case it rained before he could fix it. Eddie worked around my son s busy schedule. These excellent fellas came out to see the condition of the back end of my Jeep. (I fully expected to go out to them; but they insisted on coming out to me.) Unfortunately, I have done a number on it and they weren't able to replace my glass on the spot. However, they were kind enough to clean up the glass I've been trucking around and get rid of some of the bits around the edges, then put on a transparent plastic temporary cover. They were swift, efficient, and incredibly kind. Once I get the necessary bodywork done to get a new and more permanent back glass, I will definitely be calling these guys up.
