Online ordering and pickup is seamless here (much better than NAPA). The inventory is good for what I usually need too. The prices are competitive with other parts stores, but the rewards program and frequent discounts usually makes it a better deal.

More expensive parts than the main competitor, poor service and lack of di the position to help the customer in the replacement of simple parts. I do not recommend.

I walked in with no clue why my car was acting up. Alternative chick at counter suggested a few ounces of transmission fluid after listening to what was wrong and the car is running so smooth now. Thanks girl with piercings! God bless the melenials!

We got.brake parts for my son's 2009 Kia from stock and the reseverse other parts at the Grafton st location and just had to pick them up.

Clean store, helpful staff. Even the customers were friendly when I visited! I didn't end up buying anything, but got to witness another customer's experience. They had questions which were answered professionally. Necessary inquiries were made by the staff, so attention to detail was being made. Was very impressed.

Very helpful staff. They installed my wipers, checked my engine light and battery for free (they were really nice about it too ), answered questions, helped me find all of the parts I needed for my car. They were also really patient with my lack of knowledge about cars.

I ordered a replacement battery online, and it was ready for pickup with 30 minutes. I brought in my old battery, they offered to test it, and then refunded me the core charge for the junk battery. Easy, simple, good service, in and out quickly - best experience I could ask for (except the battery was kind of pricey)

Clean, organized store, reasonable prices, free wiper blade installation, GREAT system of looking up and locating parts within the store based on your car and your preferences. Reps were helpful--and only when you wanted them to--and were mindful to stop talking among themselves when you came over. Didn't make you feel dumb.

Eraldi V is freaking awesome, not only did he greeted me pleasantly, but also helped me out with my battery replacement and gave me a spare part that I was missing on my battery, he also recommend a jump starter, You know just in case of emergency, figuring it was my moms car I thought that was best the option, so thank you for that it s a portable jump starter that also charges phone pretty fast I must say, there Was another gentlemen who greeted me as eraldi looked for my battery, I can t say he was as pleasant as eraldi but eraldi did say he is a great worker, so because of that I ll leave like that. Thank you eraldi remarkable customer service

It's an auto parts store. What else do you need to know?Staff are usually friendly. There's no need for an armed guard here unlike other worcester auto parts stores and the layout, albeit a little small, has most of what you need quickly.I was given the wrong batter here once but they exchanged it without a hassle. Usually they're spot on.

I have to say Brett was the best ever! He came out in -9 degree weather to install my car battery! This guy did it like a champ! I highly recommend talking to him whenever you need to go there! Thanks again!!

The people who work here are very helpful and seem to know their stuff pretty well. On my latest trip a woman asked a question about something on the front of her car and the rep went right out with her to make sure she was getting the right parts.

They say that they care about their customers how could they when they sell you products very expensive or the people that work on the front desk don't know their products their sales confusing trust me get ready to get confused

Usually always have what I'm looking for. The prices vary. Sometimes I save. Some times I over spend. Staff is pretty helpful for the most part.

It's the go to place for parts, the staff is well trained, very nice (even to noobies) and the prices are super competitive. Nothing but great experience from this specific auto zone.

Because there were only two people up front, there was a little bit of a wait. I wish they had shown me how to use the $130 car jumper I had just bought from them.
