Bought a car from them that they said only had a knock sensor issue; within 2 months the engine completely blew on me due to the timing belt! Complete lemon.

Was very disappointed struck a deal to purchase a car 6 o'clock at night I asked if we wanted to do it now he said no come back tomorrow will Put a plate on it ... your all setI returned at noon the next day like the owner requested and the car had been sold out from under meI

Bought a vehicle and as I was driving it home it broke down, had to pay for a flatbed had it towed back to the dealership to which he told me he would fix it and after him telling me to wait for his mechanic for almost 2 months he finally said he wants nothing else to do with the car or me and there was nothing that I could do because it was beyond the 30 day lemon law. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Made a deal on a 2009 Nissan Maxima. Was told everything was in working condition. The car failed state inspection and the dealership would not fix the issues. They are terrible there with customer service and need to make this right. I am going to have it fixed and sue them for the costs.

You get what you pay for. These guys sold me an Audi for an amazing price. Yes, the car needed a lot of work but after I put the work into it, it's the best car I've ever owned. I will definitely consider doing business with them again...all the negative reviews are just people with unrealistic expectations.

Great place to buy a car on a very tight budget. Go there with cash in hand. They have new inventory every single day. If you don't find something you like, come back the next day (and the other). Cars get sold fast. No pushy salesmen, get there with someone who's mechanically knowledgeable and you'll be fine. They don't hide any problem with their cars.

Recently bought a 2004 Toyota Sienna! absolutely thrilled with my purchase! service at affordable auto exchange was wonderful! very helpful you answered all my questions, helped me in a timely fashion and the very next day got my sticker!to the haters that want to bash this business you get what you pay for! You buy a $900 car that's used you best expect some issues! After all it's used

I give it no star! I bought a truck from them cash and it looked great so after a week engine light came on, I found out it needed a new transmission. I went back they didn't help me at all the just turned off light and said it was good I had to call a layer after I found out 2 other friends went threw the same, they will make sure a car looks good on outside but is totally damaged inside..

This place is a fraud. I bought a suv for my son the day before Thanksgiving. The mechanic Arthur claims he lets his friend that owns a dealership in Massachusetts park and sell car's there. I paid the mechanic $80 to do a diagnostic test. He claims nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Yet the check engine light keeps coming on. On top of that I go to get the vehicle registered and I can't because they are Red flagged at the DMV as a fraudulent dealership. I was told to report them to the state police and get my money back. I did just that . Don't buy from this place

I been buy in 2 occasions car from then at least you get what you pay for. Car need some TLC from the year you choice and model and the price they have,but at least they bring you from point A to B if need ASAP and unable to afford the high tab from other places or make high down payments and continue the monthly circle. They work for me for now.

Dude came out smoking cigarette terrible service was scared to let me test drive a car on the highway to see if the transmission was valid used every excuse in book not to.Terrible service.

Worst place to buy a car sold me a lemon the check engine went on. Took my car to a mechanic and they told me the car engine is no good plus transmission no good. The car keeps shutting off while driving.I called to get my money back they refuse so right now they are under investigation for selling lemons and not refunding. I highly recommend to not go there. I have text messages as proof

Affordable Auto exchange the worst cars in Worcester cars are falling apart check engine light these cars are picked from the auction that car dealerships in private sellers want to get rid of it because they ARE junk! so they bring it to the auction and they sell these cars for a couple hundred bucks I kid you not that's what they pay for for these cars and then they sell it for 75% 80% markup and people actually buy it I should get into this business so he want to get screwed go there check engine lights and whole lot of mechanical problems rust boy if you don't know about cars good luck!!!

Don't ever go here the man is a con artist and sells extremely bad cars. Doesn't even look them over just buys them from the auction and puts a price tag on them. Then he claims to want to help you out when there's a problem but drags it on for months after months and then changes his mind. Check out the Better Business Bureau and call the Attorney General. Nobody should get sucked into this man who abuses people and does not care. There are so many other places to purchase Vehicles stay away from this place. They take your money and then after that they don't care. Horrible place to do business

I Brought a car 2006 Mercedes , told me the title was going to come in a few days, I waited a week, and got told it was going to take another a week so I waited and still nothing but atleast I was able to get refunded

I bought a 2003 dodge carvan that had 255 thousand miles$ 900.00 had it less than a month n brakes went. Needed caliper as well. Fixed those. Abs light is not shutting off. We have 90 days to file small claims n if u get masshealth u can get them papers filed n them served for free. I am thankful n blessed that that's all the things that needs fixing. They said the same about getting a sticker. I told him when i bought it if it was a lemon i will take him to court. I questioned the rust spot n the price from the beginning. He then said it was a mechanic and he will help me get sticker n cheap prices. Believe me i climbed under the undercarriage and took pictures infront of him on his property of the rust spots. I will stand my ground and my word on the court issue. I'm a single mom of four and have a special needs child and i work in Boston two days a week n Worcester three. I can't afford to fix n fix. However they have a 30 day warranty. But Massachusetts laws give people 90 days to file lemon papers from date of purchase. No it doesn't fix your car now but will in long run.

Please Please do not buy your cars from here! The cars they bring in are from the auction or some other unknown place.. They will tell you what you want to hear that nothing is wrong with the car and that you only need 'minor fixes' when in actuality you may need to buy a whole new transmission & yes extremely rude customer service. The car you buy will break down within a week of buying it.

There is no doubt this guy has affordable vehicles but his attitude SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A JERK? He has this attitude like if you don't buy someone else will. Even people who offer free service like brono lawyers are respectful of those who go for their services. So what's up with this so called "customer" blabbing about haters and getting what you pay for? I'd have given him a 1/4 of a star if that were possible. The owner needs to learn some manners and BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bill Gates is the richest person in the world but have you seen how humble he is?

If you buy a car get it check out immediately. They don't get there cars serviced or checked when they buy them at auction. Better advice is to stay clear of this dealer.

Don t buy a car here! They buy from auctions and don t fix the vehicle! I bought a truck, thought it was in good condition and I found out it failed inspection for 1,700$ worth of repairs
